Well not quite, that's how Trump described it, but she did recognize the problems of cartels and trafficking and something needs to be done.  At least publicly, she'll clearly work with Trump.  I'm still amused at how quickly Mexico and Canada jumped to work with Trump.  It's been several years since we've seen anybody do that for the USA.

And with that victory out of the way, Trump has already moved on to something else.  We're still closer to Election Day than we are to him taking office and he's got several new accomplishments under his belt to show for it.  Whatever else there is to think about Trump, he's not lazy.  He's had a lot of time to think about what needs to be done so he's already underway.

These are probably already written and going through whatever process is needed so he can sign them on the first day.  I might be misremembering, but several of them look like they're just restoring what he had done in his first term.  Drill, baby, drill for fossil fuels, there's closing the boarder with Mexico.  There's the tariffs on Mexico, Canada and China which are already underway.  He'll also ban transgenders from the military.

Then there's Schedule F, which consolidated bureaucratic authority under the POTUS.  That's what the executive branch is supposed to do, they're accountable to the chief.  Not sure how, why or when they got away from that, but this will create a lot of havoc in leftist circles and reduce the government foot on the citizen's neck.

He's open about taking the authoritarian approach, even specifically using that word to describe how campaigns work.  There is truth to the matter, someone needs to be in charge and it should probably the person who's running for office.  Harris didn't remotely have any of that going on, at least not from her.

But he also cites the youth of the campaign workers, saying that a 23-year old should just be ignored.  Then why are they allowed to vote?  So basically Democrats' appeal to the youth is bribing them to become slaves and give the old people more power.  However you dress it up, that's what he's talking about here.

If there's anything positive to say about the times we live in, it's that we're all seeing these examples of how leftism contradicts itself and doesn't work.  He's promoting tyranny to elect a democrat, expecting the young to be mindless pawns in a youth-based movement and comes off like the cranky old man that leftists use as a stereotype of conservatives.

Still not clear who's on what side, but near as I can tell, Carville was always one of the Clinton people.  Obama's people were the ones running Harris' campaign.  The Clintons were the last big names to drop Biden, I think Obama was just voting "present" until it was clear what would happen.  Biden's people were old, unelected bureaucrats, so they had a lot of weight but not much real authority.  No idea who would be working for Nancy Pelosi or what other big names there were, so in this instance, Carville is really going after the Obama crowd, which explains why they were so *woke.*

Unless China or someone like that gets involved, Civil War 2.0 won't go kinetic as Trump assumes office, but this is the mentality.  They would do it if they could, sending New York military in to take over Fort Drum and West Point.  I'm trying to remember how much of that there was in 2016, or when GWB was re-elected in 2004.  I know there was some of that, but this is overwhelming.

There's also countless articles on how you should skip Thanksgiving with your Trump-supporting relatives.  Destroying the family is one of the excuses they use but the left in general is just wasted.  Their obsession with politics and government is destroying them.  I do think more and more of them are starting to see it, there's an increasing impression of weariness on the left.

There's a little bit of whining that the election was stolen, but that seems more like a typical reaction.  They'd deluded themselves to think they had leftism forever, and then Trump beat Hillary, and then Biden stole the election and now Trump won the popular vote, so they have to go through another four years of this???  At least people with lives outside of politics have things to focus on.

This is what the left has to work with.  You can't build anything with people who do things like this.  At best they're housepets, but you still have to keep them fed and sheltered and entertained.  More than anything, the uniparty has eliminated the development of new leaders for each generation.  They can install puppets to be in charge or go nowhere.

That New York senator's plan will never get any further because that would take work.  Those who built New York in the first place were more competent and focused on what mattered.  I had to look it up to see if Lake Michigan was on the New York border.  It's not, but that would have been a perfect illustration of what leftism has reduced these people to, in New York and everywhere else.

That's always been the case, that's why you have to go after children.  Well, it's one reason you go after children, but that doesn't help.  The point is to act like civilized human beings, not childrapists who should be shot on sight but that's the direction you always insist on going.  So here's the result.

And only now are they reconsidering their "abrasive approach" to the public.  Gee, could that be causing any problems or making things difficult for you?  Why aren't they asking the LGBTQers who voted for Trump how to make things work better.  Oh wait, we know why they don't ask them, they're all in the losing minority, not the winning majority.

The issue comes from the left, as always, and their use of "minority rights."  I noticed that they'd dropped that in the last few years because they assumed they were the majority and now that they're in charge, the minority has to STFU or be punished.  So now they need to figure out how to make the "minority" acceptable again.

But as has long been pointed out, the individual is the smallest minority on the planet.  We all have individual rights, at least in a free society built by men, and the left always opposes that.  We see this with DEI and "black lives matter" and every other leftist tactic, it's never about the individual.  It's about dividing people into groups based on one facet and limiting to that.  Almost half of women voted for Trump, that's what real diversity does.  And the women who voted for Trump will have fewer abortions, so they'll soon be the majority anyway.  Heterosexuality and reproduction wins again.
