□ [“Boulder Terrorist Is Illegal Alien Who Entered the US in 2022 And Overstayed His Visa"]

More is coming out about the Jew-hater in Colorado.  Of course the left defends him.  He's from Egypt but MSNBC calls him a "white male" because they can.  It's not like they're paid to report real news, they can say whatever they want.  It's only the Jews who get hurt.

It's interesting to note that these murders (or murder attempts) against Jews around the world are all supposed to be about Israel, even when Israel has nothing to do with it.  I suspect that's an crucial element of nationalism and religion, or at least Judaism.  They are always the target no matter what, and spent thousands of years building Israel, losing it and restoring it.

There's also the fundamental problem with immigration and Muslims.  Now that Europe is finally admitting that they have that problem - which they've had for decades - it's going to hit the US left hard.  They spent all these years saying the US should be more like Europe and their European idols are now realizing this too.  At least the leftists are all rich and very old, they'll be gone soon.  The rest of us have to face the mess they left behind.

□ [“Russia-Ukraine Talks in Istanbul End After Just One Hour, With No Apparent Progress Made"]

Well duh!  The negotiators probably only showed up because they're paid by the hour so they needed to bill for at least one.  Zelensky makes a point of opening the talks by boasting about the big hit and thanking the US and Europe for their weapons.  And he wants more, because he's so devoted to peace.  Pretty sure there's not going to be any more talks any time soon.

Seems a big strange that Ukraine insists that Trump was not informed about this beforehand.  No way to know if that's true, but they'd be idiotic if they weren't informing US officials, and I'm sure we still have some of those there.  It's best to inform the country you're so dependent on what a mess you're going to create.

We'll see if Russia bothers to respond.  It probably depends on how much damage there was for real.  I've seen comments ranging from a half-dozen - half of all the aircraft destroyed in 2025 - to the hundreds.  Considering we've heard for years that Russia had lost, out of fuel and ammo, their troops were rebelling, I'm doubtful of the larger numbers.  At best, they'll just keep moving south and west which this doesn't seem to have affected in the slightest.  At worst, they'll do that and have plans ready to strike NATO in unexpected ways.

Just speculation but it's also possible this was a last-ditch effort by Ukraine.  They can't do anything about the Russian troops on the ground, Russia still has an air force, about all this does is look like a win for publicity.  Ok, but so did kamikazes for Japan.  This is just a more economical version.  No evidence for this, just a thought.

□ [“Rep. Comer Predicts Biden’s Autopen Executive Orders Could Be Easily 'Thrown Out in Court'"]

This is just exaggeration for publicity.  It would be nice if that happened, but we can't trust the courts.  Even if we could - and I'm sure they'll all go to the Supreme Court - my understanding is that this will be limited.  To a large extent the POTUS has that ability and for legal reasons, we have to count Biden as one of those.  I saw this a few days ago, some areas where the EOs could be removed, but for the most part, they're there until Trump or Congress specifically gets rid of them.

□ [“Trump Has Constitutional Tools to Slash Federal Workforce Without Congress"]

This is from an argument on CNN, but it suggests there are laws in place which can have this effect which Trump hasn't used yet.  In this case it's the 1974 Impoundment Control Act.  Until then, the POTUS could spend less than Congress required.  This act was to insist that he spend it exactly as the law said, but the point is made that it doesn't just get rid of "impoundment," it's still there.  I'm less interested in the specifics about this than just the fact that the federal government is so big and covered in so many rules and regulations that there may be countless forms nobody has ever heard of.  I bet DOGE has been using A.I. to try to find them all.

I'm also interested in the basic history of these laws.  Just today I learned about common law's "qui tam" which is essentially an informant profiting by the criminal he turns in.  As written law it goes back to 7th century England but whatever change it's been through, it's still here for whistleblowers.  It's probably very basic in human nature to turn on others, and it's certainly part of leftism that the state is supreme.

Again I don't have a lot of interest in the law itself, but it's fascinating to realize that this building block has existed for so long.  This is the sort of thing civilization has been built on.  This is what leftists are trying to destroy - "qui tam" was invented by white men so it's racist!!! - but it also give a sense of hope that it's basically impossible to destroy it, at least not without nukes or something like that.  Trump and his staff can look at these direct lines drawn through the centuries and see what works so leftism is effectively worthless against it.

I always cite the example of communist Russia trying to eliminate religion until the Germans crossed the border and suddenly the government really needed ways to get the people interested in fighting.  Nobody knows where a lot of these things came from or what they do but they exist for a reason and it's only leftist insanity that tries to eliminate them.  So that's what Trump is working with here.  There's an increasing number of reasons to complain about him but it's clear that he's focused on this.

□ [“The Biden Regime Kept Several Known Terrorists Off the Watchlist for 'Political Realities'"]

This includes the Jew-hater in Boulder, Colorado last weekend.  Interesting timing, like they could have said this a week ago and that guy might have been stopped.  Or maybe he knew they were getting close so he had to do something right away.  Or maybe it's just a lie, the total list is supposed to be released in 48 hours, like we haven't heard that before.

But it is believable that the government has kept a lot of files hidden even from investigators.  The same thing is coming out about Russiagate which could have some legal ramifications.  There's Hillary putting top secret files on her unclassified server.  There's just the nature of government idiots in general thinking they're above the laws so there's notes or letters or emails.

I'm not sure what "political realities" means but obviously they know and this shows how corrupt our government is.  That's not even counting all the foreign agencies that could be involved.  Depressing to realize but this may be why the Trump people keep saying all this info will be released and then it never happens.  Maybe I'm just in a bad mood but I'd really like to see some goals being reached here and there's no sign of that coming.
