□ [“New Jersey College Student Sues, Professor Called Him ‘Racist’ for Trump Flag on Bedroom Wall"]

It's based on a 2021 incident on a zoomchat, probably during Covid, in case you're wondering how a professor go to see the student's bedroom.  She demanded he take the flag down before class could continue.

I'm very ambivalent on this.  Waiting five years is probably the biggest red flag.  If this was such a big deal, why did it take so long?  If it's about being too poor to get a lawyer, you'd have other problems to deal with along the way.  There's also just a fundamental opposition to lawsuits being used for anything.

That said, the left is fine with doing this so it's a valid weapon to use against them.  I'm not against the basic idea here, just the way it's being done here.  I'd like to see more pushback on things like this but the general public would need some specifics, detailed as simply as possible.

An obvious example is why did this take so long?  The legal system does take time, even for rich people.  There must be a way to clarify the basic steps required and how much time is involved on each.  I'm sure there are many possible variations and this would contradict explaining the process as simply as possible.

There's also differences in policies for each state and how the federal government fits into that.  When a lawsuit starts, the people involved must go quiet, that's infuriating to anyone paying attention to it.  This might be where a timeline of the process could be helpful, the process is going to take 'this long' no matter what.  I'm wondering if A.I. might be helpful, on the process or at least describing it.  The left has been doing this for a long time because they want this.  The right doesn't but it's something we should be more knowledgeable about.

□ [“Jane Doe Supporters Just Realized They Made a Huge Mistake"]

The information is already being leaked, the original reports and text messages.  Lucy Craig is her name.  She had texted the next day that it was all legal and she accepted the invitation to come back for another party.  That invitation was later cancelled and her sorority friends pointed out what a slut she was, that's when she got pissed off and started saying it was rape.  So of course she's not responsible for anything, it's always the man's fault.

This story is going to vanish very quickly and women won't even acknowledge that.  Lucy Craig is going to be hit like the black man on the Lindsay Clancy case.  Then another so-called scandal will erupt next week.  As far as I'm concerned, the 19th amendment is already past-tense, it's just a question of how long until everyone realizes it.  You can't trust these people to make decisions when they behave this way based on their gender and these are very clear ways to define a gender.

The fact that they both have L.C. initials is very strange, even their first names are pronounced to reflect those initials.  This looks deliberate but I go back-and-forth on if it's a deliberate plan by the matriarchs or if the Trump administration has figured out how to use them to carry this out.  It's the scheduling that really throws me, it's definitely being used for the mid-terms so this will just keep happening for the next month at-least.  Whoever's responsible, how do you even plan such a thing?

Then there's the question of gender.  How many women are really up for this, a brand-new collective rage every week?  I'm sure there are exceptions, some will, but most will get really tired of this.  It also occurs to me that we haven't heard much from Hillary, Michelle, Nancy, AOC, etc. for a few days.  It's possible they're kept entirely ignorant precisely to keep them out of this.  Next time one of them goes out for a speech, they'll be given a few lines to say and that'll be it from them.  That's what the elites are for.

Some men will fall for this, that's a given too.  Some are just weak.  That's not even a bad thing, so long as it's acknowledged as the truth.  What we're seeing here is almost unbelievable, a literal definition of the genders, men do this, women don't, and vice-versa.  The fact that women are so unanimous about this does indicate their fundamental 'goddess worship' (or demon-worshipping cult which may be the same thing) and we're watching it in real time.  I'm blanking on the phrase Trump used, effectively that we're at the 'dawn of a new age' and it looks like this was what he was talking about.  And we haven't even discussed those who pretend to have a new gender.

□ [“Trump Says He Regrets Nominating Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett to the Supreme Court"]

Seriously?  This is one of those things that keeps Trump from being likeable.  You don't go out in public to complain about your own appointees.  You're supposed to know what you're doing so you're just giving people reason to oppose anything else you do.

He does accept a bit of the blame, he put them in.  He also points out that these justices don't vote uniformly the way the leftist ones do.  There's a lot of reasons why they might vote yes or no on a given case but the implication is that they're doing this on the merits of the case.  The arguments work against them being bribed or threatened because then they would just be uniform on their rulings.

As always, there's stuff about the courts which would make no sense to most of us.  I forget which case it was and don't even remember the specific terminology but individual justices can issue something below an actual verdict and even some of the leftist ones have favored Trump on theirs.  John Roberts issued one for Trump to delay a verdict, then ruled against Trump later on.  Then there's Roberts' ruling in favor of Obamacare where halfway through his decision, it looks like he's going on way, then he suddenly reverses it.  There's a reason people deliberately stay ignorant of the legal system because it gets very confusing very fast.

I don't know how this could be fixed.  I really don't want more justices added to the court and I'm fine with the concept of giving them a job for life.  Of course for decades I was fine with Congress getting re-elected as often as they could and only now am I leaning towards term limits, so maybe that'll change.  One way to minimize government is to make it its own problem and that's what the higher courts seem to be there for.

□ [“Michigan Fire Fighters Union Quietly Pulls Abdul-El Sayed Endorsement, Then Scrubs Website"]

They say their endorsement was a 'clerical error.'  He's running for the Senate yet somehow they had intended to name a Michigan secretary of state instead.  You can't tell *those people* apart or something?  The rumor is that those running the union are leftist but the membership is not so there's a problem.

El Sayed seems to be having problems.  He's already promised higher health care prices for poor people under his plan, he's funded by George Soros, endorses shariat law, supports 9/11.  He even said recently that blacks and arabs don't get along well.  So it's starting to look like Democrats can't pull him across the victory line and are ready to stop trying.  But at least Kamala Harris likes him.

As always, "don't get cocky," but there are increasingly hints that people don't want what the left is pushing and that includes the new brand of 'muslim socialists.'  So if there's a chance to vote against it, that's what people will do.  Oh wait, that's happening for the next month.  I am fairly confident that results can only go one way in a fair election, I'm just not sure that's what's going to happen.  And no matter what, we can just expect this to get worse for the time being.
