It's the sort of thing you'd expect to hear about, a lot of HHS offices being closed or at least suddenly behind because they've lost a lot of regular employees for some reason.  Nope, just 'they know who they are!!!'  Might even get around to asking them what happened to the children, sometime, if we're not too busy.

I'm sure they'll send some unnamed low-ranking diplomats, but this must be embarrassing to Zelensky.  You're supposed to take this seriously, you even get a cease-fire for it, and your allies can't even be bothered to show up.  Where's the dedication to winning?  It's not like Ukraine demands any ceasefires.  Not that anyone would listen...

This just makes it look like Russia could declare ceasefires a couple times a month.  You never hear of war reaching a point where only one side gets a vote, the enemy doesn't.  That's because at that point, the losers have admitted that they've lost and would like to stop sending their people out to die.  But Zelensky doesn't care how many Ukrainians die as long as the war keeps going.

What's he going to do if Russia just starts acting like the winner anyway.  This territory is now Russia.  Still some resistance fighters but otherwise set up government offices, transfer the currency to rubles, stuff like that.  I doubt it'll happen but it would be hilarious if they start promoting local elections, since the residents haven't done that for a while.

I'm just amused, I'm sure nothing like this will happen.  But what other options does Ukraine have to prevent Russia celebrating "Victory Day"?

The media is getting more and more defensive and it's quite amusing.  As an obvious question, how did the Democratic Party know the media would go along with them?  What are they going to do if these media figures start mentioning that 'Biden really doesn't look good, he's having trouble speaking coherently and wanders off after a few minutes.'  They wouldn't be promoting Republican propaganda, they'd be reporting the truth that their viewers already knew.  But instead they lied to their viewers and promoted Democrat propaganda.

I'm sure any number of commenters are throwing out clips of this or that reporter obviously lying about what great shape Biden was in.  They'd have to get that through their director, their producers and network executives, no one anywhere long the line pointed out how it was clearly false.  Or if they did, they would have some excuse to go with it anyway, 'we don't want Trump to win.'  That's how fair the media is.

But they don't even realize that they're doing this so there's no way to fix it.  The most they can do is repeat what other Democrats tell them to say, but it probably won't work very well.  If they're lucky the audience who doesn't believe them has already left, so they're surrounded by fellow easy-to-brainwash Democrats.  Well, that still might not be a good thing...

There's been quite a few muslim attacks on India.  Still not paying much attention but they're both nuclear powers, this really isn't something the world needs at the moment.  Pakistan says India will attack within the next day or so.  That could be accurate, speculation or projection of Pakistani intentions.  If there's anything we can be certain about, it's that liberals won't care in the slightest.  If there's no white people to blame, just ignore it.

But it is interesting that NATO or the EU can't even pretend to be interested.  India is just as much a member as Ukraine, yet no one is eager to get involved.  They've got Russia, China and Iran in the vicinity, yet the westerners are not going to get involved where people might be dying.  It might be dangerous.

Doesn't sound like Trump wants anything to do with this either.  I'm sure people are being sent to try talking them down from this insanity but it's another case of not being our business.  And frankly that's a harder argument to make than Russia/Ukraine, just because both sides have nukes.  Yet here we are...

It's not clear why this is taking so long because it's obviously part of the plan.  The Supremes will have to be involved but so far there's not much.  I've mostly been skipping over the verdicts, most-but-not-all are anti-Trump.  This one stood out because it's a California chick ignoring that there are already federal laws covering what she says isn't being covered.

The judicial branch doesn't have a lot of strength to work with, but they have some and the fact that the executive branch isn't ignoring them or Congress isn't stepping in to fix things is just strange.  Maybe they're all waiting to see what the population does about this.  Or they're just waiting for orders from the 'new world order,' who knows?

I assume the judges speaking out believe they'll get away with it and I also assume the Trump administration has a plan to deal with them.  But what that might be is a mystery.  I also expect that at some level, our leftist rulers handed over legal authority to whatever version of a 'world government' they supported, so I'm sure that's part of what's going on here.  There's the sense that this really is building to something big and there's also the feeling of 'just get it over with!'

I think we're still too far in the middle of it to get a decent view of events, but I do suspect Trump has been deliberately going after the leftist elites with specifics on doing the things they like so they have to specifically contradict themselves.  How many of them realize this is what they're doing, how many have no clue about this, and how many are ruled by their emotions so they feel justified in ignoring this and attack Trump for doing what they've already done?

Just a guess, but I'd assume the left is getting worn out by this a lot faster than normal people.  We've already had to put up with this and for a lot longer than the last four years.  Now we finally get to see some of our side winning and the left can't stand it.  This is why it's hard to take leftist media claims seriously that Trump voters are regretting their vote.  How could any of them not know this is what we voted for?

It's the sort of thing that you'd think she could make use of when she tries to run for POTUS, showing how she gets along with other people.  But it's also the same thing Democrats will use to destroy her.  They could do something that might win over voters or they can keep doing what they've been doing but they can't do both.

I assume they'll dump this chick.  Hogg is not going to last very long but that would be the only reason I'd bet against him at the moment.  In an internal struggle like this, they'll stick with who they installed into office against all competitors.  But as I said, more is going on behind closed doors so maybe there are other options.

MSNBC did try to defend them but I get the impression that they're doing this more out of habit than anything else.  They want "due process" for people who didn't use due process to enter this country and didn't use it in their home countries.  MSNBC is even trying to blur the faces on these White House pix, like anybody actually watches MSNBC or learns anything from it.

