This was the plan to give €40 billion to Ukraine since the US wasn't giving anything else.  Nobody else was going to go along, just like the other plans.  I don't think many people have really analyzed this aspect of leftism, that they're never able to follow through with their plans.  To the extent anything happens, it's because they have enough authority that others just have to comply.  If there's an option to not take part in whatever it is, that's what most people will pick.  They can't even get their fellow EU elitists to join in on something where they all agree, how can they be so deluded to think the commoners will go along with it?  Other than delusion.

It's starting to look like the Russia/Ukraine thing is really a war against the EU and, until recently, the US.  And Russia's winning that war.  This probably goes back to czarist times, although it was certainly illustrated by the soviet era, that if you can't get a lot of people to agree with you, don't even start pushing some new plan.  For the czars, Russia was very primitive so there weren't many options.  For the commies, Lenin burned himself out and Stalin only permitted officials who would agree with him on everything, so there was virtually no progress on anything at any point in Russia's history.

This is actually interesting in a couple ways.  There's the obvious question, how much does Joe really know about what's going on.  Officially he spoke "privately" to head Democrats about wanting to be involved.  You'd think the guy could just give a speech and announce it to the world.  He did make a speech last week and no one noticed, but do it for real this time, put it on youtube or something.

Whether or not Biden is completely senile, Jill and Hunter probably aren't and they see a need to get back in the game.  Otherwise they've lost everything.  They have no influence, their money is all dependent on not being fraud, bribes or hustles.  They might not even have protection from the law anymore.

Then there's the fact that they've taken an obvious step down in life.  All of a sudden they get no attention.  Just a couple months ago, they pretended to be important and people pretended to listen to them.  Now even those who claimed to support them are glad they're gone.  At least Jill is old, she must be aware at some level that she's going downhill.  Hunter's in his mid-50s and might have to find something to do with his life.  He can't earn a living and nobody's buying his paintings anymore.

Meanwhile Democrats have to admit that this was a sick relationship they had with Biden.  Pretending he was POTUS, that he was responsible for anything.  Then they overthrew him and he went along with it, now they're completely out of power.  Idiotic mistakes were made all down the line and they still aren't capable of admitting to any of that, so they really have no excuse to reject Biden now.  Yet that's what they're going to do.

Don't know if they have enough smarts to do it, but people who own Teslas probably have enough money to make sure there's cameras running in case of any attack on the car.  Probably wouldn't be hard to include some form of defense.  At this point most of us wouldn't mind the perpetrators winding up dead for their stupidity.

This is how you get things to go kinetic.  The left set these standards, the right will just respond with some "mostly peaceful" protests.  There's also an increasing number of videos appearing almost overnight of leftists attacking Trump supporters in various other ways.  This is how you get shot.  The people you attack have every right to defend themselves and they might be carrying in case such a thing happens to them.

The politicians, the media, the influencers, leftists are advocating violence.  Yet they don't even admit this is what they're doing.  Is this a demonstration of how the hive mind works?  They're not going to stop until they're defeated, so the question is what it will take to defeat them?  If I owned a Tesla dealer, I'd hire a security guard and tell them to make sure everything is filmed, but go ahead and shoot anyone trying to burn the place down.  They act like the KKK, go ahead and treat them like that.

This is CNN attacking the closest Democrats have to a popular figure.  He's not relevant as a leader, but they point out that he recently insisted that nobody in his office used the word "latinx" to refer to latinos and latinas.  It's a longer article than it needs to be, but they include video of Newsom using that term multiple times.

I'm not sure which is more surprising, that CNN was so ready to turn against a prominent leftist ally or that Newsom was stupid enough to think he could get away with it.  He's not just doing this as a one-man show, he's got a crew and producers and sponsors.  As governor he has staff and supporters and media who promote what he says.  Yet he just assume that nobody ever paid attention to any of that?  Or that they'd lie on his behalf?  Or he really doesn't know what words come out of his mouth?  This isn't something he could just say 'oops, I forgot about that.'  All those times on camera that he promoted a word he now insists he never used even once.

Meanwhile the right deserves revenge after the last forty four years.  We don't even need to do anything to them, it's entertaining just to watch their mental break-down.  Probably just a brief victory and things will get much worse very soon, but wow!  We never expected to see the left collapse like this even though we knew they totally deserved it.

Not the worst pre-opening day premier - and why do movies add an extra day to "opening day"? - but it's not great.  It is spring break so kids are available on Thursdays and there is nothing else in theaters remotely interesting to anybody.  But the movie is in 4105 theaters, so that averages less than $852.62 per theater.  If there were three showings - and apparently they started at 2pm so there was probably at least three showings - that's $284.21 per showing.  If tickets are $10 each, that's less than 29 people per showing.

This might be slightly off, I don't know what kids' tickets are these days, but that's still horrible.  If tickets were $5 each, that's still a lot of empty seats.  It'll probably do better this weekend but still, how many of these tickets went to people preparing for their youtube posts about the disaster or otherwise wanted to watch the cinematic train wreck?

Disney had their stockholder meeting yesterday and no real stockholders were permitted to ask questions.  Just A.I. written comments allowing Bob Iger to avoid all the problems this company is having now.  I'm really starting to think the goal was always to destroy Disney and every IP it owns, because what would they be doing differently if that was the case?  Nobody could fix this mess, Iger can't be replaced, they might as well sell everything or just make it public domain.

