Maybe it's just because all the public attention never stops but I hadn't even noticed until yesterday.  The left should be really disturbed by how obsessed they are with this guy.  I will admit that just because of the times we live in, his absence was a bit worrisome.  For that matter, there are reasons to suspect this is some sort of fraud and there are few explanations that would make Trump look good.

That said, I wonder if he just decided he needed a break.  Trump's work ethic is outstanding but nobody can keep that pace up 24/7.  Getting close to a holiday, it makes sense that he'd take a week or so off.  It's also believable that his time-off would be *before* the holiday, so that he can go to work and fewer people will be around to bother him.

As for the negative aspects, there is a reason to worry about his health.  There's also the fact that Trump is often much shorter than we've seen for most of his public life.  There are conspiracy theories that this is an impostor and I sorta agree, but I don't think any of these theories have a believable explanation.  My reasoning is that Joe Biden had imposters too, so why did they keep around the old senile idiot?  He could still be mostly kept out of the public eye, speak more coherently the rare times he is seen, and still say last year that health problems mean he won't run for election.

With Trump, I'm starting to wonder if it really is some unbelievable explanation.  Maybe it's not an impostor, it's the real Trump who has been physically changed somehow.  Maybe it's a common Secret Service tactic but with so much danger, they've made the imposter permanent.  Just speculation of course but this is just added to the list of things I'm not happy that Trump is going along with.

I hope this is true.  My big worry is that it will just be like the protests here in the US, old white people with nothing better to do.  It'll just go on and barely anybody will notice or care.  But although there's not much in the way of news, this does appear to be continuing in ways the rulers don't want.  But they're the ones who made it necessary.

On both sides of the Atlantic, we see our elites just become open about tyranny.  Fortunately it's not as bad here, but we see celebrities just ordering people who disagree to stay silent.  Will Smith is the most recent one I noticed, but this just isn't a place where you should be able to think you can get away with that.  I assume this is why they invented terms like "dis/mis-information" as an excuse to demand silence and censor speech.

It's worse in Europe of course.  They're openly siding with child rapists and invaders.  I don't think we've heard anything from the 14-year old girl arrested for trying to protect herself.  They have to let this keep happening but they also can't admit that.  Maybe her fellow prisoners will know how to handle her.

Meanwhile there's talk about Israel immigrating the philistines someplace else.  Strange how the people who support illegal immigration are totally against this.  Their home is so miserable that they need to go somewhere else to live a better life, isn't that the point?  Why is it different here?  And not just because no one wants to put up with the philistines.

Newsom clearly self-identifies as the chosen 2028 candidate but it's increasingly looking like he's gone off the rails.  There's incoherent media statements, like defending the redistricting by saying "we’re gonna punch these sons of bitches in the mouth.”  There's paying someone to post online for him, there's ignoring problems in the state.  Haven't rebuilt anything from last year's fires, and none of the charity donations went to the victims.  The state debt just keeps growing.  There's the failed high-speed rail which has barely started getting build, years behind schedule and many millions over budget.  There's the way he always supports illegal immigrants over actual Californians, no matter what California laws they break.  And his wife's non-profit is being investigated for laundering a lot of money.  She was recently seen taking selfies with a gang-member and child-rapist.

But Newsom seems to be coming off like his aunt and I don't mean that in a good way.  Nancy's an aging lush but at least she used to be capable of politics.  Newsom's much younger but seems to be in the same situation.  Not sure if they're deliberately trying to set up a political dynasty but this just looks like an increasing failure, which they're already surrounded by.

People are already making a list of the trans-shooters over the last several months.  I've probably missed a few but most would probably be found in my writing as well.  These are the ground forces for the left, the ones who attack first.  Partially because they may be easy to brainwash, even by leftist standards, partially because these people clearly have no rational guidance so they'll go for anything.  And here they are.  It's not like their loss is important to anyone.  It's the leftist equivalent of suicide bombers.

There's also a worry of their trans vegan death cults, such as the Zizians, named after founder, Jack Amadeus ‘Ziz’ LaSota.  They're definitely a threat that must be dealt with, but it looks to me like they're more the symptoms rather than the disease.  The last century or so of technological advance just gives people more opportunity to ignore reality and get away with it.  That's what these people have been able to do.  It started when farming became more productive so less people had to do it just to create food, expanded with movies, tv and pop culture, and now you can spend every waking moment with fellow believers on the internet.

My guess is that in every place leftists aren't in total control, more people will have guns and there will be security at these places.  Since the government's not going to protect us, we'll have to do it ourselves.  That will mean a lot fewer surviving trans attackers, or any other nutcase, so in a way that will solve that problem.  But I still think the leftist elites are the real problems.  They're causing this and get to be protected from whatever happens.  That's why they want more illegals, trans, control over our children and erasing anything that maintains civilization.

As far as I know, CNN has been bouncing back and forth between devout leftism and occasional sensibility.  No idea why, unless they're desperate for an audience, but in this case, it's just a bit too obvious.  Cook is the Federal Reserve Governor who committed several frauds on her mortgages.  CNN probably knows more about what's going on than they want to report, but can't report it because then the elites won't like them anymore.  What's a news network supposed to do?

For example, it's just come out that Cook and the judge defending her from Trump were in the same Delta Sigma Theta sorority.  Probably not the same college or even same years, but like it or not, relationships like that are a way to maintain privilege.  Leftists oppose it when others do this.  We can't all afford college or join sororities.

So far this isn't much of a big story, just a detail about the activist judges going after Trump and suddenly being hit with the same things they've always accused him of doing.  And we see the media's problems with reporting it, or anything else.  If there's any real people who actually rely on CNN or similar networks, they're having to struggle with the same thing.  At least Trump Derangement Syndrome gives them something to focus on but what an unhappy way to live.