Gotta admit, one thing that worries me is that the Trump administration is actually giving the media leeway to keep denying the truth.  Years from now, they'll still be ranting about how tyrannical Trump is for getting rid of these invaders and any day he's going to censor the media so he needs to be impeached again before it's too late!  It would be really nice if something came out that they couldn't ignore, they couldn't translate into leftism, they had to admit the truth or just give up and find a new job.

The raid itself doesn't seem like a big deal, at least not one we'll know about for a while.  There's drugs, prostitution, gang-members from Tren de Aragua and MS-13, ok, sounds normal.  But there's also about a dozen active-duty military members, probably handling security.  Would it be better if they're just regular customers and Democrats made sure that's now worth promotion points?

We are seeing a basic understandable structure emerging from this.  With DOGE, a lot of financial connections were found between these targets.  ICE and other groups started taking down the most violent invaders and criminals.  Now the judiciary needs to do what it can to defend the traffickers, but they don't have many options.  The military agents need to be used but they get caught too.  Other than asking China to use nukes or bioweapons, there aren't many more defenses to use here, and soon the elites will be caught.

I think the next step will be to see how many judges actually try to resist the law.  They'll need to show the higher-levels because that won't work very well and so far the Supreme Court is out of reach.  And by the way, why are they staying out of reach?  In an actual structured environment, it's a fairly quick step to the next higher-level.

I also think the administration will be hitting the financial tools used by the criminals, so we'll see a few problems there.  We'll also see what the judges are capable of but they don't seem to have many options.  Meanwhile these raids are just getting rid of more criminals, a benefit to everybody.

As always, the media has stuck itself in a lousy situation.  They can't report what they actually know because then the authorities will ask how they know it.  I assume they didn't make fun of Trump because they need to whine about how oppressed they are and mocking the oppressor is supposed to get you punished, not ignored.

But if they can't go after Trump because he's so oppressive, then why didn't they go after Biden?  That's something they can't answer without looking bad.  One reporter does say "we missed a lot of that story" about Biden's senility but he's not going to explain how they missed it.  Republicans had been pointing it out for years and said Biden needed to be tested.  At best this guy admits that the public trusts them less as a result, and he's getting an award for how awesome he is.

The White House Correspondents' Dinner just goes straight to self-love, how independent and noble they are.  So they guarantee that they can't see their own problems and are left confused about why nobody is interested in them.  Maybe they should ask why they don't have an event like this anywhere else except the White House.  But they're too elitist to think of that.

Right now Wisconsin is getting the attention although I'm sure this sort of thing is happening elsewhere.  They're trying to qualify as a "resistance" even though they've been in charge for decades, and officially in charge for most of that time.  It's amazing how they're oppressed by fascists whenever their government control is less than 100%.

They need to unite in a recognizable way, can't get judges and state legislators together if nobody knows who they are.  But how many would actually go along with them?  Even with the state and local governments, not everyone would join in.  And keep in mind, if they don't have to obey the federal government, everyone else has the same excuse to disobey them.  They can say their way of dong things is better but they'll need to specify it in very clear terms for everybody to understand.

And they're doing this for wife-abusers and slave traffickers.  They get higher priority than actual Americans, that tells you what these people are really into.  It will be interesting to see how many of them are straight-forward Democrats and how many are in the overall uniparty.  We'll also see who the first politicians are to stand up and say this is a really bad place to make their defense.

They're trying to get taxpayer-funded agents together to protect the illegal invaders.  That's not a good way to go but there they are.  Glimpsing at the guidelines, I don't have any experience in this stuff but they came off to me like standard leftist instructions for resisters.  'Demand their badge number,' 'wait for your lawyer to instruct you on this matter,' that sort of thing.  Maybe it is typical, but I'm thinking of footage of transgenders demanding who they're allowed to be searched by during the arrest, something else that was also prepared for.

And this comes from the chief executive, presumably someone who wasn't installed but actually won a fair election.  Trump won Wisconsin last year (and 2016) so this is turning against the majority of voters in their own state.  I just don't see the upside in leftist judges doing this.  The closest I've found to a real purpose is that if they lose the illegals, they lose seats in Congress with the next census.  Otherwise they're just profiting from the slave and sex-traffickers, standard politicians.

Other states will be doing this same thing.  They'll probably unite into a modern Confederacy, but they'll also have to deal with each other's differences.  Wisconsin isn't California and won't behave the same way.  But to be fair, their state government employees will all be devoted leftists, so there will be some uniformity.  But at least a hundred and fifty years ago, Democrats had some tough men who knew how to fight.  Now they just look pathetic, and this is who they have up-front to stand for the cause?

He shows up and they're all begging for his attention.  Personally I find this the sort of thing that should be revolting, why would he even be there when there's actual work to do?  That said, he clearly is doing work, this is part of the job requirement and face it, isn't it nice to have a POTUS treated like this?  Joe and Jill Biden had to sit several rows behind them and it's not clear why they were there anyway.

Zelensky and John Kerry were also there for some reason.  Zelensky obviously needed to talk to Trump.  Russia just completed its takeover of Kursk, lots of dead Ukrainians, this is really the last chance for peace, at least in a way that'll get anything you want out of it.  Otherwise start setting up good spots in Kiev for Russian flags to look their best.  Or let survivors make that decision since you won't be one of them.