At at least one level, I am correct about that.  Leftism in general is about removing any distinction between its subjects and sooner or later, the different versions compete against each other.  Partially it's human nature and partially it's because there's the distinction between their own national status.  For that matter, you could argue that's why WWII started, because Mussolini was so popular among the left.  Then he inspired Hitler who was more dominant and they got into it with Russia who had been spending tons of money around the world to fund their revolutions anyway.  That's a simplistic description of course, but it does explain a lot.

Arguably Hitler's contribution was to stress that socialism first had to work at a national level, hence the name, which other leftists want to ignore.  Getting any deeper does mean looking into the specifics of Germany history, or Italy, but along with the Russian propaganda, that's probably why Hitler is still cited as the bad guy of all time to this day.  He was like all the other leftists, he just limited to Germany, briefly.

She's not going to shoot him herself, she's just going to order others to do it.  This is domestic terrorism and the left supports that.  Rick Wilson is one of those prominent Republicans who's been popular among Democrats for the last decade or so, he openly advocates shooting Trump.  Again.  Looking at his Wikipedia page, he just struck me as either gay and/or evidence that the uniparty intentionally creates RINOs to infiltrate the Republican party.

Trump and Musk get all the attention as targets, although anybody connected to them is also a target.  There are websites listing the names and addresses of anybody who owns a Tesla precisely to intimidate them with an attack.  It should be obvious that anyone else can be attacked with this.  Joining their own side is the only defense, and sooner or later they'd need a purge so even that wouldn't be permanent.

I'm guessing that Trump and Musk are setting this up deliberately, precisely to make the left burn itself out and show everyone else how horrific they'll be if they get the chance.  We're not enjoying this but it does look like the sort of lesson society needs to learn every couple of generations just to make sure we know the right way to go, not the left way.  [Get it?  Hunh?  You get it?]  I do need to point out that possibility that this is all a fake set up by Trump and Musk, or whoever gives them orders.  Not saying I believe that, just that there is a real chance of that.  As the saying goes, "don't trust anybody."

And just to add, US Army Special Operations Command just sent out an email to their soldiers for those who own a Tesla to be wary of the upcoming March 29 protests against anybody who has one.  I have ten years of experience with USASOC and still drive the car I got back then.  Those are not the sort of people I would try to piss off just because I don't like what they drive.  Or any other time for that matter.  I hope they have a response ready.

There is absolutely no reason to be optimistic about this but I do think Trump and co. have prepared for the upcoming battle with the judiciary.  To the extent it's possible, I do think they've been working with the Supreme Court on it, it's just not clear how much they can do, or how it will work.  Roberts has shown that we can't trust him, or at least that's how he presents himself.

The lower-court judges are acting strange.  Partially they're all behaving differently, but some of the anti-Trumpers are allowing brief delays after their verdicts.  I would think they'd be questioning how much authority they actually have.  The Constitution establishes the Supreme Court, Congress establishes the rest.  The Senate would need 60 votes to make a change, but is there a way to do that?  Either way, the lower courts are not authorities over the Chief Executive, so whatcha gonna do about that?

Congress could also pass a law that judges who support illegal invaders are siding with the enemy, an act of terrorism.  Civil War 2.0 is definitely underway and we're at a point where a lot of the complicated nonsense will be ignored for rules that are simple and actually work.  Even the left is going to realize that their best allies don't care what pronouns you use and aren't going to wait for a court decision before taking action.

We'll have to see where this goes.  DoE was established in 1979 by Congress, so Trump can't just get rid of it.  Darn it.  But his lawyers have looked into what the absolute legal minimum is, so he can go that far.  Hasn't gotten much attention, but they've probably had do that elsewhere.

Haven't been hearing much about DOGE these days anyway, but they're still looking at what can be cut out.  The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service worked in a 9-story office building even though they only had 60 employees.  They were a small organization so there was essentially no oversight, meaning they could charge everything to the taxpayer without being noticed.  As in long-term rentals of sports cars for their employees, or buying paintings by an employee's wife.  Basically living up to the stereotype of corrupt government.

This must be part of the trap.  Even though previous Democrats have advocated getting rid of this sort of waste, it didn't happen.  Of course they were lying, but this is an established precedent.  Obama even started an investigation of the FMCS.  Leftists didn't oppose it then but they oppose it now because Orange Man Bad, so now they're showing that they're an increasingly-small minority.  We'll see how much longer they can ignore the truth.

I'm surprised that he's still alive and allowed to go out in public.  Probably had this speech scheduled for a long time.  It was at the National High School Model United Nations, which sounds like an excuse to get his hands on some young people, and it's in New Hampshire so he didn't have to go very far.  But what's really funny is this happened last week and got no attention.  Actual POTUS stay fairly quiet after leaving office, but when they do something, it gets noticed at the time.  Shows where Biden stands.

Perhaps it wasn't scheduled long ago, it may have been a deliberate attempt by those in charge to claim he's still relevant.  There's the recent news that everything from his office was signed by autopen, meaning Biden may not have had a clue about this paperwork, much less anything to do with putting his name on it.  Notice that he's done nothing to contradict these claims, like demonstrating that he knows about any of this.

Sometimes a POTUS does something odd and I get the impression that they're actually going through some required motion which only makes sense for those close to the office.  Not just the POTUS, people like Biden can be part of that too, but maybe it's security, maybe it's about the public image.  I think they sometimes have to actually set an example personally, the way a leader would.  I remember Obama actually went to a gun range at one point, which was totally out of character for him, and my impression was that it was some way to justify that he could give orders to men with guns.

So I think that might be what Biden is doing here, although we don't know the why.  Something relevant about Biden has finally come up and he needs to show he can do something.  In theory, he could be asked questions and expected to answer or something like that.  As always, no reason to think this will go anywhere, but it's interesting to note.