Who is setting this guy up for failure?  The laws are already there, POTUS declares a disaster and can send in the military.  It sounds like fellow gang members are the only poor people these politicians are talking to.  They're not going to win, the courts aren't going to help and the citizens of Chicago won't obey his orders.

It sounds like they're expecting an actual battle on the streets which just seems delusional.  Few-if-any gang members will want to get involved.  Then there's the actual Chicago residents that the city government hasn't done anything to protect for years, you really think they'll grab their guns and stand on guard?  Well, it looks like he thinks that's exactly what will happen.

The Baltimore mayor has at least indicated that he wants federal help against crime.  It was just a quick statement, no details, no clue if he was telling the truth, but just saying that was a step in the right direction.  You can also see this from the anecdotal videos posted by DC residents, the city is better now, the streets are cleaner, it's just better for decent people.  No wonder Democrats always opposed this.

Carville becomes more and more irrelevant by the day.  Your mileage may vary on when that happened but I will continue pointing to his comments early this year that the Republican Party would be dead within a month.  Obviously nobody around him is permitted to ask wtf he was talking about, he just keeps promoting himself anyway.

Anyway, this is a glimpse of the problems Democrats are having.  An indeterminate percentage think the only way to solve their problems is to go further left, to get further and further away from what the public actually wants.  This has been going on for decades.  It's often pointed out that Bill Clinton's campaign platforms in 1992 and 96 were a lot closer to Republicans back then or today than they are to Clinton's successors.  Bill was definitely a big reason why things went so off the rails, with Carville's help, but that shows the problem of leftism.  It always wants more and projects its own evil onto everyone else.

Meanwhile another percentage of Democrats, probably all the rest, see that this is just begging for more disaster and want the party to turn around immediately.  Few of them are in charge or have any public status, so there's not much they can do, but I'm pretty sure (or at least hopeful) that they're a large majority of the party.  It would actually be scary to find out that most of them always wanted this, or at least support it once they've finally become aware of it.

But the bright side is that Trump has really helped the majority of Americans realize what's being done here and we don't want any part of it.  Trump has spent all these years as a target and we're finally seeing what he's doing and why.  Even better, the protests in Europe haven't dropped, they're now promoting their own flags.  This was really not what we were expecting nine years ago when it was just 'anybody but Hillary.'  And Democrats are just going to find themselves left behind as the world moves on without them.

This is odd.  Not so much about Trump or Harris, but how the length of Secret Service protection keeps being changed.  With Eisenhower, it lasted for the rest of the POTUS' life, although Nixon did turn his down.  Then in 1994 it was reduced to ten years, then restored to lifetime in 2012.  For Veeps, it only lasts six months, unless the POTUS decides otherwise.  Obama expanded protection for Dick Cheney, someone put Biden's name on a document for Harris.  Trump has retracted that for Harris, just in time for transgenders to see her on her book tour.

Interesting, I was under the impression that they'd fixed everything.  Wasn't that what her gigantic book deal with up-front payment was for?  It seems a bit iffy, if she's openly paid for the book, wouldn't it be completely legal to turn around and give the money to the party to pay off her debts?  I'm sure the laws are far more complicated than we'd expect precisely so such bribes can't be made, it just seems like this shouldn't have any problems.

The party's already in big trouble, as proved by the fact that they turn to Kamala Harris for help.  She's trying to pay off the debt by fundraising for them, which she has no experience with.  I'm sure she knows ways to *privately* get money from men, but 'we'll give you money after you ditch Biden' is not a viable fundraising skill.

Even worse is that the party doesn't have much money, so anything that comes in has to repay Harris' debt instead of being used to repair the party.  But this is the sort of situation it needs to be repaired from.  People who can only spend other people's money, no clue how debt works, and this is where they wind up.  They might as well point to their own rich members and say 'you believe in taxing the rich, so pay up!'  That would be living up to the party ideals.

It's expected to start next week.  ICE will be the ones on the ground, but the National Guard and Homeland Security will be ready to move in if needed.  I don't know who or what they're doing but I'd guess there are already troops in Chicago looking for whatever they need.

So the main question is what Chicago will do about it.  They can't really attack ICE or that's just an excuse to send in men with guns and there's no winning that conflict.  They can try to hide criminals which might work but will cause a lot more problem for anyone getting caught.  And a lot of people will still be caught.  If a drone sees this trafficker go into your basement for a couple weeks, ICE will know where to find him and you.

I suppose there are legal options, but if any were tried for DC, they obviously didn't work, so what else is there?  Still anecdotal, but leftist media is getting annoyed by all the poor blacks in DC who seem to be happy with less crime, so that's going to spread to Chicago, and then it's 'game over.'  Trump did something Democrats were supposed to do but refused.  And they can keep heading west.

That makes sense.  Not that it would officially do anything but it would get a lot of publicity.  Trump's not on the 2026 ballot so he'll want to encourage people to get out and vote.  It seems like an obvious idea, why didn't Obama and Biden do that?  Biden got more votes than anybody in history and even though Obama had no chance on his own, he always called himself popular.  His endorsements didn't have a very good record though.  Trump's the self-obsessed rich guy who keeps doing things to help others, the elite leftists aren't.

 And based on the last ten years or so, Trump's going to get all the publicity, leaving Democrats with nothing to work on.  I would say they can't possibly be completely obsessed with Trump by this time next year, they'll have to have finally learned their lesson, but there's not a whole lot of encouragement for that.  Some Democrats are starting to accept reality but they still have to face the rest of their party, and whatever genuine voters there still are out there.

