And then we learn about an NPO named "HiTOPS" [sic] who are very specifically going after children.  In a video, Director of Education Stacy Robustelli even explains their plans to go after kids just reaching puberty and work their way down to kindergarten.  “So we are really intentionally going into younger and younger grades.”  Another one ads that “that’s our, like, real sort of goal would be to remove opt-out class, or like, opt-out policies.”  They don't need your permission to do what they want to you.  How is this NPO getting funding?

This was in a video released by a group called "Gays Against Groomers."  I wouldn't automatically trust them but this is the sort of thing I was talking about.  There are probably some gay people who really don't like how their movement has been perverted and if their name means anything, they're trying to do something about it.  I am still surprised at how quickly the trans movement just exploded into the popular scene and then the bubble popped.

This is all over the place.  Trump says there are talks, Iran says there aren't.  Trump calls Iran's leaders "liars."  The people you're negotiating with are lying to you?  That doesn't give much optimism for the negotiations so why are they continuing?  Or who are they with?  Trump also says that we aren't currently hitting Iran because their neighbors are involved.  Some of this is probably true but there's no way to know what parts.

There's just no sense that anything is going on here.  We don't have troops on the ground and Iran has no functional military left so there's nothing in the way of fighting unless we're sending in air strikes.  There's no reason to think other Middle East nations are sending in troops so all that's left is peace negotiations and whatever economic effects either side can have.  So what are they supposed to be doing now?

We get that Iran is the enemy, we can handle a long-term fight with them, but they're also quite helpless in any real sense of the word.  Why are the mullahs and the IRGC still breathing?  I can support this war but it really does look pointless when there's never any progress and the actual enemy is just there.  Muslims can handle being bombed for a long time.  They also can't be trusted for negotiations and, worst of all, Trump gives no impression that he understands either of those facts, much less has a plan to deal with it.

Well, it put the current Marvel and DC slate of movies in their place.  I assume inflation is relevant but this is now the biggest opening weekend in history, having passed Endgame.  DC has wasted all this money on the latest reboot of their movie IPs and they try to claim that there's some popularity, and then they have to deal with this.  Marvel movies have the same problems, somewhat more successful but still going downhill.  Sony owns the Spider-Man movie rights so about all Disney could do was include some requirements and take their share of the profit.

It also kills the notion that people don't see movies anymore after covid.  That may have something to do with it and streaming has become more popular, but if there's a reason for people to see movies, here they are.  There have been other big movies in the last few years but not many.  That's because the movie makers are doing very little that there's an audience for.  There's a reason we just call it the *woke* agenda.  You can see that with Superman no longer saying "Truth, Justice and the American Way."

Now we get to wait for how the next Avengers movie will do.  Nobody's looking forward to it.  It's too expensive to ever make a profit but there's no reason to think it will make the characters popular, or popular again if they were in hit movies years ago.  DC has it even worse, many of the planned James Gunn movies and tv shows have been cancelled, or at least the current production has been shut down.  He's only done two movies and two tv shows that actually came out.  He's been in charge of the franchise in more time than it took to get from Iron Man to Avengers.  He could follow that example but he did this instead.

There's various arguments about Democrats trying to figure out what to do with the Democrat Socialists taking over.  Most of them are supportive to varying extents, the Mensheviks certainly wanted help from the Bolsheviks.  A few, like the always-irritating James Carville are ranting about how the party is over but that's more about losing power and influence himself.  He made it possible for these people to take over, giving them a place to grow and failing to make the revolution happened as planned.  You may ignore biology but you can still raise your replacements.

The others are all open about it, at most they say it's a 'big tent.'  There's no doubt who they'll side with if things get rough.  Their main worry should be if they'll be the first to be purged.  Most likely they all assume they'll be the ones handling the purges and if history is any example, they will hide all disagreements from the public until it's too late.  Maybe in a decade or so they'll be saying "I always supported Hunter Biden and there's no time to waste on a re-election campaign.  He and vice-president Beau have everything handled."

We still have three months before the mid-terms.  The left isn't hiding it hard, they intend to take over and get rid of anything in their way.  That's just weird.  They are clearly expecting a unanimous victory.  Just winning a couple seats in Congress won't make a difference, all they'd be doing is tearing down their own side and wouldn't be able to interfere with Trump.  A majority in Congress would be something but still very limited.  They'd need to purge anybody who doesn't comply and I bet Congress already has rules about that.  These newly-elected Senators wouldn't vote themselves out of a job.  Then there's the executive branch and the military.  Once again, they'd have plans in place for this eventuality.