San Francisco sure hates the gays, just like Boston hates colleges.  These are companies that have been involved in this event for a long time but have suddenly decided to stop.  Are they becoming more selective?

The most notable sponsor to drop out is Anheuser-Busch.  They could have suddenly decided that they should have dropped out from being *woke* a few years ago and lost a lot of money from that.  Other sponsors may have similar issues, but I suspect it has more to do with the funding.

Trump cut off federal funding for this sort of thing.  It's probably a complicated form of transactions, but it would mean the sponsors weren't using their own money to fund 'pride events' and probably lot of other things elsewhere.  Trump's not saying you can't do it, but you have to do it without taxpayer money.  So suddenly the companies aren't that interested in being involved.

This could be slow but very effective in its effect.  San Franciscans could see that they don't have that many fans of gays here and might start asking why they've been so involved with this if it all depends on capitalist corporations and government funding.  That's not really how a movement 'of the people' should operate.  If it was done here to these people, what other parts of the *woke* agenda only became prominent for the same reason?

Tomorrow is a meeting of Disney investors where the people in charge will talk about all the great things they're doing for the company and nobody else will be allowed to speak.  Then on Friday is the debut of the movie that's taken them years to make and nobody wanted.

Advanced ticket sales look so bad that I refuse to believe them just because.  I expect a huge failure but *NOBODY* is buying tickets yet???  Youtube posters are checking theater in the vicinity, including places like the center of New York City and other locations with huge populations.  Yet the theaters are almost completely empty.  They show snapshots and there might be one or two tickets.  My reaction is always to assume that's someone with a youtube channel who's just doing coverage.

I just checked a local theater.  I don't think I looked at every single showing but I did see the majority from Friday to Sunday and presales wouldn't have filled up the theater once.  Opening day at 7PM had the most sales and it wasn't even 25% of the seats.

I am now pondering if the real goal was to destroy Disney's IPs because that's what they've done over the last decade.  What would they have done differently if their intent was to stop people from buying tickets to Disney movies?  Now the theaters are going broke, the toy business has failed, they can't even promote Disney land.  Then there's all the money they've wasted to buy these franchises, streaming, a Star Wars cruise ship, and more.

And yet the CEO is just going to be be rewarded for this tomorrow with tons of money.  How is this not what he always wanted?

So does he need to recuse himself now if any of Trump's cases get to the Supreme Court?  Or will there be some pix of him at a P. Diddy party?  So the guy at the top of the judicial branch has spoken out, no sense going step-by-step up the line first.  Don't know if that's the standard practice but it's believable.

In this case, it doesn't make any sense.  Trump's internet post was mostly ranting about how he beat Obama, and Roberts' response was just that impeachment wasn't the right solution for a disagreement, that's what the appellate review process is for.  I have to admit, Trump's post does fall into the 'why would he say this?' category.  That said, I've mentioned before that he does this a lot and the reactions say more about what he was actually commenting on.

In Roberts' case, why is he speaking out here and now?  Joe Biden had bragged that the Supreme Court ruled against him on cancelling student loan debt but that wouldn't stop him, Roberts didn't speak out then.  Democrats in Congress tried to impeach Thomas and Alito, he didn't speak out here either.  But a district judge calls the shots on a military move - removing illegal alien invaders via aircraft and Roberts is right there to say 'go through the standard process'?  He's not even waiting for this case to be brought to his court, he's putting his judgement out right now?

This doesn't look good for either side, but the courts have more to lose.  There's already enough reasons to not trust them, it's not like this will win over any more supporters.

They don't even say why, they're just giving it to Syrians, according to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.  As a bribe, it might work for a while, but it might also show the enemy that they're winning so there's no incentive to stop now.  At least it's money that the EU can't spend on its military forces, although even if they could, Syria obviously wouldn't need to worry about that.

They've even invited Syria's foreign minister to Brussels, probably to collect the money.  How can anybody in Europe treat this seriously.  All these decades to build the EU up to this, where they submit to Islam, literally if not spiritually.  I cannot believe this was actually the plan, but it could explain why Muslims have been so supportive of the EU, at least as much as their previous attempts at conquest, which they've been doing for over 1300 years.

Notice that the worldwide left isn't remotely bothered by the slaughter of non-white people.  They may not be as supportive as the EU but they're mostly staying quiet.  Surprisingly some media is reporting on it, but that's obviously not going anywhere.  They're probably desperate for a reason to blame Trump so they'll ignore it until they can invent one.

That is definitely something, no denying that.  However there's still a few issues.  First of all, it's not *everything.*  DNI Tulsi Gabbard's statement mentioned "Additional documents withheld under court seal or for grand jury secrecy, and records subject to section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code, must be unsealed before release.  NARA is working with the Department of Justice to expedite the unsealing of these records."

Why hadn't this already been taken care of?  On October 26, 1992 - 8 days before the Presidential Election - Congress passed a law stating that all files on the assassination must be released within 25 years, October 26, 2017.  Trump did release some, but so did Biden for that matter.  Neither of them actually lived up to this law and to this day, they still haven't.

At this point, I don't remotely expecting anything useful or interesting.  I'm just more annoyed by the fact that they're still delaying this in the first place.  Why didn't Trump get pissed off about this in 2017 and fire people for not obeying?  He was close to adulthood when the assassination happened, it just seems like the sort of thing he'd have thought about for a long time and finally had the chance to flush it out.

Which reminds me of an old comedy routine - I think it was Bill Hicks - about how a new POTUS is taken to a room and showed a video of the assassination from an angle no one has ever seen before, showing what really happened.  So after the video, he's asked if he has any questions and answers 'Just what my agenda will be?'