Kerry actually had to deal with someone in the media asking a serious question, must have been at least a decade since that happened.  He looks old by the way.  But MSNBC asks who was the SoS when Russia took Crimea and he avoids answering that question.  He just says he didn't agree with Russia doing that.  But of course he did nothing to stop them and years just keep going by.

So this event does seem to look like at least some kind of shift in the world structure.  The 'new world order' is losing, at least for the moment.  There was just a huge explosion at an Iranian port and it totally wasn't caused by Israel.  It's absolutely impossible for Israel to do that.  Never happen in a kazillion years.  Don't even ask about it ever again because it's just not doable in the real world.  Meanwhile over in Moscow, a US special envoy arrived to try negotiating a peace treaty with Putin, while a Russian Major General in the Moscow area was killed by an IED.  That must be a total coincidence, no way there could be any connections between those events.

There's also a shift in the human trafficking struggle, possibly even the Epstein list.  No evidence that any of this is connected to the pope's funeral, but the timing is very specific.  And now they get ready to install a new pope.  109 of the 135 cardinal electors were appointed by Francis so they'll probably be stupid enough to go even further left but we'll deal with that when the time comes.

Politicians and their pet media were all unanimous how 'no one is above the rule of law' when they were going after Republicans, specifically Trump, but they've done a completely 180 about their own people, particularly judges.  They never say why the law doesn't apply to judges, just that it doesn't and it's bad to think otherwise.

This was clearly part of the plan when Trump finished his four-year vacation and returned to the office.  The first couple months were changes in the executive branch.  Obviously they were going to go to court over this so that was the next step.  Judges who understand that they don't give orders to the nation probably aren't that worried.  The rest however...

As much as anything, this is showing how the left has no overall coherence in what they're doing.  We see this with their contradictory claims about the rule of law but there are other examples.  Joe Biden totally ignored a Supreme Court verdict and these same people were mum about it.  They need to avoid dealing with that or they'd have to realize they were wrong.  Then there's the way they've spent the last few months complaining that people in the executive branch were never elected.  Guess what the judicial branch has in common with that, but for some reason that doesn't apply here.  [Some judges are elected, I think it differs state by state and what type of court it is.]

So far there are two judges who've been arrested, the one from Wisconsin getting the attention now and one from Las Cruces, New Mexico who was hiding illegals and suddenly resigned a couple weeks ago.  One or two others are starting make noise about how they're going to defy the laws and protect illegals.  There will be more of these but it will be interesting how they play out.  Some will say it was a mistake and try to get out of it, others will be defiant against the law.  Some might have protestors outside their cells, demanding freedom for the law-breaker.  Then there's the elites who want their pet judge back.

This came out on March 31.  Now, a little more than four days later, she's dead.  Of suicide.  Having posted in December 2019 that she was in no way suicidal and any report otherwise would be fake.  She's probably best known for a photograph taken by Jeffrey Epstein of her with Ghislaine Maxwell and Prince Andrew, whose arm is around her waist.

I did not know that she was reportedly working at Mar-a-Lago when Maxwell and Epstein got ahold on her.  If that's the case, she's why Trump hasn't done anything about Epstein.  Either he's totally in on it or this was what he's been waiting for to move in.  Even if it's the latter, there could still be negative reasons for Trump to do this.  I don't think it's about keeping secrets because he's had years to shut her up permanently if that was the goal.  Might be other forms of secrets, not about Trump personally but someone or something else.  A cult religion on Epstein island, for instance.

But at least for the moment, I get the impression this is the 'go' point.  Getting rid of a lot of traffickers in the US and around the world, identifying lots of others, now there's judges caught with their hands in the cookie jar, and possibly the best-known Epstein victim is now gone.  Of suicide, just like Epstein, and his fellow abuser of Virginia, French model scout Jean-Luc Brunel in 2022.  There aren't many options for sudden death in solitary prison between suicide or died trying to escape, but if there is a cult religion going on here, that might be what this is about.

Her kidney failure had come from a car crash at the end of March, a school bus was involved, but there's no record of anything like that in her vicinity in Australia.  I'm very worried that this could *all* be a fake, except the child abuse, that's probably real.  So where's Trump's statement on this?  We're waiting...

Not as insightful as you might expect.  The story he tells is that his car was robbed while at home in San Francisco so he had to go to Walmart for supplies and that's what the checkout clerk said to him, but this happened two years ago.  He hasn't repeated this anecdote since and he hasn't done anything to fix it but apparently it made a big impression on him two years ago that poor people might have this view of Democrats.  It's almost like they might be willing to vote for Trump.  Did I mention he says this happened two years ago?

I'm sure it's not remotely original but it's possible that people become leftists because they're just not smart enough to think of any options other than absolute government.  Or at least they were raised that way and have to finally get to some level of age and maturity before they start seeing things correctly.  Why has Schiff not been pointing out for the last two years the danger Democrat policies are bringing to the public?  There are poor people who get robbed like he was, why isn't the government funding police forces to protect them?  He'd probably have been purged if he'd said that.

So yes, the party has major problems and have shown that all they can do is talk.  Or not even that, as Schiff shows here.  But they're trying to find some way to fix the problems without acknowledging what the problems are, and they're all based on leftism.  He even cites that they need to change how they do business in California, but making it worse is not the change voters are looking for.