Then there's the way they're letting citizens know they're coming after all of us.  No matter how much power they get, they'd be busy tearing it apart and wouldn't be able to use it against us.  This is why communist states need a dictator surrounded by men-with-guns.  Meanwhile we'd all be busy preparing to fight back.  Or to just start the fight in the first place.

I'm not optimistic this will go anywhere but I will admit that it's largely-centered around the bureaucratic state which I am thankfully ignorant about.  Birx was the White House Covid Task Force Coordinator and probably realizes that the fifth amendment isn't a good excuse to tell the country what to do.  She rushese out to admit that blue states went too far shutting everything down and only did it because the 2020 election was coming up.  She does not mention any of her own ridiculous orders or that she ignored them whenever it was convenient.

Florida, Alabama and Louisiana have now subpoenaed Fauci.  It's a little unclear why, as a federal official, wouldn't he be effectively immune to state laws, at least on things like this?  Maybe it's more about the testimony than anything else.  The states do have a right to that but this is still one of those iffy things.  Maybe it's a way to help distinguish between states and federal authority.

I do think there's going to be a problem when twenty or thirty states have called this guy in.  All he has to do is refuse to fly around so much and what are they going to do about it?  I'm fine with him being jailed, executed, whatever, I just don't see how this is a good way to go about it.  Or rather, how it'll work.  What I'd like to see is an organized plan for revenge on those who imposed this fake virus on us.  I do not support torture but it does need to be harsh enough to teach everyone to never do this again.

I've long suspected there was a pop culture conpiracy that came out of these NYC clubs in the 70s.  Most of the acts didn't have much success either but they were connected to people who did.  The New York Dolls were my favorite and there's a few connections right there.  Their managers also handled Aerosmith, making them big names.  Then when the Dolls were falling apart, in Britain they were taking over by Malcolm McLaren who would go on to form the Sex Pistols.  Right there is several large parts of rock history which tied itself to the rest of pop culture and self-identifies as being crucial to society in general.

What does a pope have to compete with that?  I still think Christianity's best option would be to form small, local groups and ignore the rest of the church.  The left has taken over so let them drown in it.  They need the faithful to save them so just let it collapse on top of them.

He says that all he owns is his paintings, where are they stored?  He probably had to carry them in to wherever he made the deposition, they might be stolen otherwise.  You'd think he could just sell those and would have money right there.  Then there's the money his mother and father each got on advances for books, what about that?  They're really going to need to explain these financial issues or at least it needs to be hidden in a very obvious way.

He owns the lawfirm $17 million, they've been representing him since 2022.  He says they knew he didn't pay bills from the start but apparently believed *something* would be worked out.  Sounds like they knew about all the corruption going on and would get their share that way and so far that seems to be quite believable.  It's not like they can say Hunter's so wonderful that they'll work for free because JUSTICE!

This story isn't finished yet.  Joe and Jill will be gone soon but Hunter's still got a few decades, assuming nothing unexpected happens.  He's spent his whole life living in wealth and isn't the cleanest tuna on the escalator so he doesn't know how to solve these issues.  I think he's reaching a point where his only hope is to expose all the other rich perverts he knows unless they pay him off.

Interesting look at how out-of-touch I am with modern pop culture, I was aware a Spider-Man movie was coming out but I really didn't know when until the last few days.  As opposed to the Supergirl movie which had been hitting me on social media, dozens of ads every day all year and are still coming out.  I'm sure Al Gore-ithims are involved but it's still strange.  I didn't respond to any Supergirl ad until the failure was finally in theaters but still got hit with them.  I don't think I said anything about a Spider-Man movie but I have talked quite a bit about the character and I was still almost-entirely ignorant about this.

Officially the one or two preview days don't count so the box office is all for yesterday.  The reviews I've heard say that it's good, great or at least decent.  Not my problem, I have no interest in seeing it anyway but I am curious about the public reaction and how the media conglomerets will respond to this.  More women are seeing this movie when it opens than have seen Supergirl in the last five weeks and that movie was supposedly aimed at them.  Might as well go to the movie theaters and ask the women waiting in line if they saw Supergirl and why not.  That'll help marketing.