I'm glad at least some of this is coming out, I've been trying to think up jokes all day about what to say when this turned out to be a bust, but one problem with Trump is that he does come across as this sort of POTUS too often.  There's still more JFK files to wait for and we haven't even gotten to RFK/MLK/Epstein/P. Diddy and every other piece of classified info that should be released.

They're going to keep doing this for a while.  Frankly, it's quite possible the media will be stupid enough to pick up on it and start reporting how MAGAFAN.666 is so disappointed by Trump doing what he said he was going to do.  I can complain about him but I've written lots of pages about how I was worried that he wouldn't do any of it.  For that matter, I freely admitted that the only reason to vote for him in 2016 was "anybody but Hillary," and I was hardly alone in that.

The left does seem to be getting closer to mental breakdown, and I don't mean that in the usual way.  It's like they're crumpled on the ground, hoping someone will save them from reality.  A few of them are going out to burn down Tesla lots and will soon be burning down more buildings.  There's no way to measure this, but I really get the impression that those who voted Trump knew things were going to get rough.  But that's how life goes, we're sorta used to that just by growing up.  It's basically why the right wing and left wing have never gotten along.

Here we go.  This is going to be a big deal but we probably can't see all the possible arguments.  There's all the other documents Biden signed when he was pretending to be POTUS.  All the attention will go to the laws or the pardons, but does this apply to basics?  Indicating that he has read an official paper or, I dunno, signing a FLIPL.  Commanders need to sign generic paperwork so does that still apply if Biden's were all fake?  Military promotions?

Then there are questions about the pardons.  Do they still apply?  That's very relevant.  One thing about being pardoned is that you can no longer use the 5th amendment to avoid questions.  Congress wants to question some of these pardons so that's a valid point.  This will need to be worked out before those hearings can be held.

There's also the issue of Biden himself.  If he was totally signing everything with this newfangled autopen device, there's no chance he remembers any of that.  He's probably not getting less senile now that he's out of public view so he wouldn't know what he signed or why.  Then there's all the implications if he didn't autosign anything.  The laws, the EOs, the pardons, who was behind it and why?

Those who were involved may not know about the others.  Most of Congress probably doesn't know about it either.  There could be a convincing argument that this should just be kept secret because the truth would be far too appalling.  Foreign allies must have been making decisions based on documents signed by Biden, what do they do about it?  Trump might enjoy renegotiating but that seems like a huge amount of work among everything else he's already doing.

I'm sure there are US troops on the ground but probably Special Operations so they won't fall into the same category.  I hope there are no Americans among these people from NATO.  Russia finally got around to surrounding the remaining defenders of Kursk and, in public statements between Trump and Putin, will only spare them if they surrender.  That doesn't seem likely at the moment.

This is obvious a set-up to get NATO involved.  They've waited this long, they obviously aren't bothered by the body count, so might as well add their own people to it.  But the US isn't going to help and it's not like other NATO members have done anything to build up their militaries, so who do they expect to go along with this?

Starmer and Macron are making a lot of noise but no one seems to care what they think, at least no one who's willing to go fight in Ukraine.  I suspect the EU elites will stop before it gets that far because they'll realize that the troops have to be given weapons and could use them right here.  I also assume none of the population will enlist to go fight, but that's why the elites will stop before they get to a draft.

Britain and France have nukes and the fact that they're insane enough to get this far is worrisome.  Otherwise they'd have had no choice but to give up a long time ago, since they don't have any other options.  But they're still pushing for this.  They're just pawns who obey others, but the real enemy in WWIII does seem to become slightly more visible, given that they can no longer hide behind the US.  And Zelensky is just babbling about he suddenly has long-range missiles and bashes that whole ceasefire.  He is not long for this world.

I'm guessing this won't work very well.  First of all, there's little incentive to show up unless you're already politically dedicated, in which case it's just talking to the choir.  Second of all, even the choir is having these problems, and not just because they're no longer funded by USAID.  Half of them are going to be calling everyone racist and homo/transphobic and the other half is going to tell the first half to STFU.

Congressman.  It's starting to look like the trans movement really is at the center of modern leftism.  It's probably not the core, but it appears that way as far as activists are concerned.  If you believe you can make-up new genders, you can probably also make up climate change, global cooling and warming.  You can certainly erase the biological functions of men and women, i.e. ending pregnancy on a whim.  And you'd probably whine that you're oppressed like blacks and women and gays and Jews every time you don't get everything you want.  You'd probably only be happy with a cult in complete agreement with you.

That's a simplistic description, but it does come off as fairly accurate.  It's all focused on forcing everyone else to believe what you tell them or be punished, fatally or at least exiled from the masses.  Anything that gets them what they want is morally right, everything else is morally wrong.  This is what leftists always do to seize power and the only thing that stops them is realizing that they'd lose power if they kept going because everybody's pissed off at them.  Effectively that's the excuse that *real* communism has never been tried.

So for a high-ranking Democrat to be saying this in public is revealing.  Gavin Newsom and a few others have been saying similar things because the party hadn't permitted that up to this point.  It's almost like Trump's victory has finally cracked open the balloon they lived in to the point where they can sense some fresh air and sunlight for the first time in ages.

Mmm-hmmmm.  As I've said, like it or not, these files are the priority, just because of how long the conspiracy theories have been going on.  It's been over 60 years, anybody who was even alive at the time is now old and everybody involved are long-dead.  Notice that he didn't mention RFK and MLK, much less anybody more recent, where co-conspirators are still very much alive and can be arrested or executed.