A name we haven't heard for a while, haven't missed it either.  But since we haven't heard of her in so long, wtf was she still on a Pentagon board?  It's been over eight years since she had a real job, but she's still here with complete access to military secrets and ranting about DEI.  You can see why Hegseth needs to purge the system from the top down.

These are advisory committees he's clearing out.  Not sure the connection - it's the Pentagon, no way to know the connections - but my guess is this is following from that leaked conference meeting a month ago.  I have not followed the story closely, but Hegseth has fired a number of people and been accused of other leaks.  It's not clear if those accusations are true or if this is him getting rid of actual traitors.  I think it's closer to the latter and these are people who fall under Susan Rice's command.

These committees aren't a complete list of leaders  but effectively these are the people running the 'deep state.'  At least the military side of things, so they can make contact with the executive, legislative and judicial branches.  They've been doing this since the Obama years and were probably just replacing the Clinton appointees and so on, going back for decades.

So I think that Signal meeting was about setting up one of the media figures.  From there they determined who he had contact with and how communication was handled.  This is one advantage Trump's people have, the enemy can't call for help or everyone will know what they're doing.  That's why they need to work through people 'in the know.'  Thinking about it, that goes back a long time, like the signals gays used to send each other when meeting new people in public.  Might be a connection there, you think?

Yes, there's the Constitution, but those who support America are fine with Trump going away in four years.  It's those who oppose America and the Constitution that have no argument against this.  In other words, he can justify another term against them and if he's still as worshipped by his supporters as the left insists that he is, that's game over.  The only way to prevent that is to respect the Constitution and that means *ALL* of it.

As arguments go, I guess I've heard worse, but I still don't see much incentive from either side to merge.  Frankly, I think there's much more dislike of the whole concept regardless of how good an idea it is, as there should be.  He's literally saying he's not trolling and I literally can't take it seriously any other way, as to push Canada and everyone else to start acting like a real f*cking nation for a change instead of the pawns of the globalist left that they've been doing for decades.

Maybe if we don't make Canada a state, just a territory, that would be a better option.

Yet another Sammy Hagar release, he's only done a couple dozen songs in the 2020s.  Well he is pushing 80 and is probably not being considered for the next vocalist for Guns'n'Roses.  The song itself isn't very good but it stands out just because it's doing something.

Sammy says this came from a dream about Eddie Van Halen.  Ok, we'll go with that.  He's also said recently that he's just too old to do more tours.  That's much more believable.  Rock stars tend to hide this insight from the public or just never have it, but his life is reaching the end and, being Sammy, he wants to find a way to make something with it.  In his case, it's a tribute to EVH.

It makes sense from Sammy's perspective.  He was successful before joining Van Halen and was mega-successful afterwards.  Once he started making money, he had the sense to invest it in businesses that didn't depend on him being a rock star.  That's how he got to know Eddie Van Halen, they had the same auto mechanic.  We know why EVH could afford a Lamborghini but that's how Sammy got a Ferrari 512 (and never drove 55 in it.)  That being said, being in Van Halen was clearly Sammy's high-point career-wise as a rock star.

So with Joe Satriani playing lead, Sammy now puts out a song tributing EVH with gratitude.  That's nice enough, but it makes me wonder why no one else does this?  Alex Van Halen has always stayed silent although he will be out later this year with a collection of music he recorded with EVH in their last years together.  Michael Anthony stays quiet like most bassplayers but I assume he complements EVH a lot in interviews.  But where the f*ck is David Lee Roth?

For the last 40 years or so, Roth has been talking like he's the one who made the band and we're just lucky he picked side-musicians who had the same name.  20 seconds into "Eruption" will show anybody that Roth isn't the one who made this band successful, where has he been for the last five years instead of paying tribute to the guy he got rich and famous from?  And where the hell are any other guitar players?

And where is anybody trying to put out a tribute like this to anybody meaningful?  'Thanks for what you brought to my life and the fans and the rest of the world'?  It's not like Sammy had to spend years sculpting this masterpiece.  His last couple tours have been heavy on VH songs, he's got the tribute, but he had this idea so he put it together and here it is, simple as that.  It's disturbing to realize this but that basic spirit seems entirely missing from pop culture these days.

Judges are allowed to break the law if they're defending others who broke the law because the law applies to everyone!  That's the basic message being put out.  The rhetoric about the MS-13 guy has suddenly vanished so they need a different slave trafficker to defend at the moment.  This isn't going to go well for them.

By slave trafficker, I mean the judge, as far as I know the illegal was only charged on multiple counts of domestic abuse, battery and the like.  Ok, maybe he has a few things in common with the MS-13 guy but you get my point.  I assume the Trump administration has already looked into what these judges are into, what government officials they're connected to, and have a range of attacks ready to go.

Trump lawyers have also looked into all the legal options.  As an example, a judge defied Homeland Security for removing illegals, so the task was given to the Department of Defense who hadn't been included in the judge's orders.  The DoJ is also setting up RICO charges for gang-members, for various forms of trafficking, extortion and racketeering.  And the judges are going to defend these people?  And Democrats?

Trump hit the executive branch in his first couple months, now he's going after the judicial.  Republicans control Congress so there's not a lot the left can do there and even the uniparty's options are limited.  If nothing else, they're probably informed of what Trump is doing and they can't do much to defend the targets - traitors, slave traffickers, Chinese spies - or the connection to them can easily be exposed.