It's still known that Sony own the Spidey-movie rights.  Literally on day one this was the tenth-most popular movie of 2026 and the competition isn't great to easily be the top.  Disney will get a big part of the profits but they got that by not having much to do with the movie itself.  It's entirely possible this is just an exception and people are generally tired of superhero movies, or modern movies in general.  2024's Deadpool and Wolverine was the last one to be a genuine hit and it took three days to make this much.

Other recent competitors did worse.  Superman took seven days.  Fantastic Four took eight days.  Falcon America took 22 days.  Thunderbolts took 23 days and that's all just to beat this Spidey movie's opening day!  And those are the most successful, not even counting the bombs.  If the rest of this weekend is good, and we assume it will be, it's got a good chance of beating any of those movies' overall box office.  In a week or two, you can start adding those other movies together and Spidey still comes out on top.

I'm going to need to think about why the hell Spidey has been used as this media figure to attract an audience.  It's obviously worked, people can tie themselves to a 60+ year old corporate IP.  Like it or not, the companies have figured out how to do that.  Which means they use these techniques, whatever they are, everywhere they can.

It will be interested to see how Disney reacts with this.  Marvel and DC have been cancelling some upcoming projects and added more in just the last few days.  Now Sony has just demonstrated a big success without tying it up with a huge franchise.  This movie does include parts of the MCU and it's setting up the X-Men as a Disney property but it's all irrelevant to the next big release, the bloated Avengers garbage coming out this December.

That movie is a guaranteed failure just from the costs of making it, it could be the most popular thing ever and wouldn't earn a profit for a long time.  But instead it's tied to the last several years of movies no one cared about, those which became less and less popular with each new release.  No one's keeping track of what all the characters were doing before this and there's no way to make it interesting.  Disney/Marvel is going to be in big trouble.

Which brings us back to Supergirl where things are even worse for DC.  The lead actress is still making things worse with every statement.  The movie just came out for digital release and it's in 4th place.  It will never be more popular than it is now and that was the best it could do.  Soon it'll be on streaming, then it'll be forgotten.  Except that it's still reportedly required-viewing for next year's Superman sequel.  The actress and others in the studio have told us we need to see this movie to understand that one and they're going to be making a point of how much better Supergirl is than Superman.  Warner Bros. has to know this is a huge waste of money but they still insist on doing this.

They say they have but is it the truth?  They put up a floating barrier around Ceuta but are they really watching it?  And how hard is it really to get around?  The whole continent is open.  They've agreed to "suspend" Spain from their open-borders policy which indicates this is just a show, they aren't taking it seriously.  It does nothing to stop the threat and Spain certainly has no reason to change its policies, so neither does anybody else in charge.

Even if by some miracle Spain does change its ways, they can just change back in six months or a year.  Morocco says it was just about problems they're having with Sánchez, something to do with deals he's making with Algeria.  So they sent 60,000 troops to the border.  That's definitely a lie, the only question is how many in Europe will go along with it.  Or how many will actually do something to fight back.

I also have to wonder how much of this comes from Iran.  Shi'ites and Sunnis can certainly find a reason to unite against the infidel and reclaiming the "conquista" would always be a goal.  The fact that it's happening right now suggests Iran is giving the orders but it might be a second- or third-order effect.  This is one reason I haven't been going after Trump's slow attack on Iran because I have assumed he's looking at a larger picture which includes this.  I also think something like this could be part of the plans the US had to prepare after 9/11, given that we're reaching an anniversary next month.  I still think it would have been better if we handled this by July 4 but they have mid-term elections to plan for.  Now let's see if Europe has any chance of surviving.

And Crockett is criticizing anyone who dares to leave the plantation.  That's what she's there for, it's not like she has anything else to offer.  I'm guessing that most of the dissent is coming from black men who've already seen the leftist agenda as a bad thing and it's just gotten much worse in the last decade or so.  Whatever value Obama had to them has been far outweighed by the *woke* agenda he brought with him.  Now he's spending the rest of his life in mansions surrounded by white people, that's what "diversity" got him.

