Haven't been following if Hamas has actually been returning hostages, but they must be getting around to those who are already dead.  In this case, a woman and her two children, who were four years and seven months when they became hostages.  It's not known how long they've been dead, but Hamas says Israel killed them in some bombing.

So that means the philistines are grateful for the bombings as it gave them the chance to see these young corpses.  It's not something you'd just shrug about and say it happens in war.  You go to the street these corpses are displayed on and applaud.  This is why Hamas gets elected by large majorities by people who are supposed to be dead from the genocide.

Could this be the real point of the latest war against Israel?  A year and a half ago, as leftist media praised how peaceful the Middle East was and Democrats condemned Israel, these hostages were taken.  Since then we've seen a massive shift in views, we see those who are standing for civilization and those who stand for Hamas and Palestine.

At the very least, there would be 'let them handle it themselves.'  But this will promote the viewpoint 'why hasn't Israel just erased these people permanently?'  If you're going to put an end to some of these leftist support mechanisms, that's a good place to start.

And just a note, it might have deeper effects.  The Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia responded "What we saw today in Gaza is a disgrace to Islam, an act of blasphemy against Allah."  Not every Muslim will agree with him to be sure, but they will have to think about this.  They all look towards Mecca so whoever's in charge needs to be taken seriously.

This sort of idiocy, you couldn't have a character in a novel or movie do that because no one would believe it.  This is probably why the left has gotten away with everything for so long because almost no normal person could even conceive of behaving like this.  Yet here they are, showing off to the world.

They're trying to get Trump but face it, if they suddenly turned on the rest of us, none of them would have any hesitation.  That's what we're watching happen right now.  I'm sure some of them are trying to put together some sort of resistance movement but they obviously won't get very far unless some wealthy puppetmaster is giving them the orders.  I'll assume this will happen sooner or later, but until then they're just going to be doing stuff like this.

Ok, so what are you going to do about it?  At this point, I'm skeptical of Indians in general, just because there seem to be so many of them in positions of power outside India.  Why not bring back Nikki Haley while you're at it?  Anyway, I'll try to be optimistic, but what will this mean?

I do know Patel was working against the FBI as they went after Trump and Carter Page, so that's something to expose.  I'd like to think that a number of documents are waiting his signature to declassify important documents, such as the JFK/RFK/MLK files.  It's been almost a month since Trump issued an order to make those public, still waiting.

One thing that will be harder for him to do or more difficult for us to understand is to expose what the FBI has been up to all these years.  There's the natural bureaucracy, although Trump and his staff have done fairly well against them so far.  But the FBI has had at least a month to prepare and they do know how to lie and put on disguises.  For that reason, I would be uncertain about anybody Trump picked for this position.  How do you know if they're doing the right thing or serving the 'deep state'?

The down side is even if Patel and Trump are doing the right thing, we probably won't know most of it.  That's just the nature of the job and as much as we want them to release tons of information, they can't release everything.  They're also conflicting people with a lot of options and identities.  It's the sort of thing that may be in history books decades from now, but we'll die never knowing what's really going on.  Feel free to prove me wrong on this by the way.

I am getting more used to predicting a failure on Disney movies.  There's still a part of me that is too distant from the movie industry, it just seem wrong to assume few people want to see this crap.  That said, I've had a pretty good track record, but given what we're talking about, it's fairly clear.  Disney product are almost completely failure, especially in the biggest franchises they own.

This movie is nearing the end of its first week and has fallen $20 million behind where Ant-Man 3 was at this point.  By contrast, Deadpool 3 had made more money in the first three days domestically [and I am still shocked to live in a world where anybody has heard of Deadpool, much less has any interest in him.]  Disney is poisoning its own corporate IPs and anything they could have used other characters for, all to promote the *woke* agenda.

At this point I'd have to assume the investors and anybody else with authority are all in on this.  Otherwise they'd be screaming to turn the ship around before it hits the iceberg, or at least making a desperate escape before it's too late.  But there's no noise from that side, nobody saying they should do a Captain America movie that represents America.  But they'd need a new lead actor for that, so that's what you're going to get.

It's also interesting how this movie is described as effectively being a sequel to the 2008 Hulk movie, using characters and villains from that.  This lines up with comments that the Falcon's costume is based on Ant-Man, Black Panther, Cap's shield and I think a few other things, and the storyline is based on a Celestial last seen in the 2021 Eternals failure.  I recall some Disney executive saying there would be no Eternals sequel but they would use the storyline elsewhere.  They're trying to tie together continuity, pasting together pieces of other movies and characters and all they can get is a mess from that.

This is one of the damaging aspects of massive corporate IPs.  It's bad enough that movies require hundreds of people to make even the crappiest products, but they're tied down to other IPs, ruining anything that could be done with this particular release.  You could just take whatever details you like of this version, rename them and make a film about USAngel fighting Orange Man, that movie would probably have a better chance of success than this one.  But then you wouldn't get the expensive Marvel logo, so...

Somebody is getting desperate.  I'm guessing that, however far the peace talks have progressed, Russia and the US are agreed on Zelensky.  Just the fact that he has enough free time and money to spend on this shows that he doesn't have anything important going on these days.

It's not like he has to worry about elections.  He also doesn't need to answer any questions, like where the hundreds of millions of unaccounted-for money went.  How would he know?  Joe Biden just kept sending in tons of money, wasn't his business to keep track of anything.  At this point I'm guessing that Zelensky doesn't have access to Ukraine's laundering process, or even a list of those who take part in it.  If he did, he'd be calling them constantly, threatening to make this public unless they silence Trump.

