He doesn't say that literally, just that he had enormous power and influence.  Maybe more than anybody else but that's not the same thing as being in charge, calling the shots, etc.  You'd have to get through Jill to get to Joe so her people would have the most influence, so whoever's in charge of them can keep the Bidens behind the walls.

We don't know how much Jill knew about this.  I'd assume she was informed of the basics.  Biden was burnt toast but she gets to live in the White House and promote leftism she she's fine with that.  I'm blanking on any specifics but I'm pretty sure she didn't like Harris at all.  Gee, why would a wife dislike a much less female known for having sex with married men?  She doesn't want to be replaced.

The specific individuals can be investigated but I'm not that interested in specifically who was behind this fake Presidency.  What's more interesting is what these people did, particularly without Biden's awareness.  It's unlikely there will be many criminal charges filed but there are a few possibilities, forcing legal documents, impersonating a government official, what they did with all the money Biden supposedly handed out.

There definitely needs to be public hearings with these people and they will need to list name of everyone else who was involved.  Come on, if you want to pretend Biden was actually POTUS and did something good, then wouldn't you want the people actually responsible to be credited for it?  It's not like you can ask him anything.

It is strange that we're suddenly hearing about Hogg for the first time in a week or two.  He's already having problems at the DNC, making them spend money to find out what young men are like, and now he reveals this secret?  I'm pretty sure that they will break up over "creative differences" in the near-future.

There haven't been a lot of arrests yet, and nothing that is big and noteworthy.  So that might make any comments pointless, but it at least suggests that something's underway.  Homan specifically avoids saying whether or not there's an investigation going on here, but if they have the time and manpower, I'm sure there is.  If they can, they probably have someone checking every single locality in the country to see what's going on or what they might have missed.

They have charged Rep. LaMonica McIver for assault when trying to visit the illegals in custody.  She whines that it's just political but isn't getting much attention for this and notice that no other Democrats are making such a big deal about this anymore.  A Democrat did try to visit the slave trafficker in El Salvador and was denied access, otherwise there's very little being said anymore.  I'm guessing Democrats realize they'd be arrested and would ha ve to face their own quotes about 'the law applies to everybody,' even them.

AOC had a lot of talk about helping illegals, as far as I know she's gone quiet on that.  Not everybody is under investigation but these people certainly are.  That may be one reason they're having such mental problems, they can't follow through with what they promised to be bold about and they need to watch their words very carefully.  Since they've never had to deal with this before, they don't know how to handle it now.

Tell me this trial is totally pointless without actually saying that.  It had occurred to me recently that we weren't getting any news about this trial whatsoever and then there's is article to demonstrate that.  Oh no, Diddy bombed someone's car in 2012 and didn't get punished for it!  The humanity!  If this is the best you can do, might as well just set him free now because whatever he's found guilty for will be appealed and he'll win.

Raping children?  Human trafficking?  Is any of that even being mentioned?  They're certainly not naming many others involved with Diddy.  His ex-girlfriend Jennifer Lopez is getting attention for making out with male and female dancers in her performance on last weekend's American Music Awards.  Someone I've actually heard of and not just because of P. Diddy involvement, wow.

A common statement is that Diddy is some sort of government asset.  I don't buy that because there'd be no reason to bring him to this point.  The government could have stepped into keep him from getting caught, getting arrested, getting put on trial.  This is being used against someone but we have no clue who and it's just a waste of everybody's time.

Well he actually tried to find a legal justification.  Not sure that was ever used against any other tariffs by the POTUS, but it's something.  He doesn't hit all the tariffs, saying some are justified, and doesn't give any orders.  He sends his case back to another court...  The Court of International Trade???  Why would there be something like that?  I'm guessing they'll go along with this.

This is going to get the courts ignored.  It'll be up to them to enforce their verdicts.  That's a bad way to go but these activist judges really seem to want that.  I do think part of the problem is just that the law itself is far too complicated, but I also suspect that's an unsolvable problem.  The law should be minimized as much as possible but there will be areas, particularly in business, where there are detailed specifics which most people have no knowledge of or interest in.  That's probably where the leftists push the most.

Of course they've also infiltrated the businesses, along with every other organization.  That way they can, for example, push for profits, while fighting other leftists who oppose corporations doing anything.  This would make company rules and legal requirements much more complicated, and they face every other company, as well as government.

At a local level, I'm sure we could dump all the extra laws and write some that are basic, but I don't know how that could be done at a national level.  Then there's the problem with international laws, some people will always insist those are real.  This is why few people want anything to do with this stuff, and probably why most people are easy to bully with it.  Which would explain why there's so many leftist lawyers.
