Another one bites the dust.  He's in his upper-70s and says it's brain damage.  The lights, the sounds and overall stress of live performance effectively gives him a concussion every show so he can't do any more.  He has to sell his motorcycles since he can't drive anymore.  For some reason, that just makes me think of a comment he made, the best thing about being divorced from Christie Brinkley was he could now park his motorcycle in the living room.

Not sure if small shows are an option.  He's been doing this for about fifty years.  People would still pay to see Billy Joel but if he doesn't have a band with him, a lot of his songs would have to be dropped out.  At this point, would he really want to go through all the work to figure out an entertaining piano version of "Uptown Girl" to play at a restaurant, no matter how much he's paid for it?  Just figuring out how to do that would probably take more time and energy than it's worth.  Otherwise what, he does his part on film, the rest of the band records their parts later and the video is posted online?  He tries writing new music?  Not likely.

There probably won't be a tribute concert, at least not one he takes part in.  Another rock'n'roll icon is leaving and there aren't many left.  The downside is what they've done to popular music in the last half-century, now there's little to replace them with.  Or worse, there's too much and none of it's good.  Kids aren't forming bands, they're playing on computers.  They're rarely creating anything, they're just watching old stuff on youtube.  Maybe this is an example of quality material surviving but it'll take a while to find out, and the creators of this material will soon be gone, if they aren't already.

The French riots are continuing and everything about this looks deliberate.  Leftists and Muslims are attacking historical sites and burning down stores owned by Jews but specifically avoiding those owned by Muslims.  Macron even skipped out so he could go to a Celine Dion concert, getting to spend time with a globalist icon instead of supporting his own country.

Trump has called out that they need to close the borders before it's too late.  Meanwhile the US media is dismissing all this as a “scuffle,” showing which side they're on.  Another globalist icon, Greta Thunberg has shown up in Paris.  She was obviously manufactured into fame, something about global warming, which she's totally forgotten about by now.

It's not clear if this is a deliberate follow-up to the invasion in Spain but it doesn't really matter, the effect is the same.  Apparently riots are also breaking out in Belgium, Italy and Albania.  They really think they're capable of overtaking the entire continent.  They aren't but they are showing that these are now third-world states.  The goal is to take the US in a couple weeks and I'm not sure it matters to them which side wins the mid-terms.  They'll riot in victory or defeat.

This is why it's important for citizens to be armed.  By an amazing coincidence, leftists have just found a new reason to oppose that too.  So they are seriously pushing for total power over the masses and don't even realize that the Muslims are really in charge.  If I could, I'd be shipping guns into Europe for their citizens and the deal would be that they have to shoot every invader and every government official who supports this.  This is f*cking France, you'd think they'd be up for that.

Afterthought:  It might be that Europe has literally fallen to the enemy now.  We did pull out aircraft from Britain just a week or two ago.  Moving our troops elsewhere.  Out of curiosity, where are Europe's nuclear weapons?  Who has control over them?

Yuh-huh.  And what if they don't?  What if the evidence has all been moved somewhere else and you'll never find it?  What if anyone anywhere in the chain decides it doesn't count and must be ignored?  What if any judge anywhere decides you don't have the authority to do that?  Whatcha gonna do then?  We can already expect it's going to take ten or fifteen years to push this through.

The left is trying to start protests over this.  No way to know if they'll have any success but it's definitely giving them incentive to try.  Of course they've already spent the last year+ attempting to get some resistance going so they might be low on energy or funding at this point.  An extra benefit, they've already pissed off a lot of normal people so they aren't as welling to go out there and fight for New Somali fraudsters.  Sure there will be old white people out protesting and the media and Hollywood will make a lot noise but what else can they do?

Omar herself has been absent for a few days.  No public appearances and only one post on social media under her name.  That is a bit strange, she's in the House so she should be campaigning.  Or at least pretending the votes aren't already there for her.  This is a very strange turn of events.  No reason to be optimistic about it and once again, I'd rather this happened a year ago, but we're in a very strange environment at this point.

As always, don't trust polls.  I'm more interested in that this race, like other prominent races this election cycle, aren't working as well as the left hoped.  As always, I assume they'll find a way to fake the votes.  But here we have Letitia James admitting she doesn't need to look at the facts of the law which explains the targets she goes after in her career.  She's already declared the "Cornell 7" guilty and doesn't even need a trial.  That's Democrats for you.

Meanwhile in Texas, James Talarico has finally appeared after taking two weeks off.  And he starts off by insisting "When you’re applying for the job of U.S. Senator, you should show up for the job interview."  In other words, don't do what he's been doing to gain power because it doesn't work.  Not a good message to send.

And in Michigan, Democrat leaders have put out a media editorial that people shouldn't vote for El-Sayed because he supports terrorism and/or is connected to those who do.  It's also come out that he tried to be come a doctor but failed for some reason.  No explanation given but a research paper of his in medical school has been found, in 2011 he was examining "interethnic mating" and found that it wasn't good.  At least specifically when Arab women mate with blacks, that's bad juju.  No wonder he's risen so high in the Democratic Party.

As far as I know these are the most prominent candidates and are showing what problems their party is facing.  What's worse, that the party didn't do any background checks on these people or that they did and saw nothing wrong with any of this?  It's impossible to measure but this and every other social issue being thrown at us could be reinforcing what MAGA is about for each individual.  All of this is bad and all of us want it wiped out.  I've been saying for over 20 years that we're headed for another Civil War and this is clearly what I expected, even though I couldn't have conceived of it at the time.  This is what the left has always been devoted to and it's just pathetic.