We can see this problem with Europe, they just had a summit to discuss the war.  It might still be going on now for all we know, it's not like they can do anything.  They even have some advantages, I'm sure these leaders have a clue who to blackmail, but the results remain the same.  They want all the benefits of a war without actually doing the work.  It always fails, which is why Europe spent centuries learning how to fight a war and avoid losing, which they've completely forgotten now.  No wonder Trump doesn't want much to do with them.

I like the idea in theory, I'd certainly like to get $5000 of my money back.  There's a few limitations, that it would only be open to those who have proof they're paying taxes and it wouldn't be done this year, it would be for 2026 when DOGE is supposed to close down.  So it sounds good and is quite appealing.

But it does sorta come off as a bribe, even though I think it's a good thing.  As I've said before, GWB's tax refund really helped me, the initial paycheck and the tax cut going from almost being able to pay one month's rent to being able to pay two months and still order a pizza.  Twenty years later, I've yet to find any leftist praise helping poor people like that, they're only obsessed with the rich.  So I'm not putting down this 'dividend payment' for any objection to the concept.

My problem is that it does look like it's paying people off to go along with them.  You can say it's giving us our own money back, but it's the government.  As far as they're concerned, it's a gift to us, even if it comes from Trump.  There's also the enormous other bills that need to be paid off.

Gotta admit, my vote would probably go for using this money to pay off the fricking debt.  Lowering our taxes overall would be the benefit we deserve, more than writing a one-time check.  I won't turn down the check, just putting in my two cents.  Anyway, we'll have to see what Congress is going to do about this.

Strange how this guy is only now speaking out in public and only to attack Trump.  I'm sure I said nice things about him four to eight years ago, but you don't find very many Veeps who have anything to say after they leave office.  Pence proved in the primaries he has no chance of continuing that career and has only sided with the left ever since.  One of the most successful members of the uniparty, but it's time we made them all past-tense.

He doesn't have anything to say about the unsecure borders.  He doesn't mention all the waste and fraud in government spending.  Even regarding Ukraine, he has no complaints about the hundreds of millions of dollars being unaccounted for.  It's like non-American non-taxpayers getting the money is more important to him than keeping track of any of it.  How does that work?

It would be interesting to know if ex-Veeps have any particular status.  They probably have more access to classified info than you or I might, but do they have any particular legal standing.  I ask because at some point Trump is going to be going up against the domestic enemy, i.e. the uniparty, and Pence will obviously stand out for that.  He was also a state governor and a member of Congress, so he's have a lot of connections.

He's also making more public statements than Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer or any of the other senior Democrat leaders.  Or Obama, Bill and Hillary, Joe Biden, etc.  Pence isn't even speaking out that much, but where are the others?  Well, they know what's coming, that's probably why they're hiding.

This might be where Musk got the notion of giving everybody a $5,000 refund, after seeing the basic info they found.  Trump is already putting out an executive order banning federal tax benefits to all illegal immigrants.  Wouldn't surprise me if a similar EO had followed every department being checked out, i.e. no military benefits, no housing benefits, nothing that's not in a law passed by Congress or the Constitution itself.

Of course leftists are freaking that this one DOGE software engineer is going through IRS files to find fraud, waste and abuse.  Files show that Biden gave almost a thousand unelected officials that access but nobody cares about that.  Despite all the places in society we're required to use our social security number or other similar info, somehow this is a horrifying experience for the left.

I think this is one of those things that shows the limitations of atheism.  God knows our social security number too.  If He wants to do something with it, it's going to happen, just accept it.  I think this also extends to the notion of the government watching over us.  Believers take it as a given that we're watched every second of every day.  It doesn't mean we support others who aren't God doing this, but it changes our perspective of what's being done and how we should react.

Not all that different from installing digital files in our body.  You don't think that can be used by the government or hacked?  A couple years ago, the left was in favor of that.  The only thing that's changed is that they're not the ones in charge of it.  That's not how you decide whether an idea is good or bad.  They're fine with having access to all our private info, they just don't want it reciprocated.

Treasury payments had an identification code to identify their budget line item, the Treasury Access Symbol.  Filling that out was voluntary and over $4.7 trillion recipients didn't bother.  It's not stated what the timeline was, but if it was an equal number every single year of our country's existence, that's about $18.8 billion untraceable taxpayer money every single year since 1776.  And nobody bothered to mention it, much less do anything about it.

Last week, it was discovered that $2.7 trillion was lost in fraudulent oversees payments of Medicare and Medicaid.  Right there a large chunk of national debt has been identified and could have been prevented if the government wasn't so corrupt.  These discoveries don't solve anything but they at least identify some of the problem.

They're still finding more of this than anybody can even keep track of.  $21 million for “Voter Turnout in India” which India's government says they don't appreciate.  Many millions more were sent for similar leftist reasons to Moldova, Prague. Bangladesh, Nepal, Mali, Serbia, Mozambique, Cambodia, Southern Africa, Kosovo Roma, Ashkali, Egypt and Liberia.  [Just copy-and-pasting from the list so some of these aren't specific countries]

There's still more.  "Misplaced" money from Department of Housing and Urban Development for $1.9 billion.  25 million people over 100 years old still getting Social Security checks.  And the left ignores this.  The media ignores this.  Congress ignores this.  Nobody's making a point of showing that this money was correctly spent and here's the proof.  They're all behaving like swindlers and frauds who are trying to delay from getting caught.

