And this will somehow save them from looting? "Oh no! Don't take the government goods from the store! That's illegal!" Or will your government store just have more armed protection than everyone else gets? That's going to be even more expensive. I'm not counting the prices they're going to charge, I mean the expense of getting supplies, employees as well as armed guards.
Was this the point of driving away other grocery stores or is that just a benefit? Either way, the government gets to decide what you can or can't have. Will they even permit cash currency or will it all be done digitally, or else you don't get any food here. Basically it sounds like another attempt to have government handle everything and guaranteed to failure.

And while that's going on, we have another leftist speeding towards open dictatorship. This isn't just stupidity, it's obviously a deliberate plan, to defy the Constitution, the state constitution, the legislators and now a federal judge, all to deny citizens their rights. Can't be totalitarian without that.

□ [“'We Own the Science and Think the World Should Know It' – Globalist UN Official Calls for More Controls Over Speech, Greater Censorship of the Masses"]
People who claim to oppose anyone owning anything never oppose themselves owning everything. People who know what science actually is recognize that they'll never remotely know everything. And then there's people like this. They know everything and nobody's permitted to think differently. That's why they invented censorship. And she runs communications for the UN, what a coincidence.
It's strange how people who clearly always supported tyranny are just becoming more open about it all of a sudden. Is this part of the plan or are they getting desperate? Or maybe they're just so successful that there's no longer any reason to hide this, or that they just never think of it anymore.
We do know this is what the UN has always wanted and all their ilk. At least the League of Nations was understandable, having just gotten through the Great War, but the sequel was just pointless. It's just people who paid lots of money to ignore their people and serve a world government in defiance of reality. And they've been doing this for over 75 years now, never mind all the previous attempts.

Creator Sticks It to DC Comics! Releases Comic Book Series Into Public Domain?!"]
This doesn't make sense. The stories in the 150-issue series (plus spin-offs and such) aren't being moved to public domain and the point of the series was using characters that were in the public domain, fairy tales, nursery rhymes, myths and so on. You can't own Snow White, Disney is trying to make a movie about her now, and she (along with Bigby Wolf) are the main characters.
So what else is there to put in public domain? But what makes it weird is that DC is openly being stupid. They did a contract giving a video game company the rights, assuming that they it was a company-owned property. WTF? What are they paying lawyers for if they're too lazy to even check their own contracts and see if Bill Willingham actually owned it when they signed the contracts 20-some years ago?
Basically it sounds like DC is just flat-out ignoring its contracts and announcing that it owns anything it publishes, regardless of what they'd claimed in previous years. This is egregious [did I just use that word?] and erases any precedent they ever made on creator's rights.
Even worse, is there anyone left at DC who has a clue what the last several decades of comics were like? The Neal Adams studio, Image or anything else? It looks like they've erased everybody who ever made the company what it was.

□ [“Trump Returns to Washington DC to Deliver Keynote Speeches"]
Is there actually going to be any resistance or is he just going to talk about what he'll do when he wins another election? I appreciate that he's going around everywhere and speaking, but we don't see any progress being made, making the whole thing essentially pointless.
I will give Trump credit for making himself a target. It's very clear that few people have the time, wealth, or energy to be able to maintain this, and to be as public as possible? It's very very impressive that he's still up for this, even after all he's been through and at his advanced age. And to go straight to DC? Whatever I'll continue to criticize Trump about, his willingness to face the enemy is just astounding.
Does he still actually run the businesses in the Trump Empire? The reason I'm wondering is because what might work is if he just goes *everywhere!* Just list every place in the country with more than 20,000 people or some appropriate number and have him start speaking in all of them. I get that some leeway would be needed, every town with over 50,000 people maybe, and he probably wouldn't be able to speak all that long. Old, tired, has other work to do, etc. but how feasible is this? Even if he's just driving through and stops for twenty minutes, if it's planned right, he can put out the message for "resist." That's what we need to hear.

□ [“Jann Wenner Removed From Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation Board of Directors"]
Old rich white man fired for publishing a book of his interviews with old rich white men. When asked about this, he just pointed out that blacks and women couldn't reach his level of conversation. And so he was fired.
This is why rock'n'roll is dead. Or at least too old and weak to be able to do anything. The more we look at what these people were into, the more we can agree with our grandparents dismissing it as perverse and degrading. Obviously Wenner's racist because he's a liberal, but there were no women-with-penises willing to do what it took to get his publicity and he had no interest in the others.
I still can't decide if this was all a deliberate plan or if it just happened. I could easily see Elvis as manufactured by a corporation for most of his career, but that doesn't explain how he started. The Beatles walked into the post-Elvis industry but there's no way you could put together a group of amazing songwriters in Liverpool of all places. The Stones, Zeppelin, whoever, no matter how much you look into how the music industry created them, there's still a point where you can't just replace the members and still have the same results.
But soon they'll be gone and A.I. will produce all the sounds the kids want to hear. Won't that be fun?