Hopefully this is another trick by Trump, making the left double down on what's not working.  More blacks have problems with the leftist agenda and they keep doing more of it to keep blacks in line.  We don't know how many it will actually affect but I'm guessing the point is to get as many as possible away from the party by the mid-terms.  The goal is to show the left how much of a small minority they really are.  They can't win many elections for real, they certainly couldn't impose their will on the rest of us and after DOGE and other bills, they aren't even able to fake it with government-funding.  They need this to be a big win.

*Officially* the government says they're working with Morocco to take these people back.  Not only that but they'll send in the military to stop the invaders.  Obviously this is just to distract the Spainish and make them think something about this problem is being done.  It'll be fixed by the same people who caused it.

By extension that means we can't trust what other European leaders are saying.  France also plans to send in troops.  [trying not to make a joke about that]  There's a big reason to worry that these FELLOW EU MEMBERS aren't going to do a thing to stop the invaders, just like their FELLOW EU MEMBER.  That's why they got rid of the borders, remember?

I'd like to think the rest of Europe does see the real problem here, one of those cases where you see it happening to someone else and realize you don't want to be in the same situation.  But I'm not really going to believe that until there are men with guns ready to shoot down anyone cross the national borders.  They can turn around and go home or they can be cremated here, no third option.

And just an amusing note, I don't think we've heard anything from Eastern Europe about this.  Their stance on the matter should be pretty clear - hopefully - but I realized the other war going on might be deliberately quiet on this.  What could Ukraine say other than 'yes, shoot people who cross your border!'?  Which doesn't help the leftists in charge so they'd better not say anything.  Russia is not known for letting invaders in, at least not since guns were invented, so I'm pretty sure we know what they'd say.

The house servants are the closest they get to the actual working class, they're never in any danger of going broke.  At most they might worry about losing their comfortable lifestyles, the sort of thing that actual poor people see as everyday life.  And because this isn't pointed out often enough, the people in modern American society are not poor in any rational sense of the word.  Actual poverty means you cannot afford a cellphone, or a car, or these giant tv sets people seem to buy for some reason.

But marxists aren't even capable of comprehending this, they're just jealous that some other people have more money than they do.  And they know best.  I'm trying to figure out how they may have planned this.  Boys nearing puberty when the schools shut down for covid would now be military-age.  Old white leftists could just sit around and talk about this for years.  None of them had to go to work back in the covid days, unlike the working class.

So even when they seize power, they don't know how anything is done.  At best they can only be surrounded by people who actually give orders to mechanics and plumbers and electricians and factories.  I've always assumed they use this disconnection to reality to justify their own self-importance, they know best precisely because they've never had to spend time or effort doing anything, much less actually working to earn a living.

As always, I think it was the Bud Lite ad that turned everything around, making people decide they weren't going to put up with this anymore.  The *woke* crowd just keeps pushing it which in turn makes more people more resistant to putting up with it.  The trans movement did take a year or two off, going quiet.  There was definitely some noise, it didn't just vanish, but Democrats told them to step back for a while.  At first it was to win in 2024 and then it was figuring out how to respond.  And now they're back to pretending they're guaranteed to win.

Instead it's guaranteed to failure.  You can't define a "woman," a gender that's been known for thousands of years, but you intend to impose your will on the rest of the world to whatever you made up yesterday?  And as we see here, the whole leftist movement finds their own ways to push it and the rest of it.  Soon we'll have only five years to save the climate again and businesses need to be destroyed for some reason, "racism" or something.  Notice that there's never any diversity, someone who believes in global warming but hates the trans or vice versa.

Several possibilities, none that make him look good.  Maybe he has no clue about any of this.  He's 75 years old and not the sharpest hunk of cheese on a bicycle, if you get my drift.  Or maybe he does know but has no clue what to say.  He might be waiting for instructions.  Then there's the possibility that he does know and totally supports DSA, he just can't admit it to the public.  It does make for stereotypical leftism, all he considers is trying to destroy the right so he completely ignores those who are trying to destroy him.

I spend time wondering if this was always a part of the plan.  Schumer's been in Congress since I was in kindergarten so he and his ilk had a lot of time to get fat and old and rich.  They were always after the "revolution," even if they didn't say it in public.  So now they're finally ready to hand over their seats to young people who will finish the job.  Schumer's always part of the elite, getting money from Wall Street, his relatives are married to rich people and Hollywood, when he left the House he was replaced by Anthony Weiner, so he's got big connections.  And now as he gets ready to leave, the Senate can burn down behind him.