DOGE says they're going to go through the budget and spending line-by-line.  Wouldn't it be better if Democrats actually took it seriously?  That might help them a bit before it gets too late for anything to help.  For that matter, how many of them are getting ready to turn traitor on the others?

Makes you wonder how long until he goes after Obama appointees, or many-if-not-most of his own appointees from the last term.  Five years ago, he appointed the Postmaster General who decided just today it was time to resign.  I'm fine with the purge, getting rid of government employees and leftists, but I must point out that we're not really getting any evidence or reason for the firings.  Trump says the DoJ is politicized, that's why.  Like he's going to change things?

Bill Clinton fired all 93 US Attorneys as soon as he took office and no leftist complains about that, so obviously there's precedent.  As I said, I'm not complaining about the firings themselves, just that we're not getting any reason for them.  If they pushed the *woke* agenda or went to P. Diddy parties or something, that would make sense and probably get even more positive publicity.

This is also part of the conflict going on through the judicial system.  I don't pay much attention, but there are judges who defend Trump's right to fire people or insist the people he fired be reinstated.  Just today, a judge stated DOGE has authority to audit the Department of Education.  They've probably already started going through the Defense Department.

Now that I think about it, they must have gone through about half the executive departments by now.  They won't have gotten to everything but most of the federal government should have been audited within the next few weeks.  The courts will still be battling, probably, unless the Supreme Court makes a decision.  Then it's up to Congress to decide what to do about this.

I hope so, but probably not.  They are quickly getting worn out which is nice to see.  I think their problem is more about confusion than literal exhaustion.  The last Star Wars failure was supposed to hold them over until it was time for the current Captain America failure which is supposed to last until next month's live-action Snow White failure.  But none of those are working so what other escapism can they turn to?

I saw a recent post on a leftist website where people were asking why Obama, Clinton and Harris weren't speaking publicly, using their influence to fight Trump.  That's not a bad question - some of them even noticed Biden wasn't included on the list - but it demonstrates the problem.  Bill and Obama don't live in the normal world with the peasants.  They know things which we can't see and they have no way to communicate without exposing their own fraudulence.

The fact that Harris was included on the list is even worse.  It's a legitimate question why she's not doing anything if she's such a competent leader who tried to save us from Trump, but, well, it's Harris.  She's still sending regular emails out to Democrats asking for a donation, not someone you can rely on in dark times like this.

Basically the left as a group is too confused to be exhausted at this point.  Their competent membership might be getting tired, but the others can still sit around and whine on the internet about how oppressed they are.  Trump has broken through walls they didn't even know about but were installed by the elite to keep their true agenda private.  As a group, the left doesn't know what to do, so as individuals they're all running their own way, which will start interfering with each other, human versions of the crabs in a bucket.

The news story did not mention that she did not work for USAID.  She worked for a company that wrote speeches for the head of USAID, Samantha Power, whom we've heard of in the not-to-distant past.  She used to be US ambassador, citing the "responsibility to protect" which is why we've been stuck in Syria for the last 11 years, and Libya before that.  She's worked for Obama since 2005 and was one of the prime connections to side with Iran during his presidency.  And now she runs USAID.  And her hired speechwriter is now living on the streets.

This was just a charade by CBS with 'deep state' employees.  Who are they trying to fool?  Even if they manage to fool anyone, those people won't have any influence.  And this is the best tool they have?  This sort of pathetic behavior just makes it baffling that they ever had such power in the first place, how did they get this far?  It's also why we need to keep an eye out to make sure they never again have any chance to take control of anything.  So in that regard, 60 Minutes is helping to identify the targets.

Interesting that this is happening so quickly.  DC is already an expensive place to live but you'd think the government employees would have enough in savings to stay where they are for a while.  You know, at least giving them time to learn to code.  It is true that these useless bureaucrats will weigh down the job market, but maybe some of them can qualify for a job at McDonalds.

I don't know much about the housing market but that would be more of a problem.  All of these homes going for sale at once should drag down the price for all of them.  It would already be a problem because it's not clear how many people would actually want to move to DC and buy a house these days.  Since the city's primary business is "federal government" there's not many other reasons to move there.

So what's going to happen?  It can't just shut down, the Constitution requires there to be a district like this [Article 1, Section 8] and there's not much point to picking up and moving to Nebraska or somewhere.  Perhaps if the city went back to being run by Congress, which they had been until 1973?  I don't know, that's just a guess.

Parts of the executive branch can be moved to other states but the whole reason to have a capital city is to have everybody in the same location.  I don't care if there's an internet and most employees of Congress should be located in their home states, the actual government officials do need to be in the same place at the same time.  But what will the local businesses do?  Good question, we'll look into that.

This guy points out specific Democrats to make his point, Pete Buttigieg is probably the most masculine figure the party has.  A stereotypical female responded to that with "is that a gay joke?"  She misses the point and rushes straight to propaganda.  She's certainly not going to say how manly she finds Buttigieg because that's just icky.

That would require European nations to have armies they could unite.  You can see the problem there.  That's what the US is there for, remember?  Zelensky could have been saying this for the last three years but apparently it wasn't that important.  Even funnier, maybe he did say this for the last three years, which would show how relevant he is to anybody else.

Trump and Putin are preparing for a peace conference.  It's notable that other countries don't seem to be involved, even Ukraine.  I'm sure they can send observers but they haven't contributed much else so there's no reason to listen to them.  The US has provided the vast majority of funding, more than twice what the rest of the world has contributed, because they're the ones who care so much.  They'll send in their big dumb thug (us) to do the actual work.  At least Trump's not willing to go along with that any more.

