I'm guessing these riots aren't going to last much longer.  There's the Marines and the other military units deployed.  Wonder if they'll get a combat badge for this.  I'm sure the number of troops deployed was chosen for very specific reasons although it seems too few to me.  It's probably to surround the area and move on but I'd be fine with several thousand being on the ground and however many are needed for support.

If you trust polls, they're basically all showing a lot more support for Trump and a lot less support for illegal immigration because of these riots.  Something about the city and state supporting the looters and arsonists just rubs most people the wrong way.  Their city hasn't recovered from the fires last year and now the people in charge want more.

Haven't found any specifics but, probably because of the polls and maybe some sliver of common sense, at least a few Democrats and media are starting to say the violence should be stopped.  It if helps Trump, it must be stopped.  But that's going to set them up against those who really want the riots to continue.

So really it's going to cause more internal conflict for Democrats, I think that'll be the main result of these riots.  Other blue states might want to get involved but that won't work very well, there's already info coming about who funds these rioters.  They obviously aren't skipping their day jobs to do this, they get paid.  Otherwise this is just a self-humiliation that California completely deserves.

They're showing off their self-delusion by insisting that these riots are totally peaceful no matter what.  So of course they want that to happen everywhere.  Maybe there will be something in NYC and a few other big blue cities but I really don't think these people will get very far.  And they're running out of any other options.

I can't find what he's actually suing Trump for and I suspect he's just making this up.  He'll need to bribe the most leftist judges just to avoid getting laughed out of court.  Dude, you're not keeping peace in your own state so the POTUS has the authority to step in.  That's all there is to it.

It's like when the governor of Arkansas ordered the National Guard to keep black students out of a white school.  The POTUS overruled that, nationalized the Guard and added the 101st Airborne.  Were Democrats complaining about that?  Oh wait, they probably were.  Just a note, Arkansas has had only 8 Republican governors in history.  Three in a row right after the Civil War, one in 1967 for two terms, one in 1981 for one term and three of the four governors since 1996.  But no one ever points out when they somehow stopped being racist.

I'm not a Civil War expert - the first one, not the sequel we're living through now - but my understanding was that the Battle of Fort Sumter was a similar 'state rights' issue.  South Carolina claimed it had the rights to the fort, the POTUS disagreed and shots were fired to get the war started.  That's what Democrats are trying to get started now but they're such pansies that it just seems ridiculous.

Remember, in the last Civil War, most of the battles took place on Democrat territory.  I know they did attempt some attacks on Republican territory but those didn't work very well.  This is definitely one thing I've been glad about since the election, knowing that the majority isn't going to put up with this much longer.  It's the deluded minority who thinks it'll work out well for them and most of them aren't even armed.

Notice how nobody's paying any attention to this trial.  It's been going on for almost a month and although it certainly doesn't make Diddy look good, there's been nothing relevant for exposing any massive trafficking or anything.  Doesn't sound like Diddy did much more than Led Zeppelin or Guns'n'Roses in their heyday.  I'm fine with jailing him permanently or just shooting him but this is really not living up to the hype.

Ok, the girl had to take drugs to get through having sex with all the people Diddy forced her to have sex with.  She probably didn't have to pay for the drugs and still lives in a home that's $10,000/month rent, so as abusive as this was, she obviously got something for it.  And why does anybody need to hear about this?

Why doesn't anybody ask Diddy why he did this?  WTF is going through your head that you need to watch a girl - YOUR girl - having sex with others?  I guess there's some part of lust that would find appeal but forcing it to happen constantly?  And these were the "freak-offs" that get such a reputation?  I'd kinda expect a little more from something that's supposed to be so depraved.  Were there any famous people involved?

Might as well say these were all guys employed by P. Diddy's companies and this was just a bonus for good work.  Maybe related businesses, handling the drugs and slave traffic or something.  Otherwise, the last week or so has just been really uninteresting.  Violence and threats and stuff, sure, but this is why it's not getting any attention.  50 Cent recently spoke up, said he'd contact Trump to make sure Diddy wouldn't get a pardon.  Uh, yeah, sure.

Pretty sure Diddy hasn't been on the stand yet.  I'm also pretty sure that when he is, he won't be asked WTF this was all about and probably won't say much else that's relevant.  But that's the only hope that's left here.  The fix is in.

Someone was obviously funding them.  These people don't have to skip work to do riots, they aren't worried about missing rent or not being able to afford food.  Safe to assume they aren't providing for a family.  Frankly I'd say there's decent odds that few of them are even from Los Angeles.  If it's not an actual military, our leftist elites have a similar ground-forces to handle things like this.

Apparently the main funding comes from an NGO called 'Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights' (CHIRLA).  They've received millions every year from the federal government.  It looks like they were cut off earlier this year.  There are probably other groups Party for Socialism and Liberation (PSLWEB) and CHIRLA is deeply connected to the state Democrats so there's probably other funding sources.  It looks like they were passing money back and forth, the sort of thing DOGE pointed out.

They're planning to make this go national on Saturday.  They really think this is going to get them somewhere.  I think the Marines showing up in LA will shut down the riots there pretty soon and few places will really want to try something themselves.  Since the American people aren't really going for this, they're not going to be that supportive of it happening elsewhere.  But we'll see how it works out.
