They don't have the authority to tax the world but that doesn't stop them.  They just think they can demand more money and that's where it comes from.  They don't need to make the laws, they just give their subordinate nations the orders and that's all they need.  How long until Congress obeys?  Or maybe Biden will just pass the regulation himself, it's not like he needs Congress.

This just shows how separate the elite are from the rest of the world.  They see $17 trillion coming in - it's not clear if that's annually, decade, etc. - and that's all the justification they need.  There's some study somewhere that tells them what they want to hear, that's the proof.  Nothing to do with the laws, nothing to do with enforcement and safe to assume they aren't going to be held accountable for what that $17 trillion gets used for.

This is what I mean by the elites detached from real life, do they think no one in the world is capable of producing their own alcohol?  Carbonated water is probably more difficult, but where there's a will, there's a way.  It's like a larger version of prohibition and we know how well that worked out.  They might as well include drugs for the tax hikes for all that'll do.

More taxes imposed on the world because our rulers think they have the authority to do this.  At least local taxes are understandable, state taxes less so.  Federal taxes are at least the cost of being an American run by people who hate America.  But this is just insane.  I can't say the people making these decisions are stupid or insane, but what other explanation is there for thinking this will work?

Here's another example of the problems.  The elite don't know what life on the ground is actually like, but they think they can dictate to farmers and use global warming as an excuse.  Even that has limits as they've discovered here.  They want the starvation, the machine is built to make that happen, but they also don't want it to be so obvious until it's too late.  The economy is far too bad for anybody to want to go along with this and the global elite are the first one to be ignored.

This is the sort of thing that always stops leftism.  They deny reality up to the point where they can't stay in power unless they go for open tyranny and at that point, they need men with guns to kick down the doors of anyone who disagrees with them.  But then how do you run a world government with that?  The middle-management will either be mindlessly obedient or they'll want to be the tyrants themselves.

We know, he's told a bunch of lies over all these years, but he got paid quite well for it.  It does look like the truth is slowly coming out about this, Biden emailed Hunter's business associates hundreds of time using pseudonyms.  There's no reason to do that for business affairs you're not involved with and everyone can see that.  I'm less curious about the bribes themselves than why they're suddenly coming out after the media spent all this time keeping it secret?

This has been obvious for a long time, Biden himself bragged about threatening Ukraine financially if they didn't fire the prosecutor going after Hunter.  This is standard leftist projection, we just just make a list of everything they've accused Trump of doing and that's where the investigations should start on leftist leaders.

Yet Congress has no interest in investigating this, much less prosecuting for actual crimes against the nation.  That's all we need to know about what side they're on, no matter what they say otherwise, but that still leaves us with the question of why this is coming out now?  It can't just be to replace Biden for the election because anybody who replaces him would be just as guilty.

And what's really weird is that this is all coming out at the same time as Disney's secrets are being revealed.  That can't be a coincidence, especially given how many people working for Disney supported Biden.

This is still interesting.  They demand that Israel stop fighting and seem to be under the impression that the US is in charge of the world.  They're just showing how narrowminded our elite are, effectively children throwing a tantrum against their parents.  Our rulers may actually have benefit from staying in the shadows, the protests aren't against them so they don't see any problems.  Biden will cave in but that's all he knows.

And these interns aren't worried about losing their job?  It's not like the White House couldn't find any other bottom-level clerks, especially by increasing their low standards.  That shows how irrelevant these people are, that they can't take anything seriously enough to see the problems.  They won't have to look for new jobs in this economy so they can focus on hating Israel.

It seems unlikely that they might actually go on strike although that would make a big difference.  They're easy to replace but in the process, the White House couldn't get anything done and they already can't look competent.  I'm sure this won't go anywhere but it might be entertaining.  They could start giving secrets about what actually happens in the Oval Office.

It sounds like the conflict is getting worse against General Zaluzhny.  Apparently the military leader was told to quit and he responded 'no, you have to fire me.'  That's not something they can let pass, it's a decision that needs to be made immediately.  No way to know who will win between these two but it's clear that Zelensky doesn't have much time left.  There won't be money to launder for much longer so he'll have to find a new job anyway.

Assuming you trust polls, some of those say Ukraine wants peace.  The fact that they're out of young men to draft shows that there's no way to win and all they're doing is sending Ukrainians to die.  Ukraine supporters want that, but nobody else does.  It's not like the draft can be resisted, when the men with guns come to get you, you go to the front lines after basic training or without it.

Remember, the military can get caught up in 'woke' nonsense, but that goes out the window in battle.  The point of military training is to learn from the lessons that have been learned over the centuries so there's no question who will actually win.  You can take down individual members but if the military actually fights, that's that.  Zelensky is totally on the side of the 'woke' and may not even have a clue why he's getting so little attention anymore, because he's never learned.

I've heard rumors that they're (whoever "they" are) already planning to get him out in a very short time.  He's got mansions around the world, he can run there.  We'll see if he can be kept safe from attackers, even among his own staff.
