It gets even harder to know what news is true and what the rest of it is supposed to do.  Reportedly Iran quickly gave up on the ceasefire and has shut down the Strait again.  If that's true, it's believable because they don't really have many other options.  As far as the mullahs and IRGC are concerned, it's time for national suicide-bombing so they'll hit anything available.  And if it's not true, all we need are people saying their ships have made it through the strait, no problem.  Kuwait and any other neighbors don't report any drones or missiles from Iran coming in.

The White House says media reports aren't true but it's not clear which reports they're talking about.  They do stress that Trump has not taken Iran's 10 demands seriously, I guess that's something.  Trump says Iran has gone through a "very productive regime change."  Is there a way he could be any less understandable?  Who's in charge and who is the administration negotiating with?

The new Ayatollah is reportedly unconscious and being treated for medical issues.  I'd say that's a bit less believable although it's possible he's already been assassinated.  I do think that's the real goal, that we're taking the mullahs down, we're just not doing it in a normal way.  But face it, with the media coverage we're getting, Trump could have wiped out the whole population a week ago and we wouldn't know.

I don't know if these qualify as second- and third-order effects but we're also seeing how this conflict with Iran is leading to repercussions elsewhere.  He's been looking for an excuse to get out of NATO and this helps a lot.  You insist on war with Russia so we're stuck in Ukraine all these years but you won't even let us use your airbases to pass by?  That's not a partnership.

And this is going to get deeper.  Trump also says we didn't inform Germany of the plans against Iran because they would have leaked it.  Well that's nice to hear, our allies give our secrets to our enemies?  This lines up with a Special Operations employee being arrested for leaking secrets.  Pope Leo XIV is ranting about how "unacceptable" this is because of course the Pope sides with the Mullahs.  And although I haven't been following it much, there's been reports about leaks to the media.

And this may be the other main goal of this operation, exposing the media.  I really am starting to think that, whether they knew it or not, a lot of media and leftists have been working for Iran and that could explain a lot of what they've been doing for the last 40+ years.  It's most obvious with the media, the way they're promoting TDS so hard.  Yesterday Trump was a monster because he would destroy Iran, today he's a wuss for caving in and not going through with it.  They can't fool anybody but themselves, yet they're the self-proclaimed holders of information.

Then there's one other detail, mostly getting back to NATO.  A Russian warship has just escorted oil tankers through the English Channel.  The sissy in charge has already threatened to seize any Russian ships that tried that and as we see, he won't carry out that threat.  It's Britain, it's the channel, it's Russia, it's the f*cking navy, and you failed completely.  If what remains of Britain had any decency, they would leave NATO now just so the other members don't have to feel embarrassed by having this worthless island around.  Might as well give it to Russia.

In theory, he'll never be allowed out again because he's insane and if he ever regains sanity, he'll stand trial.  I don't agree with that but it's at least understandable.  But we don't live in a sane time, the left will look for ways to scream that he's being punished for his skin color and must be set free, especially since he's never even been on trial.  Frankly, I don't know why this guy is still breathing now.

I'm not sure how much of this can be blamed on the activist judges and how much on the legal system in general.  This quickly gets complicated once you look into it.  And like it or not, there's also legitimate points about the expense of prisons and the fact that civilization has mostly been opposed to a quick-and-easy death penalty.  I don't know how those problems can be fixed because there's no way to figure out how things went so wrong in the first place.

Is this about crime, race, the legal system or a bunch of things put together?  No idea.  We need to admit we have a problem before we can fix it but this problem looks too big to solve.  Maybe it's just a permanent part of human nature.  About all I can say is that the politicians and judges need to fix this because otherwise you get vigilante justice and that's just the wrong way to go.

It would be nice to think this will go somewhere but I doubt it.  All these accusations would have to come out and the Democrats would have to be punished for it.  When/if that happens, they'll spend a few days criticizing these two and then immediately forget about it.  And that's that.  Everyone else will be protected so things go on like normal.

It looks like the leftist elites just take it as a given that they can get away with whatever sexuality they want, which would explain why they've been pushing it more and more for decades.  It's starting to look like the wives are in charge and will let their husbands get away with anything as a way to keep them distracted.  If the wife picks the mistress, it's one less thing she has to put up with.  And helping to bring in child victims fits in with that, especially after a few generations of this lifestyle.

Most people wouldn't think of such a thing which is why I think the 'uniparty' is the dominant political group.  It would be interesting to see how many of them really believe different things while enjoying their perversions or how many really have all the same beliefs, they just pretend in public.  That's what makes them elites, they don't have to be seen by the public except the ways they want.
