In California, it's an actual law, a misdemeanor, but the police say it would just cause more problems so they won't bother with it.  In Chicago, it's just an executive order from the mayor against ICE in general, so the police say the same thing.  These Democrats really don't see where this will go.

The police are the ones who have to do the actual work and face danger, so they get a say in the matter.  If you don't like that, you can do the work yourself, which you won't.  If you expect to purge the police force, you'll make them weaker - not the best way to send them after federal agents - and replacements will be hired for sycophancy to you, not to doing the job.  Might as well tell your local street gangs to go after ICE.

Which leads to the point that the police need to know what 'law enforcement' is and Democrats do not.  This includes what the law is based on, what authority it has and if it's capable of being followed.  It might be interesting to see what happens in California with this.  If you can charge people for wearing masks, how come the protesters get to wear masks?  This more like the elites assuming they can treat police as servants.  If you can use them to defy the federal government, they can defy you too just as easily.

Then there's just the sensibility of looking at which side is going to win this fight.  That would be the federal government.  Notice how few places there are with this kind of resistance.  Police are assisting ICE in other parts of the country and it works just fine.  The difference is that these places don't have mindless leftists in charge.

They're trying to brainwash kids to go along with whatever they're told to do.  It's not like they're going to limit this to being anti-Trump, wanna bet they already have 'sex ed'?  Maybe in private one-on-one sessions.  They're obviously helping themselves to other people's children and most of all, the kids are completely expendable.  There's be new ones coming in next year.

They're trying to get all the media attention but I don't see how this can't just be considered a 'late-term abortion.'  They want to be expendable, might as well treat them that way.  Better to be doing it to their daughters than their young adult sons.  These kids are just being abused for attention.

And this is an example of their collective delusion.  They really think they're at 'war' so they just rush in with no planning, no back-up and not even bothering to check if they've got the right targets.  This is what they accuse their enemies, ICE, of doing.  This just shows how they have no chance of winning.  At best they're expendable distractions for whatever their masters are planning.  And they'll need to come up with something because the protests have spread to California but this just looks stupider every day.

And they don't let you honk your horn, their turf expects things to stay quiet.  They really have no clue what they're doing.  They don't even care if it's legal to do this.  I assume people are looking into how they can afford to do this, since apparently they aren't skipping out on any real jobs to be here.  But this is not winning over supporters in Minneapolis.

It looks like I was right about one of my guesses, that the feds wouldn't shut these places down right away.  Leftist protestors always like setting up their own territory with no governmental control, they've done this at least since 'Occupy Wall Street.'  So I'm guessing the federal government intends to let them irritate their neighbors and each other until they fall apart.  I will give them credit for being able to handle this in winter, don't think any of the previous protests even tried that.

So the point might be to show everyone that these people really aren't helping their cause.  The funding is being looked into, it's probably from celebrities and globalists but that's not going to have any real effect.  So this is just sitting around and pretending to be relevant.  Meanwhile those who are in charge must know this won't get them anywhere.  *Maybe* it'll help win elections in November but that's still a long ways away.  They're already losing the illegal alien vote, do they really think Minneapolis voters want to keep showing their IDs to pass borders every time they go to and from home?