We don't know what the economy will look like at that point but if it's doing well, it will be anti-Democrat so that's another problem.  The crimes, the illegals, the trans movement, those are going to be hit hard over the next year.  The biggest problem will be if nobody has gone to jail yet.  I still hope there's a plan for the 250th anniversary but there's still a lot of reason to worry.

And here's a similar issue.  It's like they realize that keeping their citizens safe from crime would be helpful and they'd look good for doing it, but they have no clue how to get to that position from here.  Newsom could have just answered the question, yes and that's why he's doing something about it.  But he could barely talk for several seconds and then the rest of his response barely had anything in connection with the English language.

At this point, I'd say Newsom has the best odds of being installed as 2028 POTUS candidate and he can't answer a simple question.  I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he's actually smart enough to answer it, but he has to think through all the previous promises he's made to his allies, public and private, and there's no way to carry that over into an answer on stopping crime in California.  I'm guessing that tonight or tomorrow, someone will post a generic-but-coherent response on the internet with Newsom's name attached.

And this is just building Trump's point about the leftist elites who support crime against the peasants.  Chicago and California are seeing that they really aren't going to be helped by the Democrats they've lived under for generations, so they'll start looking for better options.  It's not public yet but I think the politicians have enough experience to see that they're in this mess.  Yet they can't do anything about it unless they want to be purged from the left.  That is a thorny problem but it's not our problem.

I've just glimpsed some of the images, they're basically listing the major groups connected here, although there's no clue what they actually do.  As we saw from DOGE, there's a lot of money just being passed back-and-forth to keep the whole agenda hidden.  Much of it is handled on the 'dark web' and is so unattached that we can't really see what the actual problem is.  Leftism, yes, but how does any of this apply to the real world?

A bit more noteworthy is that Arabella Advisors was founded by one of Bill Clinton's staff.  Subsidiaries include Sixteen Thirty Fund, Hopewell Fund, New Venture Fund, Windward Fund, North Fund and Telescope Fund.  Most of these were funded at the beginning or the end of Obama's term, suggesting that these were designed to carry through multiple presidencies.  But there's still not much to point to, other billionaires who helped fund them maybe.  I'm mostly just making a note of what might be going on.

Maybe we should ban all transgenders from having guns.  Or anybody who supports them.  Maybe we should just simplify things and say only MAGA can be permitted to have a gun.  And that includes government officials.

Something about this seems a bit staged.  The trans shooter's weapons also had a lot of Russian on them, which makes no sense.  Then something about the timing just seems off.  I get that lunatics will strike at any time, this just seems deliberate, like someone somewhere wanted something now and this was what they came up with.  No evidence, no suspicious to point to, it just seems weird somehow.

I'm guessing some Democrats are really starting to realize how screwed they are by their own party positions.  By all accounts, crime in DC has dropped quite a bit in the last couple weeks and even the black female mayor admits that.  Reportedly no one has been shot since this operation started.  Who's ever heard of a black-majority city where people don't get shot?  Democrats oppose that but they can't say why.

So now other cities are asking their Democrat leaders why they can't do that too.  Trump was able to do this right away but somehow when the left is in charge, it takes a long time and is very complicated and they never get around to doing it at all.  Sucks to be the crime victims, especially if they're a certain skin color.

With the trans shooters being defended and, over in Britain, the illegal immigrants trying to rape children, the elites are making it clear which side they're on.  And here they are pushing a black guy out to try to sound coherent about it so they can call anyone who disagrees "racist."  This is not how to solve problems but it's all they know.

The Dem's point is better than the headline makes it sounds.  He points out that they're just focused on hatred of Trump and that's not enough to win over voters.  They can talk up about how much they're 'fighting' but that's all they do.  It's tiresome and there's no strategy, so more and more people refuse to take part in that.

There's also the '80-20' argument, that Trump is just taking positions that most people agree with.  I don't know how common that really is among politicians, but Trump hasn't been much of a politician so it's understandable.  But it's still basically a good idea.  Anything else is elitism, you'll impose your will on the masses, and requires tyranny to really work.  If people will be punished for disagreeing with you, they won't disagree with you in public.

I keep looking back on the list of words put out a week ago that Democrats should stop using.  Although the article itself is interesting, it never recognizes that the ideas being put out are incorrect, only that this particular terminology comes across in a bad way which doesn't win over the listener.  It's like a parent trying to figure out the right way to stop their kids from misbehaving, although that's a more positive analogy than leftism deserves.

But the party is stuck with this.  Just for the last four years, it was all pro-Biden/Harris precisely because they opposed whatever Trump had done.  And yes, you can easily make the argument that they did the same with Hillary and Obama before that.  Which leads to the larger point that this is just what leftism does, both to destroy its enemies and wear out its own supporters.

As the saying goes, a secret stops being a secret when more than one person knows about it.  This may be why Bolton has suddenly started speaking out in public, probably trying to see if anyone will defend him.  I assume he's rich so there must be somebody, but not because he gets so much respect.  He put classified information on his private while working for Trump, then used it as he worked on a book about how horrible Trump was.

Ok.  So what?  He hasn't even been charged with anything, much less arrested or punished.  I get that there's a legal process which the Trump administration is (as far as we know) following.  There's also the notion that leftists gain power through unelected anonymous bureaucrats, so it's possible that Bolton was actually getting higher and higher among those people.  I still think some/many of our elites self-identify as a separate government through which they control the ones we know, maybe this is part of it.