I'm starting to get the impression that the EU and leftist Americans are the ones who've been at war with Russia this whole time and Ukraine was just a convenient pawn for them to use.  I don't know if the money laundering was related to that or just another excuse to get involved.  It's believable that the EU could have been doing this since the 1990s, expanding eastward because no one was there to stop them, and Russia finally had enough.  Just a random thought, no evidence, but it would explain why Trump is ignoring the rest of them to handle the peace talks.

I also think his demand for Ukraine's rare metals was aimed at Putin.  Even under Trump, the US still has interests in the region, and isn't going to give them up.  Russia probably doesn't have any real interest in the material beyond selling it to the US or China, Trump would want that settled up front in our favor.  Just the fact that Trump hasn't cut off all ties to that part of the world but is taking part in this shows that we have some relevance, like it or not.

So they're basically acting like Democrats here at home.  Probably not a coincidence.  Of course they accept none of the responsibility for this chaos, it's all blamed on the 'new world' to defy 'order.'  It's like a worldwide tantrum, or at least across western civilization.  And because they've spent so many decades denying that, there's no reason to listen to them now.  At best, their whining *might* be amusing, but not for long, and that's about it.

They removed themselves from contributing anything so they're going to be ignored.  Like everything else, this just comes off as the leftist ideal, which is why Democrats have been trying to follow the EU and why they've found up in this mess of their own creation.  And they're stuck with people like Macron and his ilk.  Good thing there's a language barrier or they might be looking for a charismatic speaker to go around winning people over to get them into a real war.

This is the same group that whined about Trump at state capitols a couple weeks ago.  They can already skip another work day to go out and do this, how convenient.  Oh wait, tomorrow's a federal holiday, so they get paid for missing work to protest what the majority of voters wanted.

There's an internet meme, which essentially says 'we didn't vote for him to lower the price of eggs, we did it to watch you cry and we're enjoying every minute of this.'  Not sure I totally agree with that but I can certainly relate.  The fact that leftists are trapped in these mindless protests even after a big loss is daily proof that we're on the right side.

They could be going to the shooting range every week, they could be working on gardening and trade which doesn't use the US dollar, they could be jumping in on home schooling.  I spent the last few years trying to figure out how a resistance movement would work in this day and age, protesting was not one of the options I thought would work.  When Trump destroys society, you're going to still need free health care, shouldn't you be figuring out those options now?

It'll be interesting to see if the protests are as big as a couple weeks ago.  I'd say the odds are the same.  A lot more people aren't getting paid, maybe they have money saved up, maybe they're pissed off.  But there's really nothing they can do to organize with this, might as well stay home and chat on the internet.  Collectivism always works against productivity.

I guess he had that verdict ready to go before the trial even started.  How fair and open-minded of him.  He's been on the NGO's board of directors since 2006 and stayed there after becoming a federal judge in 2013.  No wonder he kept that secret, wouldn't want to be seen breaking federal laws to make his court decisions.  His NGO was the payee for money from a lot of federal agencies, departments or offices, Health and Human Services, Housing, Education, Public Safety, Corrections...  What do they do with this money?

The organization, Crossroads Rhode Island, apparently deals with homelessness.  A Rhode Island congressman is also on the board of directors, how nice.  This probably isn't the only organization congressmen and judges are part of that gets so much taxpayer money.

I'm guessing we're going to start getting more names of who gets to take part in these things and make the rest of us pay for it.  I'm not sure how it will work, researching this info.  It could be as simple as copy-and-pasting someone's name into the website and seeing what list comes out of money or organizations.  Obviously a lot of people have the same names, but perhaps a way can be found to simplify that, particularly if you're looking up someone who's already rich or famous.

The media and the left will try to ignore this, but we'll see how long that lasts.  Then we'll start finding others in the uniparty who do the same thing.  Then we'll start seeing their friends and relatives being involved.  Not sure how we'll figure out the shell companies they work through, but someone will know how to do that.  This is going to get big.

And that's just the Army and that's just what's found so far.  But this is a direct impact on food and they are "government property."  If the NGOs can do that here, who else can they pull this on?  At some point, we'll realize that the only ones who aren't outraged, just by the info that's already come out in the last three weeks, are the ones looting our money.

This isn't a new idea, people are noticing that Bill Clinton and Al Gore promoted exactly this sort of purge of government expenses back in 1993.  CSPAN footage of Bill talking about this, National Archives listing their successes, Al Gore's "From Red Tape to Results:  Creating a government that works better & costs less - Report of the National Performance Review."  I'm sure Bill and Al wouldn't stand by any of that now, but at least they had to pretend in order to get Democrats in power.

Of course even as they reduced the number of government employees, they increased the number of contractors.  Bill also fired a lot of the top level employees to replace them with his own people.  I don't think this was how the "deep state" was created, it probably existed as long as the country has, but it was reinforced by leftists to infiltrate everything else.  I'm pretty sure that's what Clinton intended and Obama followed up on.  About the only question is if they knew they were doing this or just following orders, and if so, whose?

A nice promotion for tax season.  It has around 90,000 employees, presumably these are not part of that.  I think these are probationary, as in new employees who haven't been assigned to a specific job yet.  But that would be 1/7 of the total number, a good start.  A couple hundred thousand probationaries are up for being fired, nice to hear.