Because Democrats love polls, CNN is reporting how AOC/Bernie are shooting up in poll numbers and others like Chuck Schumer are falling.  The media would never pick a side to support the correct Democrats.  This does show how the party's internal conflicts are growing.  They are desperate for someone to tell them what to do.

Looking at the comments about Slotkin, it's the "alpha energy" that seems to amuse the most people.  The party has purged anyone who could do that and it's not something any of the other dozens of genders are known for.  She makes a few comments about actually organizing, unlike AOC/Bernie, or David Hogg or any other competitors, but there's still no actual organization.  They're all just self-identifying as being in charge and expecting everything to go from there.

I'm trying to figure out how he became Vice Chair.  The DNC has five of them and apparently elections are involved but I can't find any results.  The DNC chair only got a few hundred votes, but that was enough to win.  It's possible this is just every Democrat governor, congressman or living POTUS and that's the all the votes to be counted.  So how do you win that election?

I think this lines up a couple different conflicts.  The people in charge don't know how to fix anything so they need someone to blame for that.  Can't blame Trump, he's not in the DNC.  Meanwhile Hogg is a spoiled little boy that just blames whoever's in charge, because it's not him.  DNC supporters think they need something new so they pick a young guy for a change.  His supporters would turn against him just as easily as they'd turn against the rest of the DNC, the party as a whole and the USA.

Hogg hasn't actually won any elections beyond becoming vice chair so he's got no experience to go with.  He also makes it very easy for people who agree with him to start disliking him anyway, as Democrats are showing.  I'd guess he'll be out within a couple months but then neither side has any better options.  None of this helps to win over voters but a large part of the party is still convinced that Trump is always a loser, which is how they got into this mess.

Little problem.  Putin has no incentive to go along with it.  He knows that Trump has no incentive to be involved here and has already threatened to walk away if things don't get fixed quickly.  Russia keeps expanding anyway so they don't need Trump involved.  I don't know if the Easter ceasefire actually did anything.  I've heard both sides accused the other of attacking but I didn't bother looking into it.  Another sign that it's none of our business in the first place.

Zelensky is just being loony, causing problems and insisting that Russia can never have Crimea.  Take that up with Obama who cave them Crimea ten years ago.  Of course Europe agrees with this, it's like the Palestinians, it's their land forever no matter how long it takes.  At most, they'll go for awhile without fighting for it, like they did the last ten years.  Another reason Trump should just walk away.  I really hope he's not just trying to show off as a negotiator.

If whoever's in charge of Ukraine was smart, they'd accept the loss now before it gets worse.  But they could have done that a year or two ago so that's not what they're into.  Notice that, no matter how much Europe supports this war, they haven't spent the last three years building up their militaries.  Giving up tons of equipment to Ukraine - and Russia by extension - they'll eagerly do that, but putting hundreds of thousands of fighting men together to be ready to go?  Not going to happen.

Hopefully Trump is just showing how pointless this is so he can justify not being involved.  That's about the best option there is at this point.

Blocking the sun has nothing to do with "global warming" and is entirely about creating a weapon to use against everyone else.  There's also the delusion that they think earth is so weak that this would work.  Even scarier, isn't there a way that this could be easy to do?  These experiments are to spread aerosols through the atmosphere, a good way to poison lots of people, but one has to wonder why they don't just up drones to hold miles of plastic or nylon or something that just literally blocks the sun.  There are nations that wouldn't be capable of shooting that down, certainly nobody else could do it.

They're not even worried about shutting down solar panels which are there to save the earth.  It's like changing the term from "global cooling" to "global warming," they're just throwing one insane idea in after another, regardless of contradiction.  This mentality just comes off as effectively the source of all our actual problems, the thugs and tyranny.

The next Marvel failure is a week away from being released.  I do know the origin of the original Thunderbolts comic, years later I even bought the first collection, but nothing about this movie seems to make sense.  The company is trying to act like it can throw in any IP it wants and it'll be successful, regardless of whether it's any good.  So now they've reached the point where even if the movie is any good, it has very little chance of success.

I just did a very quick search on Fandango for advance ticket sales and only one theater I saw wasn't almost entirely empty.  That theater actually had quite a few seats already sold, but it was also a small theater.  I checked Thursday and Friday, one Imax, the rest standard, only three theaters had sold more seats than you could count on your fingers and most of the others could be counted on one hand.

People are deliberately avoiding Marvel/Disney at this point.  Different people might have different reasons, but it basically all comes down to 'you're not getting any more of my money.'  Partially people are tired of the superhero genre, men in tights solving their problems by punching people.  Partially we're repulsed by Hollywood in general and Disney in particular.  Then there's the way that these movies all seem to be little more than an advertisement for the next movie.  That's not how you create an interesting story or characters.

There's a slight chance people will be interested in this movie, but more likely no one will care.  That's not going to help the upcoming Avengers movie that's supposed to tie all the previous ignored releases together.  I'm sure it'll be more successful than the other product of the last several years, but more out of curiosity than any real interest.  It wasn't that long ago when these movies were very successful and they've just ruined themselves.

The reporter follows up, "The Epstein files."  That doesn't really clarify anything but it's not like the question needed clarification.  So of course Trump's response is "I don’t know.  I’ll speak to the attorney general about that.  I really don’t know.”  It's like that scene in the brand-new trailer for Fantastic Four, where the world's smartest man is asked if we're safe and he says "I don't know."  WTF are you doing here if you don't know.

