They could have done that for free.  But then Ukrainians wouldn't have learned the top French ability to run away from combat.  Couldn't have afforded that lesson on their own, they needed French taxpayers to get that across.  Best of all, they probably survived so they can use that skill set again.

Slightly more seriously, this is a good example of what Western Civilization has been doing to itself for decades.  Paying to train others to fight against us, and it doesn't work.  Ukraine is barely even Europe, they're a lot closer to Russia ethnically then to France or any of those nations that used to be great.  And the result is the same, they all fall to the invaders.

What incentive do they have to fight anyway?  Their own rulers are willing to send them off to death and Europe is willing to pay for that.  Since none of them are turning against their masters, running away is the only other option.  At this point it might as well be Russia saying "Stop doing that!" and they'd be right.

It's China, so this could mean anything.  Declaring a "state of emergency" is the only thing that's totally believable but who knows what excuse they give, or what their real reason is.  Supposedly it's about these viruses, but are they real or could they be bioweapons?  From an enemy or from their own biolabs?  On purpose or by accident?  And that's just a few of the possibilities.

It could be about the energy system, computer hacking or just a lot of citizens deciding they've had enough of the government.  Maybe too many of them are pushing 'like' on David Bowie's "China Girl" and not on Iggy Pop's original version.  But something about this is giving an impression that WWIII has taken another step.

They don't say the poison was an "attempt," it clearly got through to him.  The only reason not to suspect Russia is responsible is because why would they invite him there and wait weeks to do it?  Otherwise, it sounds like the sort of thing Russia would do.  The guy's getting divorced, maybe it was an attempted suicide.  Or it's all the possibilities that China might be facing right now.

This war remains infuriating because there's still very little sense of what the sides are, much less who is on any side.  They're probably fighting to rule the world, or destroy it, but there's still little sense of what the point is, or what tactics they're using.  The fact that this comes out now does suggest the possibility that Russia and China were expecting to be in a situation similar to what liberals expected two months ago.  If I'm right about that, it's a good thing, but I wouldn't bet on that being the case here.

He invented the phrase "it's the economy, stupid!" and completely ignored that.  Even worse, it's taken him two months to get around to noticing it.  Not someone who has to struggle to get through day-to-day life the way most people do.  That's why he's a Democrat.

Even worse, it's not all about the economy.  It wasn't the economy that pushed these made-up genders on everyone and pushed their penis onto our children.  It's not about the economy getting us into all these wars.  The economy didn't mandate a poison-vaccine to fight a fake virus.  The economy didn't invite millions of invaders to our land to subjugate American citizens, and the economy doesn't that abortion is what we all live for.  Democrats did that!  Liberals did that!  They did it all at once because they know best!

The economy didn't even present us with a brainless bimbo who couldn't think of anything she'd do differently from the senile old man she was installed to replace.  Now *maybe* you can blame the economy for her losing over a billion dollars in three months, but at least some of that's on her own choices.  And Carville was convinced she would win, although he doesn't seem to have any reason why he thought that.

For that matter, he still thinks the economy is doing great.  People paid to tell their rich masters what they want to hear say so, that's all he needs to know.  This just shows how deep the delusion is in these people.  I'd like to think something will eventually set them free but I'm not sure what, and it's definitely going to take a long time before that happens.  Meanwhile Carville is 80 years old and people still listen to him.  He's not going away.

She does seem weird.  I didn't even know she'd returned to the US after getting her hip broken from a drunken fall.  All she's doing is saying that she's headed to DC and is clearly on a train, has she ever needed to announce this before?  She doesn't look or sound healthy.

 I assumed she's drugged up on a regular basis.  She's an injured old rich woman, what else would she do?  There's also a sudden batch of rumors that she's a heavy drinker.  No evidence but I believe that too.  A woman at this level would need some way to keep herself going, we got that impression from Kamala Harris for the last several months too.  Wouldn't surprise me if Hillary Clinton does it too, or even Michelle Obama.  Just something about living that life seems to drive them in this direction.

And, because it's where my suspicions always go, there's the cult mentality.  Such people wouldn't want to stay sober all the time.  Looking for mystical insight or just trying to get through every day, that would drive the elite to this sort of behavior.  But she needs to make it public for some reason.

I haven't looked too much into our recent terrorist attacks, just noticed a few details.  New Orleans was a Muslim suicide bomber.  Las Vegas was a former Green Beret, a master-sergeant.  WTF?  That's not the sort of person who would kill himself to blow up a building, he'd get it done secretly before anyone knows what's going on and wouldn't be found with a bullet in his skull.  This just all seems some sort of plan.

So, still not looking at all the news on those events, suddenly all this other stuff happened the next day.  This isn't coincidence, we are under attack.  Someone is setting all this up against us and it's going to get worse.  This is where we need to get back-up supplies and organize with people we can rely on when chaos starts.  At this point, Trump might not even be able to take office.

We had a couple months of hope, now things are ready to go kinetic.  But we still don't know who's behind this or why.  Are the drones still flying around?  We haven't heard about them in weeks.  Then there's all the Chinese agents that have moved in along with the other illegal immigrants.  Then there's all the other threats around this world, including the 'new world order' that has appointed itself as our masters.  I hope Trump has plans in place but there's no reason to rely on him at this point.  We have to stand on our own.