One thing to worry about is how many people will use the (supposed) weakness of the IRS to get away with fraud.  Decent people won't, but face it, a lot of people will try, then Trump and co. will get the blame for letting it happen.  Someone's always going to blame them for anything and we can see those on the internet, but this is an place where that would genuinely appear legitimate.

But that's probably the case everywhere else.  Some chick in Congress is now ranting that we have to boil our water because of the purge at the EPA.  As always, they're showing off their own delusions and proving more evidence of why Trump is doing the right thing.  I do wonder if he and his people are giving attention to what policies need to be changed so that the required tasks can still be performed.  I'm sure there will be some that can't be eliminated, maybe even some that are helpful.

Much as we'd like to believe otherwise, there will still be more government than needed when Trump leaves office.  Even if there was, it'll grow back sooner or later.  That's what leftist totalitarianism does and four years of Trump isn't remotely enough to cut that out.  Not criticizing him, we've barely started four years and we're already amazed beyond belief, just that this is much deeper than any human can change.  Good start though.

He just got this job and has yet to actually do anything, but this is where he goes first.  He'd never had a real job before anyway, so it's not like he has any record to defend himself with.  Typical Democrat.  He obviously isn't interested in the older people, except to fund him.  Pretty sure Trump looked for DOGE workers who didn't have social lives, they like doing computer stuff as much as possible, so they made ideal employees.  But here Democrats have to put up with someone just like the rest of them.  Not a good sign.

Yet another sign of what bad shape the party is in.  I'm not one of those people that thinks the Democratic Party is over.  If nothing else, Republicans have way too many chances to screw up, including Trump.  But this is still more evidence that people will look at and ask how they got to this point.  It's also a natural part of the conflict between youth and age, he's just like they were but younger.  They know better and he refuses to listen.  Being a 25 year old male, he's probably also getting into, er, whatever gender he self-identifies as being attracted to.  More ways things can go wrong.

Do it!  Show that the executive branch has to listen to you and obey, and by extension so do the majority of voters who wanted Trump to do this.  Let's see how that works out for you.  If I had to make a guess, I'd say she'll give in, realizing that this will not work out well for her, but it is possible that she'll push on with the delusion just to prove something to herself.  That was how the legal cases against Trump operated, realizing this was a bad idea and looking for someone else dumb enough to go through with it.

She was obviously picked for DEI so she might not be the one making the final decision.  Whoever she's calling or texting this weekend might be the one to point out that nobody's going to defend her from what happens next.  That's why I suspect she'll quit to save herself.  She couldn't get another job and what else would she do if she pushes this and it fails like it's supposed to?  Apply to USAID for a donation?  Helpful friends and family?

Not sure how likely it is, but how many judges will side with her?  The judicial branch gets the least attention for a reason, so we don't know how many others are appointed like her, for DEI or any other version of leftism.  This is something leftists have infused the system with for over half a century at minimum, and probably a lot longer.  I don't see an easy solution and I'm not even sure there's a good solution to be found.  But at least this will bring the problem to a head and if she doesn't, someone else will soon.

He's getting close, but I just realized today that Trump doesn't even have his full cabinet yet.  It hasn't been four weeks and just look at all the chaos he's inflicted on the elites and their pets, just using his temporary secretaries.  This is just the opening act to keep the audience entertained before the main performers go on stage.  Holy sh*t, they haven't even started the real show yet.

Kash Patel, the nominee to run the FBI, says that if he's appointed, he'll release the list of Epstein's clients.  I assume there's a reason they haven't done that already, probably needs to be an official appointee handling this, but that should get people interested.  Or desperate to protect themselves.  I think Patel is expected to pass Congress next week, that may be when other information starts being released, like the JFK/RFK/MLK files.  Not sure how they're timing this, but I'm pretty sure they've got a schedule in place.

I don't think Trump should be put on Mount Rushmore, leave that the way it is, but whatever monument is established to honor his performance should use that mugshot as the basis.  We're going to remember this for a long time.

Four months ago, we never could have expected this.  Now it's a question of how long can the left ignore this?  What else can they do except purge everyone who doesn't agree out of their own lives, winding up broken and alone?  Even the rich ones would have problems with their sycophants.  Meanwhile the right can just shrug and not interrupt the enemy destroying itself.

This must be affecting the whole world.  Don't know how much we'll see or comprehend, but almost every country must have some people inspired by this.  And from Democrats on down, their only way to respond will be blatant totalitarianism, North Korea would be the ideal state.  And if we're really lucky, all the serious weapons they could use against us - nukes, bioweapons - are locked up because even the most insane rulers must have working security systems to keep such things from just being used for some tiff.

I can't believe I'm being this optimistic, but this could be the 'awakening' we've heard about.  The left can never be totally eradicated, but for the first time in ages, they'll diminish themselves to almost total irrelevance.  Everyone else will actually learn something and can make things better, or at least stop imposing themselves on others.

But Trump cites the specific laws and statutes in his executive orders.  This is what the executive branch does.  The fact that leftists are just going for the standard 'he's a nazi!' rhetoric shows that they have nothing to fall back on.  It has more in common with childish tantrums than coherent legal arguments, and these are the best the left has to offer.

No idea how long it will take, but some of these lawsuits will be cancelled, others will be combined, and one way or another, they'll wind up at the Supreme Court.  I'm still not remotely confident about their verdict, but otherwise I assume this is part of the plan.  It's possible that they may not even reach the Supremes.  They'd have to go through lower courts first and at some point, someone will ask what laws they're citing that Trump is supposedly breaking, and that'll be the end of it.  Or else the court has to be as corrupt as the leftist politicians, and it'll be moved up to the next step.