He may be busy but I find it hard to believe that this wouldn't cross his mind every day or two.  He's surrounded by staff, just mentioning it would put word out that the clock is ticking.  Assuming he's actually going to do anything about this, which is far from certain at this point.  Trying to be as optimistic as possible, there may be some hidden meaning to what's being said, hence the distinction between "files" and "documents."  This may have been a time where he has to look ignorant for some larger purpose.  That's the closest I get to a positive view, he's going to turn his supporters against him at this rate, probably by the end of the year.  Certainly be for the 2026 elections.

He should just start listing several dozen names of Epstein's biggest allies.  There, it's declassified, the rest can follow in short order.  He's supposedly the one who makes that decision, who else would it go to?  Whoever that is has left Trump on thin ice.

This was the December 2022 stop in Tennessee where he was pulled over by the Highway Police.  Although he didn't have a drivers license, they called the FBI who said just let him go, and the other seven illegals in the van.  They weren't bringing luggage or any supplies you might expect from a large group of people travelling a long distance, Texas to Maryland.

The van was owned by someone convicted in 2020 of transporting human traffic across state lines.  He spent a little while in jail but was released on condition that he never come back to the US, meaning he's probably here now unless ICE has found him again.  And somehow his van wound up in the hands of this MS-13 member, what a coincidence.

Might just be a brief rest but I've suddenly gotten the impression that the left has decided they need to ignore this guy as soon as possible.  Otherwise it becomes obvious why all their leaders are so dedicated to keeping this slave trafficker safe, free to pursue his goal in our country.  Four Democrats just tried to meet their idol but were rejected because they weren't in an official capacity, because the taxpayer wasn't paying for the trip.  I'm sure they'll find a way somehow, but I doubt too many more will try.

Whatever the cause, she should be David Hogg's main target for getting rid of old people in safe Democrat districts.  He hasn't mentioned her and I assume nobody has the courage to ask him, but it's probably why Democrat leaders are starting to turn against him.  Like Nancy or not, at least she's done something over the decades besides become very rich.  What's Hogg got to offer, other than being a young white self-identifies as male?

I doubt Hogg made this happen but it's the same effect.  Durbin has been in the Senate for almost 30 years and was in the House for 14 years before that.  Over half his life.  That just seems nauseating to consider.  He's obviously always wanted to be in politics, running for Illinois state senate in 1976 and lieutenant governor in 1978, defeated both times before going to the House in 1982.

You can come up with good or bad reasons, but there's a lot of people who want these old cronies out of the ruling class permanently.  I think there's a natural change from one generation to the next, although in this case, I'll have to look up Chairman Mao's programming the young to purge older people in his own government.  That's another natural result, as a way to continue the revolution against the rulers, themselves.  These people really don't seem to like normal human reproduction, so they need to find other ways to make it happen.

Sexual harassment and using the WEF's money to do what he wants.  And they're surprised by this?  It's what liberal elites have done throughout their lives, but all of a sudden they're turning on the guy who gave them this opportunity?  So it's basically a remake of Hollywood complaining about Harvey Weinstein and all the women he made rich and famous are never asked about it.

There's also probably internal fighting going on and this is one aspect.  The board all has secrets on each other so they're using that.  Looking up their board of trustees, managing board, managing directors and executive committee, Al Gore and Yo-yo Ma are the only two I've ever heard of.  There's also Chinese people in charge.  I'm curious how wealthy all these people are.  It's safe to assume they're all involved with what's terrorizing the world so they can stay in charge of it.

I assume the Trump administration is part of this although I hope it's as undercover agents and not open servants. It's worrisome that these people may actually have plans to bounce back and forth from right to left to impose their agenda.  I can't imagine how it would be possible to work that out over billions of people, but if it can really happen, that's clearly what the WEF is doing.  You can understand why they're fighting over it.

Schwab has already been replaced by an 80-year old Austrian whom everybody says looks like a James Bond villain.  I'll take their word for it but this is only the second chairman the WEF has had since it was founded in 1971.  He got together several hundred Western European business executives, they essentially self-identified as the government and the EU was born.  The European Economic Forum changed its name to the World Economic Forum and they've been doing the same thing.  This sort of globalism goes back at least a hundred years and earlier precedents can be found in various forms of political theory.  These people can be blamed for causing all these problems but if they hadn't been there, someone else would have done the same thing.

Not sure how how useful this will really be, even in the short-term.  That's just because I don't trust Rubio or anyone else working for Trump.  Or Trump, for that matter.  That said, we're stuck with them so might as well be as optimistic as possible.  So I'm glad to hear he's cutting out the bloated *woke* bureaucracy.  As part of the State Department, it will help influence other countries the same way.

This might be the real benefits of the Trump administration.  Even if the left seizes power somehow, it's not like they can just restore everything.  The longer this lasts, the more people will be devoted to keeping it.  Having the economy restored, based on merit, dumping the *woke* movement and DEI.  Reducing government authority, protecting individual freedom, and watching the leftists go bonkers every day, we'll want more of that.

The down side is we don't see the results immediately.  NGOs who lose USAID funding feel the hit and that's great to watch, but we don't have a healthy economy.  The war is still overhead, all these other problems.  Things will get better but effectively we won't watch it.  It's like if the price of gas goes down a penny/gallon a month, it will be a long time to really see that, or connect it to how everything else gets cheaper.