But there's still no sense this is leading anywhere.  If these people are supposed to turn against each other and spill the beans, I guess that makes sense, but until then, there's no reason for this to be public.  If anything, it comes off as trying to overwhelm everyone with too much to keep track of.  Remember Bolton?  Well here's something new about him!  We're all tired of this and there's still no clear objective goal.

I can't remember who it was but I'd swear there was another big company a year or so ago that made a stupid move like this and immediately backtracked when they realized it was driving away their customers.  But few companies have that much sense.  If they did, they wouldn't have started this in the first place.  This Cracker Barrel issue will be forgotten quickly because they weren't going to ruin themselves to push the agenda.

It's a different industry from Bud Lite or Jaguar so I don't know if the company was going to have immediate problems if the customers stopped showing up.  There's still not much more than a rumor that customers weren't even showing up.  If that's true, it might be a few weeks or months for business to return to normal, a good example of why the f*ck you should never do things like this!

I'm not following whatever's going on with Brennan, so much as I'm wondering what Flynn is doing.  He was National Security Advisor for about three weeks in Trump's first term but was immediately fired for what seems to be part of Russiagate.  Yet he has continued to make public statements and I'm not sure why.  He has no position or standing, at least not as far as we know, but does seem to have been going after the "deep state" and other leftist elites.

Just last month, he made several attacks on Obama, to remove his passport and raid his mansion in DC.  He's also gone after Mike Flynn, saying he was always working against Trump, even releasing the tape about grabbing women by the p*ssy.  Flynn repeatedly points out that there's been no accountability and no one has been arrested for this.  He's also mentioned other problems, like issues in Venezuela being directly connected to the EU.

Flynn was a general and high-ranking figure, he obviously knows things but I don't get the point of putting this out.  I'd like to think he's been working for Trump all along although that still doesn't explain anything.  Otherwise he's just making claims, however believable they are, without much in the way of evidence.  That's the sort of thing that needs to stop, point to actual proof so we can move forward!

Names are slowly starting to come out.  I don't follow Rothschild or Andrew but their names are certainly familiar, they are among the richest and oldest elite families known to the world.  But Maxwell also came from a rich family, Epstein was the only one who, as far as we know, came from nothing.

Although most of this information is publicly available, it's starting to come out how close Maxwell - and by extension, Epstein - was with the Clintons.  She says she was part of the founding of the Clinton Global Initiative.  They were already being investigated by 2009 but she was an honored guest to a CGI conference in September 2013 and they didn't have many "honored guests."  As far as I can tell, other than Maxwell, there's no list of attendees.

She had been banned in 2011 because a Clinton aide thought the investigations were getting too close, but the aide left and Maxwell was back in 2013.  The Clinton Foundation had been investigated since 2015.  It didn't really go anywhere though and the Biden administration shut it down entirely.  Ok, they were doing a lot of fraud, but at this point, it looks like Bill and Hillary will die of old age long before anything meaningful is released.

Meanwhile P. Diddy is just hanging there, barely any attention anymore.  Remember when that was a big deal?  Now there's occasional news, like they'll try getting a pardon from Trump.  They claim his prison life is horrible, food filled with maggots and such, his lawyers say his conviction was "racist."  He's certainly not going to be allowed to get any bail, does he even have any money left?  It was never about punishing a criminal, it's about protecting the elite.  The same goes for Epstein and Maxwell.

I cannot figure out how or why they did this but it looks like a stageshow.  Like they're just trying to distract everyone, which doesn't help the redistricting they're supposed to be doing.  As good as this might be, it just looks like the uniparty is trying to take Texas down rather than build it up.  No specific evidence to point to but there it is.

The redistricting will have to be handled across the country regardless.  I don't know how many states are taking part now but with kicking out illegal immigrants, there would be a big change anyway.  Then there's all the impact Trump 2.0 must be having on other forms of election theft.  I'd like to think that the administration is planning how to keep future elections from being stolen but am also worried that this is where the left will be victorious.  Please prove me wrong.

I'm ambivalent about this.  On the one hand, I do support freedom of speech and have always included flag burning as part of that.  On the other hand, we are at a point where anyone who does that should be seen as the enemy and punished accordingly.  On the third hand, is this really an issue that needs to be faced now?  Is there nothing more important that should be handled first?  On the fourth hand, the left is going to rush out to burn flags as publicly as possible and I can think of several responses to that.  On the fifth hand, the courts certainly aren't going to support this.  And on the sixth hand, where did I get all these hands from?  That's just weird.

The best reason for this would probably be identifying everyone involved in these public flag burnings.  The activists would be singling themselves out, as opposed to everyone else who disagrees with this but just goes on with their lives.  That's probably the best argument for this, but it still runs into a problem that a judge will probably shut it down tomorrow, and then what else is there to do?

It's not like police officers will be going after the people who do this, that's just way too much extra work and danger.  This will cause tension for law enforcement, although that might be good or bad at the same time.  Maybe it's just an example of making the problem worse as a method of finding a solution.

So this is a move that I am opposed to but not one I would really fight against, at least at the moment.  Tim Walz has already made an obnoxious speech about making a point about burning flags, so maybe this is really about inspiring the left to become even more insane.

This just seems strange all the way around.  The DNC already has money problems but they'll pay off her $20 million+ debt.  In exchange, she'll raise money to pay them back.  Maybe this will stop her from sending donation requests to Democrats, which it sounds like she's still doing, over nine months after losing the election.

Partially it's weird just because campaign laws are complicated.  In theory, it's pretty simple.  'You owe money, I'll pay your debt and then you'll repay me.'  But this must be worked out according to laws.  Then there's the question of what she's supposed to do for money.  Nobody wants her and even if they did, she's not running for anything.  I'm sure the elites are willing to cover up for her but they need a legitimate way to do that.  She was given a ridiculously-large advance for an autobiography coming out soon, that's probably related to this.