So will these files mean anything?  Not sure.  For that matter, it might be a while before we hear about it, just because everybody obsessed with JFK's death is also quite old by now and they're the only ones who'd ponder every revelation.  I would prefer it if Trump at least said whether there was anything meaningful to be found here, but I guess not.  At this point, I'm skeptical if he gave them any attention, but for that matter, I won't be surprised if they aren't released at all.  Or they're just photocopies of material that's already been released.

Is there any relevance to the 'magic bullet' theory or any other possibility?  Not sure, but what I'd really like to know is why the hell these things weren't released before.  About the only valid explanations I can think of is if LBJ or someone like that was aware in advance that this would happen.  I've heard Richard Nixon was in Dallas on the day, could that mean anything?

There's a chance this could reveal a large puzzle piece in assembling modern times.  There's a slightly bigger chance that it won't be that meaningful in-and-of itself, but it will reveal how everybody involve reacted to the shooting which itself manipulated society for decades.  And there's an even bigger chance that it's pointless, nothing meaningful to be found here.  And don't forget that these files might have been faked or altered at any point in the last 60 years.  I'll assume they weren't but that won't matter to anyone.  And there's also a chance that someone Trump respects will tell him not to do it, so we'll never know.

Trump had to give an update at some point, I'm glad he did.  I will also attempt (and fail) to figure out a justified reason why this is still underway and will work out for the best.  But this really does show that there's no reason to hope for success here and, by extension, everything else has to be doubted.  We're definitely tired of losing.

It's almost time for a conflict with the courts.  Not sure how this will work out because courts get so little attention.  Congress is just a mess, Democrats still have no clue what to do and are controlled by Trump Derangement Syndrome.  I get that the courts need to be stopped from dictating to the executive branch, it's just not clear what that will look like.

In this case, Trump was shipping Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang members to El Salvador.  A judge demanded that the planes be turned around and the illegal alien criminals be brought back.  That didn't happen.  The President of El Salvador even tweeted a laugh about it.  It should be noted that the US is paying El Salvador to imprison them.  Um... ok...

Anyway, the judges are trying to support the invaders and protect unelected bureaucrats, claiming to have much more authority over the executive branch than they're supposed to have.  It's effectively trying to do in their own way what Congress has tried and failed to do.  We're about to find out how much sway the law really has in the judicial system.

Trump and co. can cite established laws, like the 1798 Alien Enemies Act and the 1867 Mississippi vs. Johnson ruling.  The former is specific to wartime, but I've always assumed that the post-9/11 decisions were about providing an ongoing war to justify this.  The latter covers what executive aspects the courts do control, they are about ministerial duties, the procedural specifics of carrying out the job, not defining what the POTUS job actually is.

The latter also traces its way back to 1803 Marbury vs. Madison which made this distinction in the first place.  I'm not a legal historian but even I know Marbury vs. Madison is one of the most important court rulings in our nation's history.  As far as the legal grounds, Trump is on solid ground.  The problem is that the courts may not be working that way, all through the line from the Supremes on down.

One thing that needs to be done, and I don't have a clue how, is an investigation into basically every judge using their authority and family members to enrich themselves.  For instance, the judge who convicted Trump as a felon in 2024 also oversaw a 2022 tax fraud case against the Trump Organization's 2022 tax fraud case and Trump associate Steve Bannon on money laundering at the same time as he was going after Trump as felon.

The judges for New York cases are picked at random yet this one guy got three anti-Trump cases.  He's not even a permanent judge, how lucky is that?  Meanwhile his daughter has brought in almost $100 million in fundraising for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in their campaigns.  The judge himself has even donated to Biden, which judges aren't supposed to do, and not just because Biden is icky.

It's another example of something the public won't really understand if the truth comes out, because we don't follow judges.  But there's probably a huge amount of connection between the uniparty, the *woke* community and the judiciary.  It's gone on for a long time and we've never seen it before, but it could be coming to a head.  This is one reason I haven't totally dumped Trump because of failure to release the Epstein files, this does seem like the sort of thing that could be more relevant, and probably connected.  How many Supreme Court judges went to P. Diddy parties?

We know Iran is backing the Houthis and there's no reason to think they aren't involved in Syria as much as they can be, although it's not clear how much they could really get involved.  This is one of those things where a permanent base in Iraq would be helpful, but that was given up years ago.  Sad to say, this might just be another case of the world watching as Muslims slaughter lots of people.

We just passed the five-year anniversary of the virus.  It's startling to realize how quickly that time has passed but as we see here, a lot of people are still stuck there.

My perspective is rather unique.  Not sure why and won't try to explain it, but for the most part, it didn't effect me in 2020 and a large part of 2021.  What was really surprising was the rare times I had to deal with people who did think it was serious.  For the moment, I'll just think about how insanely obsessed the left was with imposing totalitarianism - everybody must wear mask and get countless poison vaccines - which totally contradicted what they used to say our rights to our own bodies.

Remember the societal purge they demanded for those of us who aren't vaccinated?  I still laugh, if I had been in the military, I'd have gotten it without hesitation.  But now I had the option and wasn't about to go for chemicals which were just discovered with no clue what the long-term effects were.  Back then we were promised a "winter of death" and celebrities were unanimous that we needed to be locked up to die for this.  Now we know it was a Chinese bioweapon and they aren't remotely sorry about this.

But as we see with Bernie and his cult, some haven't even gotten out of it.  I am surprised at how many people I see every day who are still wearing that junk, but I tend to assume few of them voted for Trump.  Like it or not, there is a percentage of the population who just goes along with all of this nonsense and wants to punish anyone who doesn't.  No wonder China has so much influence.