But it will also get more entrenched.  We will see the long-term benefits even if we only pay attention to details in our own lives, so the improvement will eventually be obvious.  The left's refusal to accept that will show how they caused all the problems and everyone will be much more dedicated to make sure it never happens again.  That's the real achievement here, and Trump's only had a few months so far.

The first news on this story in a couple months.  Gaiman had hired a big-name publicity firm so this must have been part of their big plan.  This is the chick who didn't have the money to pay rent so Gaiman came up with this option to keep her and her kids from being homeless.  Give a woman money, this is how they return the favor.

This isn't the sort of thing accused men usually sue for.  Maybe if they say she's lying, they'd sue for defamation, but this lawsuit is for breaking the NDA she had to sign to get money from him after they had sex.  It's implied that he's doing this to keep every other potential accuser silent, which is believable, but I'm not sure that holds up these days.  Every other leftist is losing their minds, no reason to think Gaiman's an exception, he might just want revenge and she's the most convenient target.

For that matter, I think it might just encourage more people to sue him, or at least talk more publicly.  He couldn't go after all of them and we're at a point where enough people have had enough, maybe even Gaiman's playthings.  It's not enough that that they were huge fans, it's not enough that he got to have his way with all of them, it's not enough that he made them sign NDAs to keep them quiet, how much more of that are all these females willing to take?  I assume Mrs. Gaiman will stay completely silent and is probably in no danger, yet.

Maybe this is a way to funnel money from leftist elites, otherwise I doubt she'll get a dime from anybody else.  If it's the former, I'm sure she'll get away with it.  That's how judges and leftist lawyers act these days.  The things that other people get punished for don't apply to them.  If it's the latter, I'm guessing she's in major financial trouble because otherwise she'd have enough money to pay for this.

More is coming out about the fraud she engages in, the sort of thing she accused Trump of doing.  There's the "unit" with five apartments that she said only had four apartments.  That's a big deal for insurance reasons, just because there's more separate residents.  It also matters that she didn't live there so it should have considered for commercial mortgage and insurance, which are more expensive than residential where the actual owner lives there.  She has other "homes" in Virginia as well where she doesn't actually reside.

To the extent she's made any public statements, it's just how this is all lies and she'll keep going after Trump.  That applies to all the judges giving orders to the executive branch.  Most of them are unelected officials and they're competing for public attention, but I don't see how far that can go.  They don't have as much authority as they claim to and the federal government is too intertwined in the states.  Trump's supporters will turn against him if he doesn't start arresting the traitors he campaigned against three times.  He's got some leeway, these leftists don't.

He's in his upper-30s and had no reputation as a good player back when he was at his peak.  He also said the NFL was like slave owners, so it's not clear why he'd even want to go back.  And didn't he get tons of money for doing one or two anti-American ads?  It's not like he needs the money.

It's said that he's just taking orders from his girlfriend, she's the one making these comments, but I don't know them that well so I'll just assume it's all his decision.  If it's not, that's still his problem and he just looks like he'd have trouble beating Joe Biden in a spelling match.  He's not making any comments about how he likes this country, or is glad to be so rich and famous here and not somewhere else.  He can't even point to anything he could bring to an NFL team that they couldn't find better, younger and cheaper.

It's quite possible he's spending a lot more than he should and really needs the money.  If that's true, he might be the first modern example of 'go woke, go broke,' at least those I pay any attention to.  Similar to Bud Lite being the tipping point for the trans movement, I generally see Kaepernick's anti-Americanism as the starting point for the modern *woke* movement and anti-Americanism in general, although obviously you could point to countless other examples.  It's just my personal view here.

If he's so rich and successful, why not just form his own football team.  Hell, he could form their opponents and play regular games.  Put the video on youtube and show how interesting they are, win over fans that way.  Instead he just sits around, supposedly exercising every day, waiting for the NFL to do everything.  That kind of devotion is just... sad.

In Britain, you can be arrested for praying silently outside an abortion clinic, but it's totally ok to advocate the murder of women for disagreeing with you.  That's not a good way to be.  They also defaced statues, including one for Nelson Mandela.  Good thing he wasn't there in person or they'd have gotten rid of him permanently.  They also went after statues of Sir Robert Peel, Benjamin Disraeli, and the suffragist Millicent Fawcett.

It's difficult to witness or describe, but I think the overall point is that these people are pushing away those who supported them, or at least tolerated.  It's one of those things where you really need to show that *not everyone's like this* if that's actually the case.  Otherwise it's natural assume that they really are all like that.  At least there are females who are just naturally girly, there are blacks who want others to pull their pants up and look civilized, there's no trans who wish these people would shut the hell up.

Can't say I know much about Rowling, but she appears to be a total leftist who is being pushed away by what leftism actually does.  There's never agreeing to disagree or just going your own way, it's always a purge.  Once you start seeing that, it becomes hard to ignore it happening elsewhere.  As the saying goes, everyone's always conservative about what they know best, and Rowling was born female.  She tries to be nice about those pretend genders but that's not enough, so they want her dead.

This is a bad idea.  It barely even qualifies as an 'idea.'  There's certainly no real thought going into it.  I get the point of trying to summarize your point in a few lines [wink wink] but they're not actually doing anything with that.  It's like they assume they'll come up with something clever and memorable that will somehow convince people all over the place in ways normal media appearances don't.

