It looks like I picked the wrong week to ask which week this is.

□ [“Democrat Rep. James Clyburn Blames Biden’s Poor Debate Performance on 'Preparation Overload'"]
We're in for an entertaining week or two as sycophants try to find something to blame for Biden's senility. And at no point will they blame Biden himself for anything. It's not clear what "preparation overload" is, although most likely it's just putting too much effort into working out every possibility so that, when the time comes, you're already tired and can easily be surprised by something that you didn't prepare for.
The enemy gets a vote too. Trump was able to respond to what Biden had just said. He didn't know it was coming, he didn't know what Biden was going to say, he reacted spontaneously with thought and, depending on your preference, could be entertaining about it. If Biden has ever had that ability, it's long gone.
□ [“MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski Blames Biden’s Debate on His Demanding Schedule"]
They're not even aware that these excuses contradict each other and make them all look worse. Biden took the week off before the debate and this was the best he could do. If that schedule was too demanding, he really can't pretend to be POTUS any longer.
A lot of people are blaming Biden's staff and want them all fired. They don't ask who appointed this staff, that's totally irrelevant for some reason. Even more delusional, some of them are talking about what needs to be changed for the next debate, which is months away. Nobody's going to put up with this for that long and Biden's not going to get any better.

□ [“Keith Olbermann Calls for CNN Be Literally Burned Down for Not Assisting Biden During Debate"]
"Literally, I am suggesting that at some point tonight, CNN should, it will not, go off the air in shame, fire everybody, seal off the buildings, make sure everybody’s out, and burn the goddamn place to the ground."
The first stage of grief is "denial." It didn't happen, Biden did great, everything is all about Trump. You can't summarize Biden in 90-minutes of live performance. The second stage of grief is "anger." We're going to be entertained by that. You insist on abusing a weak old man, you have to take the consequences when he fails to live up to your insane demands.
The left is really going to turn on each other here. They've all devoted years to ignoring Biden's senility and, to differing degrees, were unaware of how bad it was. So they're angry about this and desperate for someone to attack. But that won't solve the problem and will just make them piss off even more people. This won't help.
The next stage will be "bargaining." We know what the left is going to do for that, they've already done this their whole lives. If there are demons and devils, they will be pulling in a lot of desperate souls. China and BRICS will be getting a lot of bribes too, anything to take down Trump. Then there's bribes to take down Trump, no matter the cost.
"Depression" and "acceptance," not sure how those will go or how long it will be until they get there. We're in WWIII, so by that point, life will be very different from anything we've ever known before, and these are the people who made that happen.

□ [“Biden to Deliver Speech Tonight at on Supreme Court’s Immunity Ruling"]
Have they already recorded it or are they going to use an impersonator? Or both? They need to start showing him often if they want people to believe he's an actual candidate for POTUS. That said, if he actually started doing public appearances, a lot of people would probably show up to see what shape he's in now.
We're also going to hear a lot of rumors about what's going on behind the scenes. Biden's family meeting was reportedly all about blaming CNN for everything. The DNC is talking about bumping the nomination up to the next week or so, well ahead of the convention. Unnamed high-ranking Democrats are supposedly trying to figure out how to give Biden a "dignified exit."
It's also said that Obama is pushing an open convention because Biden has no chance. That's as believable as anything else, there's no proof, but I'm at least amused by the thought that he's just running away from the problem as quickly as possible. It's like he's still in charge. Oh wait...
I haven't really looked into today's Supreme Court decision, but that obviously pissed leftists off, like always. We have so little to look forward to, this is the best we have to go with. But I do wonder if whoever's really in charge has as much "immunity" for their decisions as Biden or Trump gets. This could be relevant in ways most people haven't thought of.

□ [“'How the F*** Are You Going to Put All These White People Ahead of Kamala?' Donna Brazile Plays Race Card in Warning to Democrats"]
Because they want someone with a chance of winning. Brazile doesn't want that, she bases everything on gender and skin color. That's a really bad idea but it's what Democrats have been devoted to for decades. Might as well ask why they didn't pick Harris in 2020. We know why, she doesn't.
But this is where the party has set minefields for itself. Can't say you want people to be treated equally if you pick them by skin color. Can't say Harris has any ability beyond giving sex to married men and that was back when marriage was between a man and a woman. And this isn't even getting into the issue of how many blacks - or anyone else - really want skin color to come first and how many want someone who can actually win an election and do the job.
It's possibly the biggest problem, but it's not the only one they're facing. Identity politics is there to tear society apart and that's what they've done for decades, but they turn on each other first. Brazile has spent decades hanging out with rich and famous people like Jesse Jackson, Al Gore, Walter Mondale, and ran the DNC. What does she have in common with poor people, even if they're black?

□ [“Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán Takes EU Presidency – Vows to ‘Make Europe Great Again’"]
□ [“Stocks and Euro Rally For Le Pen’s RN With Largest Voter Turnout in Over 40 Years"]
Europe doesn't get much attention these days, at least not by Americans, but the people are starting to rally. It gives hope that we're doing that here. Obviously there's some difference, Europe is smaller and the government forbids them to have weapons, There's also a lot of nations, meaning a lot of differences between the citizenry. Then there's the invasion going on.
They need to take the EU down. Not sure how workable that is, they've dug in very deeply for the last 60 or 70 years, and given the previous few decades before that, no living European knows what life was like back when Europe was healthy. East or west, they've been destroying themselves for well over a century now. Maybe that's just human nature, but it's depressing.
Anyway, it's only a start. Might even be a distraction to fool us. Still no way to know, but it's at least hopeful. Hard to believe there's any chance for optimism, and yet that's what we can see now. The war will get much worse before it gets better.