Of course they can't use illegals, DOGE has probably identified any number of ways to funnel money.  I'm guessing this will just be passed along and not get much attention, but it might be causing problems for the elites.  The uniparty has spent many years pushing money however it wants, ignoring debt, but suddenly things have changed.  They must be worried about what else they'll be caught with.

This is more about comparing the Lethal Weapon movies to modern garbage, but it's a definite point about how ridiculously expensive the modern product is.  The original Lethal Weapon was cheap with little in the way of special effects, but it started a big franchise.  Although I'm in the minority, I prefer the later movies as light-hearted fun.  The first movie got it started but they couldn't keep the characters that way for the sequels.

Anyway, the modern movie studios are spending way too much money, guaranteeing that their movies bomb no matter how successful they are.  And if, for the sake of argument, we treat movies as an actual art form, that just throws out any attempt at creativity.  Interchangeable CGI superheroes punching people is the whole third act of seemingly every movie, the opposite of imagination.

I'm still surprised that more people aren't just doing the basics with little more than their cell phones.  Just out of novelty that would be something new, get a handful of actors together, hopefully a script and let them be normal people for a while.  If nothing else, it would show off talent to studios who could use some new energy.

But there's also the problem of being *woke* propaganda.  And something about modern Hollywood actors seems to be about making them into cult icons.  We see this with Marvel which seems more interested in giving as many actors a moment of screentime as a benefit to the movie.  That's not what interesting characters are used for and removes anything interesting.  But obviously the money aspect is where the failure will become complete.  Did they expect streaming to save the day?  I can't think of any other possible excuse.

In theory, the Democrats in charge *could* be doing something about this.  If they did the job they were supposed to do, Trump will be fine with that and there will be one thing less he has to bother with.  Citizens of these cities may even have a clue why they vote Democrat because it's clear they're asking that nowadays.  As I said, in theory, they could do this.

But so far, the Democrats-in-charge aren't remotely interested in this.  They're looking to fight Trump, and the troops he sends by extension.  To be fair, they don't really have any other options (except fighting criminals.)  Lawsuits will take ages to go anywhere and it's not like they have a chance against the military.  I see leftist comments about how citizens of Chicago can get guns and fight off the invaders.  They could have done that years ago but they didn't.  And why not just build a wall to seal the borders?

DC must still be a couple weeks away from needing Congressional approval.  Both here and Chicago, and probably other leftist cities, I'm wondering if those in charge are trying to make deals with the criminals to lighten up for a little while.  That would cause some problems there, it's not like the criminals have actual jobs to get by on.  They could try to blackmail the politicians.  Or worse, the fed could be spying on them and would know about these discussions.  So far this has all been a positive development.

Europe is suddenly having more problems with Ukraine than they've acknowledged for the last three years.  Germany's been looking into it and Italy recently arrested a Ukrainian involved in the matter.  The one in Italy is former Ukrainian special forces and was connected to another Ukrainian, Volodymyr Z., also involved.  If they could, they'd probably try to get Joe Biden to testify, who had promised there would be no Nord Stream if Russia invaded.  Is that really the moment you want to say Biden knew exactly what he was talking about and was completely right?

Meanwhile Ukraine is still pissing off NATO/EU member Hungary, bombing the Druzhba pipeline for the third time.  It's really not a good idea to attack the people you want help from but that's what Ukraine does.  That's what Ukrainians voted for, back when they were permitted to vote.  That may be why France and Italy are now arguing, Macron is insisting on sending troops to Ukraine as soon as a ceasefire happens and Italy doesn't want that.  And these people want to handle a war?  The Czech president has said Ukraine should accept territory loss to get to a peace agreement, although he does add that the loss would only be "temporary" and Czech troops would be on the ground with France as soon as there's a ceasefire.  Not a good way to end the war.

At the European protests going on now, are any of these people going to pick up a gun and go fight to protect Ukraine?  Doesn't seem likely.  It's only slightly more likely that they'd be willing to send other troops out to handle that.  'Stay out of their problems' seems to be a very unifying stance and the EU leaders seem to be the last ones to understand that.  I'm going to stay pessimistic about this but it does appear to be a good sign.

Meanwhile Russia just keeps moving westward, taking more and more territory.  Or just restoring it to Russia, depending on how you want to look at it.  Although it doesn't look like the peace talks went anywhere, Trump has ordered Ukraine to not use US-provided missiles against Russia.  Then what do they have them for?  To use against each other?  Might as well arm the South Vietnamese again, this time they'll get it right!

I think it would be hilarious if the drop in customers was noticeable right away.  Today's Sunday, I'm guessing people might have gone there after church.  If a significant number decided to skip having lunch there today, that would be a big deal.  I know very little about Cracker Barrel, not sure I've ever been there a single time, it certainly wasn't worth repeating.  I *think* they sponsor the Grand Old Opry, which suggests the old customer base they were so eager to ditch.  That could make a difference.

Have they even officially made the change yet?  If I drive by one nearby, will the logo be changed?  Can't tell.  The company website has the new logo but in very few places and I had to search for it.  The website for the one closest to me still shows the old logo.  It would be even funnier if they hadn't even gotten around to it yet, they were just announcing plans for a change in 2026.

If that's the case, this would be a great example of how sick and tired people are of the *woke* elites imposing their latest change on everything.  It's like they really think the customers will just continue to show up and have no other choice in the matter.  But as in war, the enemy gets a vote.