People with actual jobs need to actually do something.  This isn't even trying to do something, it's just pretending and thinking that'll be enough.  "Dark Biden" didn't do anything, why would anybody think this will be different?  You want to win over people who can't do anything?  Things like this just make it look like the left has guaranteed immediate failure for a long time because that's not what real people want or need right now.  Like him or not, Trump takes that into account.

"He was on his feet.  He could finish sentences."  That's as far as she can go to defending what fantastic shape Biden was in and she actually dealt with him for years.  The rest of us could see his senility immediately, despite the protection his lifelong stupidity continued to provide.  Yet this friendly interviewer points out that she said he was in great shape as of last July.  She's either lying or she really doesn't recognize what had happened to Biden.

She finally realizes that she looks really bad for this so she has to add that she hadn't seen his decline *yet* when she said that.  The interviewer points out that 'he can speak in sentences' isn't actually praising Biden and she has to agree with that.  It's the only way she can change the subject and hope the audience missed this.  Otherwise they might start asking what else she's been hiding.

It looks like Democrats are trying to prevent a surge of the truth coming out about how much they've been hiding and lying about.  They're trying to blame Biden for everything but that's not going to work.  The world saw his condition and these people were closer to him, there's no way they could have missed it.  Then there's the virus, the war, the fraud, the attack on Trump, Epstein and P. Diddy, all the other secrets they were obviously hiding.  How long can they hold the tidal waves back?

They're getting edgy.  Court decisions usually come during working hours, but they jumped in on this one.  There's a lawsuit from the ACLU citing the recent Supreme Court decision that the administration must provide time for a chance to appeal.  The court had sided with Trump on that particular case but left this in place for someone else to use immediately.

Trump's position is that Tren de Aragua are foreign terrorists and that's how they get treated based on the Alien Enemies Act.  Sounds like determining that should be more relevant to the Supremes, but the way they jumped in on this indicates yet-another issue.  Alito and Thomas' dissent that the others rushed in - in the middle of the night - before a lower court had a chance to respond.

This is getting an opening lesson in the nuts-and-bolts of court processes.  Alito states that the Supremes can only be involved if the lower circuit court of appeals had made a ruling, which they couldn't because the appeal was just a temporary restraining order from the court below them.  And now they can't because the Supremes rushed in.

Alito even cites a written rule, Rule 23.3, that something like this can only happen “in the most extraordinary circumstances.”  Otherwise let the lower courts handle things first.  And they're doing this just because ACLU lawyers for illegal alien detainees begged them to get involved.  So they did.  In the middle of the night.  Gee, nothing suspicious about that.

You can question if the pic Trump is showing is real, but the tattoos on his left hand are also in the pic of Sen. Van Hollen finally getting to barge in and meet his idol.  Now he gets to laugh about taxpayers funding his trip.  It's probably why other Democrats are trying to do it too, and other Democrats are trying to do it too.  They're probably using this to promote an upcoming Presidential campaign although at least the House Oversight Committee has said taxpayers won't fund those trips.

Trump also made sure to get a list made of his crimes, wife-beating, human trafficking, declared to be an MS-13 member, all that stuff.  Of course the media ignores this, MSNBC even made sure to drop coverage just before he started reading the list.  There's even talk that Van Hollen violated the Logan Act, supporting an enemy combatant.  I'm sure this won't go anywhere but it's another argument of what the left is really into.

I want to know why the left is obsessed with this guy and not P. Diddy.  No one is visiting him, we have no word if he's doing all right.  But that would mean showing more support to American citizens than to foreign thugs.  The only way that's going to change is if MS-13 was trafficking victims to P. Diddy and his ilk.  That would explain a lot.

Instead they're stuck on the *woke* agenda and whining about how oppressed they with no one ever telling them to STFU.  Oppression doesn't work that way and they're too stupid to realize it.  But everyone else can see this.  I am still skeptical about Trump but one undeniable positive aspect is how he's brought this to a head where it's so clear what the left always does and how it ruins civilization.  I really do think this was part of his plan all along.

This is a multi-layered part of the conflict.  It's not just the pretend-gender advocates, it's also an argument about state rights.  There is a point to be made that if you want taxpayers to fund your penis getting chopped off, go to this state, not that one.  This is one reason even Democrats are (reportedly) getting tired of this anti-Trump pro-*woke* rhetoric.  Individually and collectively, we all reach a point where 'just leave us alone!' is how we respond.  But the left doesn't do that.

Also anecdotal, but I get this impression from Britain's reaction to their Supreme Court saying there's only two genders.  For the first time in decades, the British people see light at the end of the tunnel, that reality is finally involved in the fantasy their elites have imposed.  Until now, only the large Muslim community had been able to point to that.

Like this thing, what is going on in Brazil  that they even let it walk around loose, much less install it into a position of power?  This does happen in non-white countries and there's no evidence, but I can't shake the impression that global elites are effectively installing creatures like this so they can pretend this really is a 'new world order.'  There are Muslim transgenders and I don't remotely understand how they can permit those things to exist, but that's my suspicion.

I'm still astounded to think about how quickly this movement appeared and then how it started going away.  With more thought in hindsight, it may become obvious, but it's still a 'how the hell did that happen?' moment.  It's been around for a long time, whether you're talking about Christine Jorgensen or Dr. Frank N. Furter, but all of a sudden they're supposedly everywhere and you'll be punished for not obeying.  And then people started waking up and reality started coming back.  They're still trying but the movement is clearly waning.  I cite the Bud Lite ad as the place where things moved into reverse and that was over two years ago.