I'm wondering if the bill now overrules the courts who are trying to overrule the chief executive on running the executive branch.  I would think it has to, Congress knows that's an issue anyway so they'd have to reinforce it.  If that's the case, I'm pretty sure courts don't have much leeway to say Trump only has authority on this funding and not previous Congressional bills.

Whether it overrules the courts or not, there's probably going to be a need to turn to the Supremes to make it stick.  That may be why there's been no big announcement of this.  Partially because they know the POTUS has this authority and they've been resisting it all along.  Partially because they need to come up with excuses why Trump/Musk/Putin/whoever is threatening judges.  Partially because the left is getting really tired of losing and it sure looks like another one is coming in.  And that's not counting how they suddenly lost USAID and all the other federal funding, more of that to come as well.

Trump calls his doctrine "peace through strength."  How original.  Might as well call it "softly-speaking but carries a stick that's big."  I'm just joking, he obviously would need to make it clear that the US shouldn't be trifled with.  The ISIS leaders were in Iraq where he had hit them in 2020 - IIRC, the only major military strike in his first term - and Houthis are Iran's allies, clogging up the Red Sea.

We don't know what the relationships are but I would assume he checked with Putin on destroying some of Russia's allies' allies.  Beyond that, other than emphasizing 'peace through strength,' it's not really clear what he's doing here.  There must be more to it than just making a point, but not sure if we'll ever find out what.

Trump is also planning to restart the travel ban from his first term which Biden cancelled on 'day one.'  Kinda wonder why Trump didn't start that on 'day one,' or at least the first week or so after getting caught up on what's changed.  This war does seem to have changed a lot over the last ten-twelve years.  For that matter, how long until a judge steps in to overrule Trump's decisions here?

In case you'd forgotten that they're just putting on a show and trying to keep everyone believing that this will really happen someday.  Now it's FBI head Patel's fault.  At some unknown point in the future, he will give her a deadline on when things should actually start coming out.  Because they're moving as fast as they can.

I try to be optimistic.  I try to think of valid reasons why this info hasn't already been released.  Top of my head guess, they are trying to push various people into a trap for when the lists come out.  There are occasional stories that hint at something like this, although as you might expect, they never go anywhere.  I get that the Trump administration does have other things to deal with right now, but they must realize that this just makes them look bad.  No matter how beneficial any of their other actions are, they just come off as taking instructions.

It doesn't help given how many years the government has already had all these documents.  They know what crimes were committed and who was responsible, yet nothing has ever been done about that.  They're not even irritated by this, darn that FBI or SDNY or whoever is the latest to blame for this info not coming out!  The people who are hiding this info might even have been involved, ever think of that?

I think they've all misread the room but now Democrats are getting pissed at their leaders to avoid realizing their own mistakes.  They believed Biden was coherent even though it's obvious he wasn't.  Just look at clips from ten or twenty years ago and realize that guy has been gone for a long time.  The media covered up his senility and now they need to pretend that Biden's staff covered it up from them.  Same thing with the economy, all of a sudden it magically turned horrible.

Then there's the fact that the whole party was happy to dump Biden and guarantee Harris an easy victory, just like the primaries.  They truly believed that until late into election night.  In all these events, they need to find someone else to blame.  At no point are any of them saying 'boy did I/we screw up big time.'  So the latest example is insisting that Trump wasn't elected to cut down the bureaucracy waste of taxpayer money and had no chance of convincing Republicans to put together a budget with that goal.  They had no other option but to beg Democrats to save them.  Hasn't happened yet, but it will soon.

So all of this is boiling up and the failure to shut down the government is where they explode, but they're doing it all over each other.  An increasing number of Democrats have started questioning their party since November and have only other leftists to turn to.  Now they're out advocating violence and insurrection and however many sane leftists there are, they have to ask why now and why did the Trump voters just go on with their day-to-day lives for the last four years.  They're realizing that they had all been misreading the room for a long time and maybe they should fix that asap.

Have not found any record of the Senate passing the spending bill, meaning the government could still shut down at midnight as proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.  But almost as entertaining is the conflict going on among Democrats, and that's just what they permit us to see.  House vs. Senate, Nancy vs. Schumer, leftists vs. party members who want to avoid the iceberg they heading straight into.

They really had no back-up plan.  They expected Republicans to crumble and come begging the minority for help doing their job, writing a spending bill.  Democrats would be able to restore USAID and everything *woke* that the executive branch had ditched.  They'd probably already been planning how to make it permanent in the spending bill, and suddenly they're left with either supporting the Republican bill or letting the government shut down so Trump can work without their interference.

I'm not a gambler or a poker player, so I'm not an expert on how a bluff works.  I do suspect that it only goes so far.  Sooner or later you actually need to show your cards and a cool hand only goes so far against a winning hand.  For Schumer it's even worse because he has to have an actual leadership position, overseeing all the other Democrats in the Senate.  I'll give him credit for falling on his sword and saying he'd definitely vote for the bill.

Democrats could at least say they're going on strike, the government all belongs to Republicans so they'll be responsible for everything.  They've contradicted themselves that they want the government to stay open and people will suffer without it, now they have to worry that we wouldn't actually suffer.  That leaves them with nothing and at some point they have to acknowledge that they put themselves in this position.  Even if they don't admit that, the rest of us will.

That's definitely a winning strategy although I'm not sure how good of an idea it really is.  Most people would love it and I totally agree that taxes are a necessary evil.  The more necessary, the more evil.  That said, there is a convincing argument that we all should have a stake in the organization.  I can also see a genuine benefit, that as a poor person, there have been times where the refund really helped me.  I could have kept all the money in my paycheck and still spent it, then there wouldn't be any refund.