So I'm guessing this is a sign that things aren't going well for the Hollywood conspiracies.  They've tried but things really aren't working out for them.  I assume they do conduct human sacrifices but even those who are still alive aren't mentally healthy.  Just looking at his wikipedia page, this guy became famous when he was 16, put out one album in 2021 and still hasn't put out another one.  And this is suppose to merge rap and country?  Why would anyone want to do this?  Because they're depraved?  Oh, right.

And just to note, assuming his wikipedia page is correct and his biography wasn't made up, he's from Atlanta, Georgia.  There's nothing specific to look to but I've had a theory for a while that this was a central point of an American demon-worshipping cult, before and after the Civil War.  Here and there I see small clues - such as Lil Nas X coming from there - but nothing I can point to as an explanation.  But I suspect that cult was able to handle the South and afterwards, move west to Hollywood, which is probably a fair summary of what they're doing.  Since 1879, Atlanta has only voted Democrat so the party must know what they're doing.

Good start, definitely glad to know they keep going.  Hopefully they are increasing.  The listed cities include Scotland and Wales.  They are carrying national flags, especially the St. George, which is the national flag of England.  George was a crusader so there are certainly several motivations for this, but I think the most important reason is that it's English.  They're not even pretending to be part of Great Britain, they're cutting out everything.

Britain was probably one of the models for the EU, as separate countries tied together.  One can argue how well that actually worked, i.e. the Irish, and there's also the fact that it was inspired by the Roman Empire.  But Rome had been long gone, Britain was born in the early days of the modern era and was still there as the EU started being created.  Technically, it's still here now, but the elites have done everything they can to destroy it.  And then there's still the Irish.

As far as western Europe goes, I want France and Spain to be as close behind as possible.  If enough people in those nations can protest and overthrow their rulers, Europe might be saved.  Of course I want the rest of it to be restored as well, but Belgium has always been a lost cause no matter what.  Italy and Greece are probably too buried in history for my predictions to be relevant, and Germany is also a problem.

Also the fact that they're having problems with Eastern Europe shows that the EU cracks are growing wider.  You can pretend to unify the continent but that's all you can do.  These nations were forged over centuries and cannot be interchangeable.  Not for the first time, Britain and England are the most crucial places to fight tyranny.  If they lose, it's all over.  If they win, it will be inspiring people for centuries, just as George has done.  He was a Roman soldier under Diocletian, so it's safe to say he understood war and religion.

They put together a long list of words their supporters can no longer use.  These words show off their “superior, haughty, and arrogant language” and are even divided into several categories, Therapy-Speak, Seminar Room Language, Organizer Jargon, Gender/Orientation Correctness, The Shifting Language of Racial Constructs, and Explaining Away Crime.  I will give them credit for seeing part of the problem although this still comes off as elites trying to figure out how to pretend they're the same as the lower-class majority of people.

I'm curious which problem will be bigger, that so many people are automatically willing to massively change the way that they talk because they were given orders, or that a lot of them won't understand this, or will question it, or will argue about which words need to be censored.  What are they supposed to say if they can't use these words?  Both issues could be a big problem for the party, and this is just an attempt to slow the bleeding.

Leaving aside that this comes off as a modern version of 1984, the nature of liberalism and the *woke* left is to be able to tell everyone what to do because they know best.  The best way to do that is by using fancy words, whether or not they really mean anything.  Most of the people using these words probably have college degrees, so they were properly brainwashed and will be very offended at being told to stop doing that.

I am aware that judges are supposed to be as minimal as possible.  To a large extent, that is their job.  One reason we oppose these leftist judges is because they impose themselves on the law and make it into whatever they want.  Right-wing judges should not be doing the same thing, no matter how good it might look at the moment.  That said, I really wish the Supreme Court would speak out more loudly once in a while to shut down these activist judges.

At least Gorsuch is pointing out that lower courts do not have the right to defy the Supremes, and cites three times they've done that just in the last few weeks.  From our perspective, it's not like he's calling out through a megaphone, but I think it is still giving out orders, or at least guidance.  This court is the only one authorized by the Constitution, the rest are all created by Congress and can be removed.  Better start doing it right.

I don't think these judges to listen.  I expect them to get worse just to prove they can.  That's just the situation we're in now.  The judges are about the only weapon the left has at the moment.  They really want to believe we're at war now although they aren't willing to act like it, so they need to twist the laws to get what they want.  And even that is more and more doomed to failure.

This is another aspect where I think the left has clearly 'turned a corner' but that doesn't mean they're heading in the right direction yet.  At least some of them are starting to realize that this obsession with going after Trump all the time is just a bad idea.  The problem is these people are in the minority of the party so it's unlikely that they'll be listened to any time soon.  And that continues damaging the party.

In this example, Trump had made some comment about being the 'chief law enforcement officer,' so this chick on CNN was all hot and bothered by that.  She insisted that he was overriding the Attorney General.  Who, by the way, was appointed by Trump who is in charge of him.  But leaving that aside, the Constitution specifically states that one job of the POTUS is to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed."  In other words, enforce the law.  She wastes CNN's time and money to demonstrate that she can't be bothered to know what she's talking about, and that's not Trump's fault.

They've been obsessed with him for ten years and have barely defeated him at all.  All they've done is give a lot more people a lot more reasons to oppose the left all across the world.  Who would watch this chick on CNN or any of the hundreds of other examples they show regularly and suddenly decide they were opposed to Trump?  Their own side is getting tired, perhaps because they don't have the experience of having to go to work every day as a normal part of life.