This is why the three branches of government were set up the way they are.  One of the worst things to say about it is how the poison has infected all three of them over the decades.  Even those of us old enough to learn actual civics in school can barely remember a time when things worked best for the most people.  But this is how Trump is maximizing his effect now, which will expand through the country and the world.  Here he'll be demonstrating the difference between federal and state, while opposing state lawyers who are making more demands from the fed.  These are lessons that will be passed on for a long time.

For those who have been eagerly waiting, the new Falcon movie has finally arrived.  We can see the newest Marvel disaster without having to see the actual movie.  It doesn't sound like it's doing very well but I'm sure they'll hold off on the actual ticket sales as long as possible.  Most of the reviews I've heard are a 'meh' at best.

One interesting thing (depending on how you look at it) is that the most recent commenters seem to see the story as piecing together several pieces of other Marvel product of the last few years.  Specifically the plot revolves around a Celestial rising in the ocean, from the 2021 Eternals movie bomb which had been ignored since.  People are supposed to be interested in this when they didn't do the homework to have a clue what's going on?

At least with a handful of people doing pictures on paper, there's something to interest fans and even create material that a future creative team can make use of, as this movie is leeching some of Jack Kirby's less interesting concepts.  It doesn't need to bring in hundreds of millions of dollars just to break even.  But movies, especially like this, can only be remotely considered an "art form" in the most  technical sense.

No idea if this movie will do as badly as The Marvels.  It would be nice, but who knows?  Advanced ticked sales were reportedly not doing as well as Ant-Man 3, so that tells us it won't do well.  For some reason, Disney has suddenly started announcing that this movie *only* cost $180 million, which is ridiculous enough, but we know they're lying.  Maybe that's what it was originally budgeted for, but the reshoots would have been a lot more.  Harrison Ford isn't cheap either, cgi, marketing...  How long will Disney keep insisting this is the right way to go?

I've noticed that the left seems to have lost their leaders, meaning all the individual groups are going off in their own directions which is why the noise factor has risen so much in the last three and a half months.  They're individuals pushing out their own delusions instead of following the party line.  That description is a bit simplistic, but there's nothing coming from Obama, the Clintons, Nancy Pelosi, much less lesser names like Biden or Harris.  Even the big names from Hollywood aren't saying much these days.  Even if they do, they're just one whiny voice out of the multitude.

It's one reason why I haven't been citing the leftist lawsuits and complaints about Trump.  Individually they might be interesting, but looking at the headlines and articles, there's just a bland sameness about them all.  This delusion might be humorous but it's effectively the same as some other delusion, which reduces the point of giving it any thought.  Collectively, the sane people are having that reaction to the leftist insanity, it's just not worth bothering with them at all.  "You go your way, we'll go ours" would be a civilized response, but the left won't accept that.

Well that's a sizeable amount of fraud every year.  But looking at his statements, he's not giving much in the way of details, even to the point of explaining what some of these things are.  "Improper payments"?  $236 billion last year alone in those, but is that overpaying a contractor?  Sending a check to the wrong address?

Is there any legal reason they can't just post an excel spreadsheet of every name receiving these payments or the other frauds?  Don't need to list addresses or phone numbers, just the names and how much taxpayer money they got.  Pretty sure they don't live in poor neighborhoods, so there wouldn't be any real danger.  And someone might start going through the names and notice connections, they're all busty young women who visited Paul Pelosi when Nancy was out of town or something like that.  They were all at a P. Diddy party on September 10, 2001.

The "lawfair" is ongoing, both sides arguing whether or not the POTUS can or can't do anything about the overspending.  The longer it goes on, the better Trump looks, because more people will pay attention and ask why this is even a question.  The POTUS has no right to spend this money on a transgender comic in Peru (or wherever it was), there is no law requiring it, so why is a judge sticking his/her/its nose in trying to force him to keep spending that money?  It doesn't help the American people, ergo it must stop yesterday!

I don't know how long it will last, but for the moment, it looks like Congress is supporting this.  The Republicans are ready to work on a budget bill, which only requires a majority to pass.  They can see the waste DOGE has already uncovered and they know there's more to be found.  They probably know a lot more than we do about the fraud and waste going on, so now, for the first time in a century or more, they have a chance to stop it.

And what are the judges ruling against Trump going to do, say Congress doesn't have the right to do this either?  What are the Democrats supposed to do, insist that opposing fraud and waste is anti-American?  The public can see this and each day that passes gets them more and more upset that Congress hasn't already done something about this, and we want some payback.

So that's about 4% of government employees.  That's a start, but we'll need more of that gone.  It says something that these were the few who were smart enough to get what they could and get out of the way.  The rest have all left themselves as targets and there won't be much to defend them.  They were given an option to save themselves and didn't take it, so that's that.

DOGE has gone into the IRS now.  With all the information they've gotten so far, this could be where the incestual connections are exposed.  This is where all the people laundering money have needed it to be approved by the government, that's what the IRS is for.  Just because it's there for taxes, I can't think of a more obviously important target in the government, unless you count members of Congress using a private bank or something like that.

The unelected bureaucrat class are possibly the main enemy.  Notice that they're the ones making the most noise about Trump and these investigations, because there is no real support from the public.  As leftists, they've always wanted more government so that's where they went to for a job, especially one where they don't have to get public approval.  They give orders, we obey, that's all they know.