This may just be about making an outrageous demand and actually going to something simpler and easier.  We would still have to pay taxes, but they'd be much more in terms of sales tax and the large number of scams would be reduced.  Along with the reduction of the IRS, it's just about making everything simpler and easier, while allowing everyone to keep more of their own money.

But taxes will continue to exist.  Government can't exist without it, which is strange since leftists insist it creates all the money.  It's just a natural aspect of being a collective society.  We have to pay to be a part of it and government is what gets paid, which means it can also be abused.  It's why I call it a necessary evil.

This is definitely something he's been aiming for.  He's been building up an argument, probably putting all these rogue judges together, so he can ask the Supreme Court 'what are you going to do about this?'  I'd like to think that the answer is obvious and the Supremes will knock down their *woke* judges but that's definitely not guaranteed.

I still think of Roberts changing his mind on Obamacare halfway through his verdict, like he had been allowed to usually rule as a conservative but had just gotten a phone call telling him 'not this time.'  However it happened, they could do it again.  I don't even know what reaction there could possibly be, but I suspect it will be enormous.

Meanwhile there is a sign that other parts of the conflict are progressing.  Nothing to do with Epstein/JFK/RFK/MLK of course, but they are looking into other things, such as who was actually signing Joe Biden's documents since he wasn't competent.  Different signatures were on the documents and the actual signers are being investigated.  Don't see any names, of course, but they are trying to see who was involved and why, who they answered to and what for.

They're also looking into the billions of dollars Biden gave to non-profits last year, as well as organizations like the EPA.  The investigations are going on, we know that.  But this is where we really do need to have a regular report on what's going on and what's being done.  I'd prefer it to come from Trump but some of his people would suffice, Michael Flynn or someone like that.  This is part of Civil War 2.0, but it's still too unclear for any of us to really prepare.

Democrats are already looking at how they can get past Trump.  Rahm Emanuel and Gavin Newsom are also trying to get a campaign going.  There's also someone else whose name escapes me at the moment, but he's another white male.  The party is setting up its future problem with DEI, how do they get a candidate picked for their race and gender who specifically opposes their own race and gender?  They'll need to pick the most stereotypical leftist non-white non-male as veep, which just kills the effect.

They're also ignoring that Trump is totally Hitler so there won't be any future elections, so why are they wasting their time and money on stuff like this?  It would be better to spend a couple hours a day at the gun range so they can fight back.  Somehow that's never an option and no other Democrats are pointing that out.  It's almost like they aren't fooled by their own anti-Trump rhetoric used on voters.

Nothing to base it on, but I get the impression that these people aren't going to make it very far.  Maybe to the primaries but at that point, whatever's left of the Democratic Party won't be up for this *woke* stuff any more.  Kamala Harris would probably get more votes and she didn't do well in either of the last two primaries.  I highly doubt she'll be running again.  She's been offered the chance to be installed in California, but I'm not even sure that state would put up with her any longer.

As I write this, there's still no sign that the government will still be functioning after midnight, but I assume enough Democrats will cave in and the bill gets passed.  Then the party will have to turn against itself.  Each side will assume that they're totally right and a new aspect of Civil War 2.0 will get started.  Those who are closer to reality will win, and I don't think it will be those who've been promoting the *woke* agenda all this time.

Or what?  What are the penalties for defying this ruling?  Haven't seen anything about them citing actual laws being broken, other than 'separation of powers' and that's on them.  The judge here just says he's sad to see so many good workers get fired.  Leaving aside the emotion-based decision, when exactly did he meet these thousands of people and determine how good they were at their jobs?  Some "private" encounter perhaps?

Otherwise it just looks like both sides are making it up and guess what, there's more people on Trump's side.  The actually laws must be cited if you want to keep them in place, which brings us back to asking the consequences for ignoring the law.  Trump runs the executive branch, judges don't.  If you really want society to break down, the laws are the first things to be ignored.

So this was probably just an excuse.  He'd get arrested and his followers would go after Trump Tower.  The New York legal system would immediately let them go because the laws aren't relevant here.  It's interesting how much of their schtick seems to rely on them being allowed to ignore rules that would get other people punished, and they'll be the ones to make the decisions.

So far, the only confirmed condition I can find is that Ukraine can never join NATO.  They also stress that it cannot just be 30 days off, they want an actual peace settlement.  Which is fine but there's no clue how that will be handled, even if everybody agrees to dump Zelensky.  [Maybe he can move to Moscow to live with Assad!]  If there's any Ukraine men left alive, what's to prevent them from all becoming suicide bombers?

Trump also made a point of using sanctions, which liberals hate, on banks, which liberals also hate, which handled money for Russia's oil sale, another thing liberals hate, to the EU.  Biden had specifically avoided any punishment of Russia's earth-killing fossil-fuels bringing in money, because Biden supported Ukraine or something.  But here Trump does it and suddenly Russia's a lot more willing to stop fighting the war.

Remember how gas prices suddenly started lowering in the months before the election?  It's almost like this was a deliberate agreement.  Hunter Biden had contacts with Russia, Ukraine and was sitting in on his father's meetings in 2024.  That would be a good time to make such an agreement.  Russia gets more money by selling oil, possibly even to the US, and they plan the supposed war.

Not sure who would be the puppet and who the puppetmaster, but this actually sounds believable.  And then Trump gets to show the Art of the Deal.  The sanctions could be a threat to show he knows who's responsible, or that he's going along with the others and they've decided to start a dramatic end to the war.

