Another win, 7-2 this time.  Once again it's not specific to the case, just that the lawsuit was filed by NGOs who don't have the standing for this.  Once again, they're going after tools used by leftist organizations rather than the organizations or lawsuits themselves.  This more subtle but in the long run, much more effective.  I just wish I wasn't worried that the Supremes weren't setting us up, lulling us into security.

This will limit advocacy groups from trying this stunt with their pet judges.  Yesterday they made the point about where the judges were, getting one that agrees with the left rather than one in the actual location of the crime and lawsuit.  They had also limited judges' effect on the POTUS speaking for the nation.  Now they've added NGOs to the target list, and still haven't had to face the issues under discussion.  This is very encouraging.

Judge Boasberg is trying a new tactic.  The SCOTUS decision yesterday indicated that the illegal immigrants still had a right to challenge their removal from the country.  Pretty sure that wouldn't fairly hold up in court, but Boasberg is now trying to get illegals to appeal in their local courts, mostly Texas.  Why is a judge getting involved in this, what's the word, activism?  Didn't know that was part of his job description.

This is something that needs to be done more often, asking Democrats why they now oppose their own demands being fulfilled.  They'll probably just say it's all about context, China taking jobs from Americans is totally different or something like that.  Have to wonder how many Democrats in Congress got rich because the tariffs they wanted weren't established.

Well that's a 'trade war.'  China and Trump are going at it.  Where are the people who insist that government creates all the money?  Couldn't both countries just print enough currency to pay the tariffs, no problem?  Or any other country for that matter.  Yet nobody's trying this solution and as far as I know, no leftist is even suggesting it, despite this being one of their core beliefs.  Funny how that works.

Not sure how long this will last.  I get the impression that the people obsessed with these investments will be the first targets, perhaps the main targets.  It sounds like the stock market is bouncing up and down.  China has announced major reductions in US imports, including movies.  That could be a huge victory for one side, or both.  Hollywood has spent the last decade or so trying to be China's pawn and it's no coincidence that they've been pushing the *woke* agenda without pretending otherwise.  They've already ditched the US market, what are they supposed to do without China?  Send their girl-power propaganda to the Muslim world?

Any other commanders she (because of course it's a "she") ignores just because she wants to?  That's the modern military, you don't like your commander, that's their fault.  Naturally Democrats are outraged that she gets fired just for disrespecting the commander-in-chief.  They'd be just as angry if someone did that to Biden, Obama or Clinton, right?  Of course they got to purge the military so there's probably a reason nobody did that to them.

Military leaders like that are why the members of NATO - the US included - are in such lousy shape now.  Yet the left is devoted to war or what is called "the moral equivalent of war."  This is the approach they bring to everything, climate change, racial distinctions, people who drive a Tesla EV.  I've never given much thought to the phrase, but looking it up, it comes from a 1977 Jimmy Carter speech.  Carter himself was quoting it from a 1906 speech by William James of Harvard, and looking him up on wikipedia, it looks like one of the founders of modern leftism and mysticism.

I suppose it does work on those who are braindead enough to believe it, and probably inspires their tyranny on everyone else, but it's really not comparable to actual war.  This is probably why they all line up with communists and the *woke,* they don't need to do anything.  They just assume they're right and self-identify as a higher-rank than others.  This personality is probably discernable to each other, so they can maintain a rank structure, so in a sense, they are attempting to resemble a military force.

I'm going to have to give this more thought, but we see the left dealing with this across the board these days.  There's this chick in the military who refuses to accept her own commander, there's the activists attacking people who drive the wrong cars or non-whites who vote the wrong way, there's just the general 'we're at war' monotony coming from the left.  They're given targets - Russia, Trump - but wouldn't be much different under any other circumstances.  But a real war starts showing who's capable of surviving.  These people will never face that.

They really are trying to pretend they have a working leftist government, a contradiction in terms.  This lady didn't have to testify under oath, so she can say whatever she wants and they'll believe it, or at least pretend they do.  It really wouldn't surprise me if they think they can pass laws and install officials to lead their war.  Going to be fun when they try to raise taxes and see how many supporters will pay them.

They're close to taking all of Kursk and it doesn't look like there's anything left to stop them.  Haven't heard anything recently about Europe sending in troops, or Trump talking about negotiations for that matter.  Europe just doesn't have the will to fight.  Trump doesn't want to, he wants peace, but Russia probably won't take him seriously until he releases the Epstein files.  In any event, it's all talk so Russia will ignore that and move forward.

They should all be a bit worried.  Given that NATO members have been sending people and weapons in to use against Russia, they'd have every right to return the favor in London, Paris, New York.  We attacked them and hadn't even declared war, so they could justify it.  That was never a smart move and as far as we know, Trump hasn't completely retreated from that stance.  [He probably has but since we don't know how many troops we sent in, we won't be told that they've left the region.]

The leftist elites seem to have bet everything on Ukraine winning and are clearly losing.  This could explain why they're desperately getting rid of all opposition in their respective nations.  Only tyranny can save them now, anyone who disagrees must be removed from the equation.  This is the sort of thing that happens when there's an actual war and the left can't handle that.