When will the next step get started?  It's possible Trump is trying to build up the judicial opposition, but I'm not sure how long that will take.  The left will need to do something, they can't let this be made public, so what attempts will they make?  We'll see who defends the IRS against Americans.

I really want to see this get exposed.  Whether it's members of Congress or unelected bureaucrats, we need to see who's sucking up money and what they're doing with it.  Just enriching themselves or funneling it to other entities around the world and getting paid for that?  We'll have to see who's a genuine member of the uniparty.  We'll also see who's willing to turn on the others.

Notice that the media isn't even reporting on most of this stuff.  That shows they side with the elites and want to keep the public ignorant.  It's what they're paid for, and not just by USAID.  You'd think the media would be desperate to keep their audience by reporting this stuff as straightforward as possible, yet there they are.  They aren't going to last very long, and then who will defend the elites?

80 years old, been in Congress since Bill Clinton was POTUS and she's stupid enough to say this out loud and assumes other women are just as stupid.  Five seconds of internet search shows that the word "manufacture" comes from French and Latin, based on "making" and "by hand."  But she would never think of anything like that, because she's a woman, so of course she's wrong.

This might be the deepest part of Trump taking charge, that the truth of two genders is being re-established, as is the difference between them.  I think we can see that black men are changing their stance on politics.  I do not believe in polls, but for those who do, a recent poll announced that 42% of black men support what Trump's doing.  If that's even remotely close to correct, Democrats are just going to fade away and leave Republicans as the only functioning party.

And they did it to themselves, by obsessing with gender and skin color uber alles.  It obviously worked on a lot of people, and even more were required to comply, but that's still no way for society to function.  Yet the left is all about that, with the goal of increasing power and money, for themselves and the government.  Trump is reducing all of that, yet he's the nazi???  Only women stupid enough to believe Schakowsky here could fall for that, and maybe males who are desperate to get laid.

Not sure what's going on in New York state, but it's definitely something.  They had a big role in persecuting Trump for the last four years, so there's that.  As far as I know he's not a New York citizen anymore, having moved to Florida, but he still owns a lot of property there - Trump Tower!!! - and face it, he's still a NYC boy at heart.

The new Attorney General has announced she's going after New York's governor and other state government officials.  I've heard that one weapon Trump and Bondi have is the mayor of NYC.  I have noticed that in the last several months, he's suddenly stopped reciting standard leftism.  Bribed?  Threatened?  Saw the light?  Always looked for an excuse to turn against his masters and finally found one?  Don't know.  Also not sure what he can bring to the table, although there's probably something valuable.

Partially there's Trump's connection to the city and state, partially there's revenge for their attacks on him, then there's also the way they've defied the law, as a "sanctuary."  Can't immediately attack Wall Street or the financial district, yet, but there are other options.  For that matter, wasn't at least one of the big child-molesting cults stationed in New York state?

They can't attack New York the way they're going after California, they're just two widely different places, even if they serve the same liberal ideology.  At least Trump and his crew understand the difference location makes for a people and their chosen governance.  We're supposed to be one nation We're supposed to be one nation but that's why the founding fathers designed the US as they did, so that each state could be itself.  It's probably just natural from technological advance - tv, movies, internet - but leftism has always wanted to push uniformity across the nation and the world.  That's a guaranteed failure.

So all of this is coming into play as Trump goes after New York.  We'll have to wait and see what happens.  This resigning SDNY attorney didn't even say why she was resigning.  Others speculated it was because she was told to stop persecuting the NYC mayor, but that's just a guess.  There's a lot of weeds to be cut down, just to see what's been hidden.  Still amazed to realize it's been barely three months since Trump won the election and barely three weeks since he took office.  Never expected to be here.

Good to hear, nice of Trump to do something to stop a war which leftists never do.  That said, he's still American and Americans don't need to be involved in this.  I'm exaggerating a little, it's fine to watch over them and make sure they stay at the peace table, but otherwise, no, nothing.

Some things will be a given, Ukraine lost.  They aren't getting all their territory back, they aren't joining NATO and Europe has to start paying for its own security.  Haven't seen any suggestion that Ukraine have elections anytime soon, and Trump keeps saying he wants their rare metal minerals.  He's never given an explanation other than paying for all the support we've given them but that doesn't impress me.  Wanting something from others is how you get into messes like this in the first place.

I want to see more about the money laundering, which they've done for years-if-not-decades.  Who is involved and why?  This would be much more helpful in setting up targets for the real war.  But for some reason, Trump+ aren't even bringing this up as an option.  That would lead to more info on what's been going on all over the world.

This is someone who has no clue what's going on so she has only one way to respond, with the same mindless rhetoric that all sane people have gotten sick of.  It's not like she's trying to convince anybody, you either agree with her or you're the bad guy.  Hopefully this is doing more to hurt her cause than anything else could.

But the Trump Derangement Syndrome just keeps getting worse for them.  Whoever's actually in charge of these people must be getting more depressed every day that this is who they have to work with.  Trump's people are focused on their work and are amazingly effective.  From a military perspective, you need to recognize when the enemy is being very competent.  But the left is just throwing out more and more old repetitive rhetoric, with nothing else to offer.

They consciously state that this is a war, yet they don't act like it.  Far as I know, there hasn't even been as much public nonsense with protestors and such.  They're just going through their daily lives, talking about being at war.  That's not how a war works.