Because it's the EU, there's absolutely no reason to trust them.  They've been bringing in illegals all these decades, now they suddenly want to do something about it?  The 'donor' conference refers to the European countries giving money to Syria, even though there's no reason to give them money.  They already had to jump through hoops to avoid laws against funding terrorists, i.e. the people in charge of Syria, the ones who are making the massacres happen.  Yeah, they're going to do something about that too.

It's probably just a show.  They've been whining about Russia for the last three years and there's no sign it's made the slightest bit of difference.  Syria is basically treated the same way, just with a little less interest because it's non-whites doing all the dying and killing.  These meetings will probably just be rich people saying Europeans should be treated the same way.

So now the EU needs to act like they take things seriously and might possibly be considering a military action.  What a brave decision.  Good thing this happened right now, giving them an excuse to start drafting Europeans en masse for an EU Army.  Still a problem with that, they don't have one.  They can't get any actual Europeans to fight for them here at home, they aren't going to do a thing about Syria.

But this is another serious change, they need to at least pretend they care about such things.  With Syria, they had connections, but turning against the immigrants?  That's not something we ever expected to happen.  Maybe they finally received word that it's too late to do anything so they're free to pretend now, nobody saw that coming.

Dammit, we were so close!  Why did he have to do that?

He says he hates everything about the spending bill but shutting the government down would be worse, especially since Trump would still be able to work.  It looks like he really didn't have anything to fall back on.  The pet media insists the economy is doing horribly but it's not.  At worst, it's the way Biden left it.  Other countries are suddenly listening to the US which they hadn't done for several years, and suddenly problems are being solved.  The courts are trying to stop Trump but they're eventually going to have to admit that they aren't actually in charge of the executive branch, he is.  And that's not counting the last decade of *woke* propaganda which just irritates the public now.

So what could he rely on?  The voters?  That number's getting smaller every day until the party figures out a new way to steal elections.  Schumer had to ponder all this and the shut-down was getting closer.  It's not like he can say he's in Congress, it's not his job to stop government shutdowns.

But now what's the party supposed to do?  The peasants might be ready to revolt, or they might just shrug and go on with their Trump-derangement syndrome.  The old, rich party leaders keep insisting they'll stop Trump but they rarely even come close.  I keep wanting someone to ask Nancy Pelosi if she still stands by her insistence that Trump will never be POTUS.

Or put it this way, do they want Democrat headquarters around the country to be treated the way Democrats treat Tesla charging stations?  Because Democrats and their lawyers seem to think that's a justified form of protest and those people need to keep voting Democrat if the party wants to win elections.  So now they've got to deal with a smaller, cheaper government until the end of the fiscal year, at which point I assume Congress will pass a real budget.

They still need to approve the bill tomorrow.  Maybe the party will comply, maybe they'll break up.  Maybe some will just quit trying to be leftist and start acting more civilized while others do the opposite.  Let's see if they can survive the weekend.

There's not even any discussions or debates about these actions, it just automatic, like it's part of their nature.  So, of course, they're eager to destroy nature.  Their rules only apply to the rest of us.  As this guy who set himself on fire demonstrates, they don't know best.  They just think they do and expect everyone else to agree with whatever they say.

It would be interesting to see if there's any diversity of thought amongst these people.  From top to bottom, do any of them say there's only two genders?  Or abortion is murder?  Or Israel has existed quite well for the last 75 years?  How many Trump voters will be attending the summit?  Face it, you probably know the answers to that, they're all of one type, no exceptions.

I hope this is true.  I keep saying that Trump needs an obvious immediate win economically.  I don't understand economics so I wouldn't trust the specific numbers, but general lowering of prices would be the way to go.  I live as cheaply as possible so I haven't noticed much, so unfortunately that means this just comes off as media propaganda, but I hope it's true.

It's also coming out that the temporary replacements during Trump's four-year vacation were doing everything they could to force inflation to drop in the last several months.  They were trying to make it easier to steal the election.  I only noticed it with reduction of gas prices - which Biden had said a couple years ago he had no authority to do - but that does tend to be where prices drop overall.

Not sure if it's possible for there to be a really big drop in prices all of a sudden.  If there is, I'm sure they're working on that.  The potential government shutdown this week would be helpful, but they're probably thinking more about the long-term.  I may be misremembering, but I thought we were supposed to go over the cliff on the national debt in Trump's first month or so.  This was probably one big incentive for DOGE, to cut spending wherever possible.  That gave them some leeway and proven record so they could get more done in the next four years.

Russia is expected to finish taking over Kursk by the end of the week.  Not sure if it's the entire oblast or just the capitol city but either way, if Zelensky hadn't done anything about it now, why would he think he can do anything about it in the future?  Yet here he is, thinking he'll get away with it, even without USAID funding.

It's worked so far, but are Ukrainians going to put up with it any longer?  A reporter has even posted a video about how he arrests reporters, holds the country hostage as a dictator, and so on.  That's actually a big deal, someone trying to speak out against him.  She's female so the left will probably ignore her, but we'll see how Ukraine reacts to this.

This may be why Russia doesn't seem to have accepted the ceasefire, this may be why.  I would think they could just stop and begin building walls and defenses so there's no way Ukraine's coming back to their turf, but Russia might think it would just give Ukraine time to rebuild its forces.  You don't want to do that during wartime and like it or not, even the Trump administration is losing a bit of standing for going along with this.

Russia will need incentive to stop moving forward.  So far, nobody's providing any.  So now the world is waiting to find out what the EU is going to do.