Maybe the way to describe this is "deeper."  Instead of the leftist slogans and whining about this or that detail, the Trump 2.0 administration is actually reaching parts of human experience that matters to everyone.  By opposing it, the left is showing how affective it is.  They could be shrugging and going to work every day and living their lives while still opposing Trump, but that would mean he wasn't the latest hitler that they must fight at all costs.  That would mean there's more to the world than politicians they don't like.  That would save time and energy for things that they enjoy, productive and useful activities with friends and family.  Hell, lying in the corner with a shot of heroin would bring more peace and tranquility than obsessing over the Orange Man.

I do think some Democrats are starting to realize this problem but they still have no way to deal with it.  Just bringing up anything that isn't Trump-related could get them purged.  That's what I mean about going "deeper," Trump 2.0 is crossing across many more aspects of life to show that there is more.  This is hardly a new concept.  As a dead white man once wrote, "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy."

As you may remember, Bolton made sure to put out that “No one is above the law” when MSNBC interviewed him about the Mar-a-Lago raid three years ago.  No evidence but it's said that this was about classified documents.  There was an investigation before which Biden's DOJ shut down.  We're also told that the FBI is loading up vehicles with documents from the house.

As always, part of the problem is that we're told so little and it's tough to keep track of over a long period of time.  Ever since I heard about this news, I assume Bolton was famous for working for George W. Bush.  I didn't look it up until I started writing this, he was the UN ambassador for a few years under GWB so I probably heard of him then but his fame is as Trump's NSA.  It's easy to forget this stuff.

That said, he's been around for a long time and connected with many other infamous people, so he may be a good example of how the Uniparty was maintained.  No idea if it's true but I'd like to think that Trump 2.0 is taking down all the parasites and traitors that surrounded his first term.  I also wonder if this is about some precedent, he's not going after a political opponent or someone in the opposing party - like the Mar-a-Lago raid - he's going after someone who used to work for him.

I'm just trying to be optimistic, there are certainly ways to see this as a negative.  As far as we know, Bolton hasn't tried to hit Trump with something big, but he still might, so take him out now as a lesson to the others from Trump 1.0's administration.  In commenting on this raid, Trump said that he didn't know about it, only learned it from the news.  He said he tells Bondi and the rest 'do what you gotta do,' he didn't want to know.  Gotta say, that doesn't sound good no matter what.

The actual article is rather tedious, starting out by saying the target audience of young men is the real problem, not Disney.  Also they aren't the only target audience, just one among many.  And it never comes close to suggesting any reasons the IP Disney already owns can't do this job, even Marvel and Star Wars which they paid billions to acquire.  If you can't win the male audience with laser swords and people with imaginary powers solving problems by punching each other, maybe you're just not up to the job.  You can't recast Sydney Sweeney as Indiana Jones why exactly?

Variety is a media trade magazine so they need to suck up to Disney but that means the comments and responses are far more interesting and insightful.  Disney can't be told the truth from its supporters, that's the first problem that needs to be solved.  Then there's the specifically "original IP" requirement.  They bought Marvel and Star Wars to appeal to the male audience and it's only taken a decade to ruin that.

There's also the problem that they're trying to put all their IPs together and ruins them all.  Fictional characters in fictional worlds aren't supposed to mix, at least not in this capacity.  So even if by some miracle, Disney found someone who could make a cheap fun movie the guys would like, it'll be corrupted by all the rest of it.

The best we can say is that Disney's problems are finally being acknowledged, even if not completely.  The down side is the same people are still in charge.  Marvel could have kept going after Endgame but had to go *woke.*  That was bad enough but there's no sense of development.  The people who watched the movies building up to Thanos remember those movies more than the characters appearing in them, half of whom died and were reincarnated.  Instead the movies just cram as many expensive celebrities in as possible and do the filming before writing the script, the 'Marvel style' of comics and now movies.

Star Wars is even worse off.  I don't know if the characters can be recast and the Han Solo movie failure is evidence that they can't.  But beyond that, there's nothing to build.  Everything is connected and leads back to Coruscant, to Yoda, to Ben and to Luke blowing up the Death Star.  Without that, there's no much reason to put a Star Wars logo on the product if you're just doing a space fantasy adventure.

And that's all this is, a corporate product.  I haven't seen enough releases to really get it but I've noticed this, and other commenters have elaborated that there's no creativity.  The product comes out like it was done in a factory.  The Falcon America actor complained that he was doing fight scenes with no clue who the opponents were, the actor playing Nightcrawler in the upcoming Avengers movie has made the same comments.  You can argue whether or not movies are really an art form but whatever they are, this is the opposite.

And what is the point of this giant ugly building?  It doesn't hold any books or documents like a "presidential library" is supposed to so why is it even here?  This sort of thing give the impression that it's there for elite cult members and the rest of us just have to stay ignorant.  It should be worrisome that this might just be full of photos of Obama, and maybe souvenirs like his clothes.  'This is what he wore that one time he went to a gun range!  That is what he wore to the Nobel Prize ceremony!'

Other than enriching the 'deep state' and activists, it's tough to think of anything Obama really did in eight years.  There's Obamacare but the left completely ignores that, they just say the health care system is horrible.  Maybe there's a connection there.  I know for a fact he oversaw a lot of military deployments to other countries with no declaration of war, but he can't really promote that.  So what else is there to put in this museum or whatever it is?

Well supposedly the actual Epstein documents were released today, at least whatever the Justice Department had.  We know there's plenty of redactions so a lot of stuff will be kept secret, meaning it's probably untrustworthy.  And on Monday we'll probably be told that it was just multiple duplicate pix of him playing Angry Birds and Candy Crush.