It's also looking like Lee and others like her are the house... servants... who are even more ignorant.  I've never read or watched Gone with the Wind but even I know it's about a psychotic woman who never grows up in any meaningful sense, and is finally reduced to asking a man what she's supposed to do now.  Frankly, we won't care.  Civil War 2.0 is here.

This came out a few days ago, when it was announced that the new leaders of some European countries were getting together in Madrid.  That's a rather relevant place to discuss the Muslim invasion.  Looking it up, I see Madrid was a fortress on the border to protect from of León and Castile who hadn't been conquered yet.

I saw this article when it was new but couldn't think of what to say.  It would be wonderful if this came to pass, but is it even possible?  The first Reconquista required centuries of blood, a lot of Europeans would rather just submit than go through that.  Still more Europeans don't even self-identify as 'Europeans,' they're part of the 'new world order.'

In Europe, the threats are the elite and the Muslim invaders.  They probably don't have to worry about China.  For that matter, they're also facing the internal problem of wiping out their own culture and history, which they've built more of than anywhere else on the planet.  I definitely hope this succeeds but there's a lot of reasons to assume it will fail quickly.

So is this the hidden secrets that people have been waiting 60 years for or is it just evidence that the FBI is freaking incompetent and can't even keep track of important documents?  There's arguments for or against both sides.

There's the timing, they just discovered it now?  As the information is ready to come out?  Doesn't seem likely.  Decades of conspiracy theories and the way this assassination, along with RFK and MLK, have been into some sort of modern mythology, basically everybody who gained access to these files would have gone to look them up just to finally get the truth.  For that matter, they would be starting to put it out themselves..

But that said, I could easily believe a decision was made to keep some documents separate from the others, precisely so the real truth wouldn't get out.  The public statement would be that the FBI didn't know it was there because, well, virtually none of them did know.

Or they can just be incompetent.  If that's the case, these documents won't matter, they might just be copies of what's already known.  At some point someone wanted a spare copy and didn't bother to go through regular procedures.  That's also believable.  About the only certain thing is that this proves the information is coming out soon.  There'd be no reason to mention it otherwise, nobody else would need to know that they just discovered something that will remain hidden.

As I've said, I'm not all that interested in these three assassinations, but they've been relevant for the last 60 years, so they should be the first to be revealed.  But only the first, I want a lot more secrets being exposed to the public.  This has all gone on far too long.  If I were in charge, there would need to be serious reasons for anything before 2000 to stay classified and most things afterwards.

Will anybody be left out of these investigations, like, say, members of Congress?  Because if that happens, Congress will almost-unanimously vote for immediate impeachment and they won't care how that looks to the citizens who have to fund all of this.  Well they might, some of them could have enough sense to be afraid.  No matter how much money you have, you can't take it with you.

This will hit the entire uniparty, but there will at least be a little leeway for RINOs, because the whole point is to insist it's alright for people to be rich.  Won't save them any other way, but then there's the liberals who spent their whole careers protesting other people being wealthy.  They write the tax laws, they couldn't increase how much they have to pay?  I suspect this will also provide some information on how they and their family and their friends got taxbreaks.

I wrote that before even looking at the article.  Yes, Musk does point out that Elizabeth Warren has somehow gotten over $12 million dollars while being in Congress despite only getting a $200,000 annual salary.  At the moment, she's probably the biggest target, but I'm waiting to hear from Nancy Pelosi.  She's not even the richest Democrat in Congress, but she's the one who's been in charge of complaining about the rich.

So whaddya say, Congress?  You want to get in on this?  Or maybe we could get the people to *vote* on this.

Haven't actually been following much of Trump's executive orders or those that have been stopped by some court.  Just the fact that he and his staff have been moving so fast is evidence that they had this planned, which means they knew there would be courts in place to stop them.  That means this is part of the plan too.

Those who follow the court system are saying that after the Appeals Court, the next step is the Supreme Court and when (if) Trump wins there, then we can reallllly get started.  Under normal circumstances, it seems quite obvious.  Elected Chief Executive has a lot of control over the executive branch and no one seems to be pointing to any actual laws Trump is breaking, so there's really no way to make him stop.  We should worry that the Supreme Court will disagree, but I'd like to think that they'd be showing their own incompetence and failure if they did that.

You'd think all nine of them would have judgements which verify that the chief executive can follow the rules and make these decisions.  They couldn't suddenly say 'but this time it's different!' without ruining their reputation and the decades it took to get them here.  Not saying it can't happen, but there's a point where you have to ask 'shall not the judges of all Americans do right?'

This is not how a resistance movement works.  They don't have actual plans so they can't do anything, they've never respected competence so they can't find anyone who will be useful, and the media has lost its USAID funding so they won't even get the publicity they think they're entitled to.  Going on strike and detaching themselves from the rest of society is still a valid option.  Let the public see how bad life is without you around.

I get the impression that this is another trap although I can't point to what, specifically.  The federal/state relationship is far too messy for me to bother looking into, but between funding and all the laws Democrats passed to give the fed authority, it's obvious who the winner will be.  But just doing this will set up problems for most of the governors with their own legislatures.

Remember, Congress passes thousand-page funding bills that they don't even bother to read.  They don't specify how many employees the POTUS must hire for these specific tasks in exchange for this particular annual salary, so the executive branch has to work out those details on their own.  Which, as we see, Trump is doing, in accordance with the law.  Congress will be very surprised when they finally get around to discovering that, and the same thing will probably happen to most of the states.  This is yet another trap set for leftists to rush into.
