Gee, what's changed?  He could have made this offer two years ago and Ukraine could be having elections now.  What do you suppose is different now, other than a lot of dead Ukrainians and a lot of money in Zelensky's bank accounts?  Sure, he says this will only happen if Ukraine gets to join NATO, so that won't happen.  Far as I know, NATO hasn't gotten around to lowering its standards to the point where Ukraine would be permitted to join, but this is a starting point.

Russia continues to take territory, including the town of Kurakhovo where coal is mined and coking coal is used to make steel, the only place left in Ukraine that produces this important resource.  It's not close to Kiev but Russia is slowly taking important supply and production areas.  The conquest strategy keeps being compared to a boa constrictor, both for the individual attacks as well as the overall movement in enemy territory.

Ukraine has continued using US ATACMS missiles and Russia has threatened to respond with hypersonic missiles.  Trump's people say they will cut weapons off unless Ukraine enters peace negotiations, which may be why Zelensky has made this public statement now.  And what's NATO going to do.  The Ukraine supporters are showing themselves to be a minority and they haven't bothered to put on gear and go fight Russia themselves, who do they expect to handle this?  Oh right, someone else.

We haven't even gotten to all the money being funneled or the biolabs in Ukraine.  Russia surely knows all about those by now, they can use that for blackmail or other threats.  The globalists have done everything they can to ruin their nations' militaries so there's not a lot we can do about that.  In the long term, I assume we'll do fine, it's the short term that's the killer.

She's already 35?  Where does the time go?

I think there's a chance she'll do it, but she's just a younger version of Harris so there's not much chance of winning unless they perfect the election theft.  But the youth will be a relevant point.  There's even talk that Hillary Clinton will try again, which would be a hilarious disaster if she makes it go public.  Might as well pick Nancy Pelosi.  And by the way, why don't they pick Nancy Pelosi?

Of the multiple problems Democrats will face, one big one will be if they are *required* to pick a female again because DEI or if they can actually look for someone with ability.  Of course they don't have many candidates with ability, but we've got four years to laugh about that, so stick with the issue of picking a woman.

The *woke* agenda is strong in this one, so there will be a lot of pressure to pick someone by gender and/or skin color and ignore the rest.  I don't know how Democrats would handle that or if they're capable of it.  They were fine with installing Harris, or Biden, but that wasn't enough to follow through.  Then they have to get past the elites of the party who made this happen.  Then there's the need to be able to convince other people to go along with this plan, which is kinda important if you want to win over voters.

If a woman was capable of that, she would already be showing herself off.  If a man was capable of that, he would be outperforming the women, which was why Walz did most of the talking in public, not Harris.  That's why Democrats need to keep men silent, which leads them to why Trump got so many votes.

I don't know how they'll fix this in four years.  Right now, they're just hoping for complete disaster so anyone will be preferred over Trump's successor.  Not a winning strategy, especially since we are already seeing benefits and he hasn't even taken office yet.  The activists who insist on DEI politicians could be irrelevant long before the next election is even considered.

He can also educate us on how to get away with shooting people in public after we've been trained how to use a gun.  Or at least he could educate black men on that, because he's so close to the common folk.

I'm trying to see how the celebrities are working their way through the post-election era.  They're detached from reality and accuse others of that, but that gives them a lot in common with other leftists who aren't so rich or isolated.  So this is a convenient way to try to figure out what they're up to.

He babbles about how movies need to tell people what to think because they aren't capable otherwise.  What strikes me is that it's very similar to what Robert DeNiro said a week or so ago, suggesting that elite Hollywood is going this way, that movies are icons to be worshipped, they know better than us.  The peasants just need to shut up and do what they're told.

We'll see if that's the case with Reiner.  I doubt he'll stay away from social media for long, he just has to spend some time in a 'facility,' probably a code word for 'molesting children until he's finally satisfied.'  But this is a different direction than De Niro and Baldwin so we'll see what happens.  Which would be better, if these people get more attention than they've had in decades because we all want to watch them implode or if they're just ignored from here on out?

I'm sure they want to stop losing.  They're not getting the support from the Muslim countries they think they're entitled to and their subjects might be tired of this.  Israel has realized that they can't depend on the US and will have to handle things their own way, so might as well make those decades of "genocide" accusations real.

Any deal they want will be temporary, just give them five or ten years to build back up and they'll start fighting again.  But even then, the humiliation must be overwhelming.  The worldwide Israel haters are still there, sure, but a lot of people, even leftists, had to admit that the Filistines weren't helping themselves.  Israel ran away from Gaza in 2005 and nothing's been built there since.

Like everything else, this is probably affected by the US elections.  If thing hadn't gone well for the Filistines when Democrats were in charge, it won't improve with Republicans.  There comes a time when everybody has to just cut their losses, unless they're suicide bombers or something.  Uh, wait a second...