The most immediate news about Maxwell's audio interview is that says Trump was never involved with Epstein and was always decent every time she dealt with him.  Also that Epstein did not kill himself, which contradicts what the feds have been saying all this time.  Don't know if she mentioned anyone else but I assume those names would have been the first things to redact.

So we don't know how much of this is worth believing.  That said, it is starting to look like this may be causing the leftist elites to worry.  It may explain some of the recent changes, like suddenly talking about how senile Joe Biden was all these years.  His spokesman Ian Sams had always insisted he was in perfect help, sharp as a tack.  He even said that to Congress but has now testified to them that he only met Biden twice.

More people seem to be stepping back because they might get asked about who used the autopen.  They'll be in trouble whether they answer or not.  We're now told the DOJ opposed Biden's last-minute autopen pardons.  More and more is coming on.  60 Minutes settled with Trump who sued over their edited Kamala Harris interview, otherwise he was going after the unreleased footage from a CBS interview with Biden.  This would show they had a pattern of hiding the truth.  And all of these people wind up connected to rich leftists with ties to Epstein, and/or P. Diddy.

They're still difficult to piece together but at least some of the conspiracies seem to be getting closer together.  The DOJ says it now has evidence that James Comey leaked classified information to use against Trump for his first term.  This violated the Espionage Act but for some reason, they decided not to prosecute Comey.  The same decision was made about Hillary and her unsecure private server.  This sort of thing happens down the line, where some liberal gets in trouble but it's always decided that they shouldn't be prosecuted.

This isn't even limited to politicians.  Illegal immigrant and MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia was caught by police in Tennessee.  He had no drivers license, he was driving a car registered to a human trafficker, and the vehicle was full of several other immigrant males with no luggage or identification but he was taking them to (I think it was) New York for a job.  The police called the FBI about this and were told to let them go.  So they were.  And Democrats universally rushed to support this guy when he was busted for real several months ago.  He's since been returned to the US and set free by leftist judges.

So where is this all supposed to go?  It does seem to be leading to something and we're slowly starting to see an actual direction.  The Clintons, Obama and other elites are starting to appear quite worried about something.  Notice that they aren't going out to make a lot of noise.  Hollywood is breaking apart, they need an audience and are driving them away.  The trans movement and *woke* in general aren't gone but they're severely weakened.  And now they have to focus on Epstein who was also a rich leftist.  Still not enough secrets coming out but it looks like a fire has been set and starting to spread.

There is a reason to worry about assassination attempts.  No idea if it's true but an argument could be made that the Secret Service, FBI, etc. have been part of previous attempts, so here they go again.  That's a valid worry and I'm not going to dismiss it.  Partially I think Trump will be about as safe as he can be and partially I think there's a reason he's putting himself in danger like this.  It's probably not as dangerous as patrol in Baghdad but there's a threat and he's facing it.

And this is the one that Adam Schiff and other Democrats are starting to defend themselves against.  Trump was getting a loan and increased the value of his properties as much as possible to cover the loan, which he repaid.  The leftists are changing the value or tax requirements or residential location for their properties but they can get away with it because they're leftists.

The judge had already declared Trump guilty before the case started so if she made any comments or sent any emails about that, she'll need to be punished for violating civil rights.  The 'guilty' verdict itself is still in place although Trump will appeal that.  There's obviously every reason to be paranoid about this but otherwise there's no reason to think Trump will lose this.

They're going after the leftist control over the judiciary and probably frauds in real estate.  I also think there's something going on in New York which is going to be exposed.  And meanwhile Trump just keeps increasing the list of people who tried to crush him and completely failed.  I'm really coming to the conclusion that his presidency was always a twelve-year plan and we're only on year nine.  Maybe he expected to win in 2020 and this was just a back-up but I think it was thought through deeply before it got started.

It sounds like something she'd say but it turns out this was an A.I. creation.  I'm not a good judge of such things, I thought this looked find but I can't confirm how believable it really was for most people.  But Klobuchar pointed out that it looked and sounded very real.  Even if it wasn't that good, A.I. will probably just get better at this and probably very quickly.

This will be a serious problem because it will be easy to fake video footage of anything.  This could be a 1984-level re-writing of history.  Who would know the truth?  Maybe there can be a law for some symbol to automatically be at the corner of every A.I-generated image or video.  Maybe there can be programs which will easily determine which videos are based on real footage and which are made up.  But if you can go that far, how hard would it be to make an A.I. program which doesn't follow those rules, and who would recognize it when the law is broken?

I don't see a good way to solve this problem or even avoid it.  Could there be an A.I. whose job is to track every A.I.-generated video and at least post comments about it being fake?  Ok, but there's the same problem, people could find ways to avoid it.  And for that matter, what if that A.I. posts this to real video or pictures?  There would be no way to know the truth about anything.

Here's a good example of why you can't trust reports from a warzone.  There's no reason to believe this, whether it's true or false.  The hackers were Russian, of course, so if it's false, it's just standard lies about the enemy.  But they also list the names, dates of death and more info on each and every casualty, so if it's true, the people in charge of Ukraine really don't care how many Ukrainians die to lose this war.

The reports on Russian casualties have bounced all over the place, much much higher than Ukraine's or much much lower.  If those are low, it might explain why Russia has been moving so slowly westward through the whole war, but when did Russia start caring about casualties?

Pretend for the sake of argument that this is true, Russia has lost few and Ukraine has lost many, there are major problems.  Russia still has a lot more available men to face the Ukraine and NATO leaders who did this.  Europe as a whole wouldn't have enough to defend with when Russia turns against them.  And Ukraine would be completely subjected to its rulers, who got rid of any men courageous enough to oppose them.  The left wants "population reduction," here you go.