I got no idea what's going to happen here, I can't even imagine how anyone will react.  This does give DSA maximum opportunity to do something although there's no clue if any of them are capable of doing anything.  Right-wingers see the problem but do they have any plans?  Over 200 years, you'd think Congress would have thought out things like this.  Then there's the question about how many Democrats see the cliff they're moving towards.  And Schumer's in charge, how hopeful.

I'd ask when Europe is going to do something about this but let's be honest, the US hasn't even really started doing anything.  We can applaud Trump 2.0 for what they've done and it's clear that a lot of Europeans see the benefits, but it's still only a start and hasn't done anything about the globalist mentality that made this happen.  As bad as the US has it, Europe's case is much worse.

It will also further break down the European Union.  Italy has already announced that it will not take part in the Schengen Area - the 'open-borders' policy - with Spain because of this.  Not sure that really helps if the invaders can just go to France and then enter Italy from there but there will be more of this.  Some nations will start sealing their borders and then other nations will need to figure out how to respond.  I think the EU leaders are in that position where the only way they can stay in power is to comply.  You're tied to the people you keep on a leash and you're an easy target for them.

This has been a scandal waiting to come out.  Two weeks ago this chick was shot to death at Mr. Pressely's house in Boston.  He and the wife don't live there but having a spare house for a teenage girl is suspicious.  It was immediately announced to be "domestic violence" but now that it's coming out she was shot, that doesn't quite add up.  Getting a gun and shooting someone, whether you live with them or not, is not just getting mad because she doesn't serve dinner on time while naked or something.

It's the lack of any details that makes this suspicious, like the fact that there's no word on who did the shooting.  "Domestic violence" also doesn't mean someone broke into the house and shot you so that limits the number of suspects.  As soon as this came out, it just seemed strange to me that they were hiding details.  If the killer is there and has been caught, you'd say so.  If he's not, you'd help him be hunted down.

My impression, with no evidence, since this came out was that it reminded me of Rob Reiner's death last year.  The announcement was just that two old white people had been found dead at Mr. and Mrs. Reiner's house.  You know who they are and they're already dead, what's the point in making it public but still trying to hide it?  So I think something like that is what's going on here.  Or at least things like that happen often enough that they'll react like this anyway.

It's just the basics of human nature.  The people in charge are going to live in mansions.  Mansions aren't cheap to maintain, you need trained professional employees.  They're not going to work for free and you're not going to pay them enough to buy their own mansion.  People are in charge of hundreds of others don't live in the middle of them with the same poverty, that's just not how it works.  And you expect socialism to be in charge of millions.

And they always need to include *everyone* in this.  Right there is the lack of individual thought.  You can never disagree with a socialist regime the way socialists disagree with free countries.  To an individualist, if you actually have a certain belief, you find people who agree and build from that.  People are allowed to not be involved.  It's just that basic.  These people are all about taking money away from others yet never ask their own rich socialists to do that.  Ted Turner was a leftist and died a billionaire, they had nothing bad to say about that.

Get together and form your own socialist town, you can provide everything your people need.  But they'd have to do without internet or electricity or water, that's why they always need to force everyone else to be part of it and don't need consent.  Which leads to the next problem, you need men-with-guns to impose your will on everyone else and those men won't work for free either.  More permanent class-systems.

Then they think they'll overcome that problem by going after all the children.  They seem to believe that only good people would even consider doing that so their willingness to ignore bad people means they'll miss a lot of other things.  Then there's another biological basis in many species, you don't get my kids.  So they need to ignore some very fundamental personality traits and just assume they can re-write people however they want.  Starting with kids.

All of this is relevant but to me it's always centered around their obsession with money.  Also their willingness to project their obsession onto others, *you* worship money!!!  As Benjamin Franklin pointed out, Time is Money.  Trade your time and effort at a measurable rate for other people's goods and services, and vice-versa.  We all have a limited amount of time to exist and money is really just a tool to help us make the best possible use of that and each of us has to decide what's best for us, and pay for the consequences.

Well this was the big news today.  Fauci refused to say anything, he just plead the Fifth.  The autopen pardon means he can't be punished for any crime he committed the years covered.  He could molest children, shoot down aircraft, use the "N" word, Congress can't do anything about it.  But that means he's required to answer their questions.  It also means he has to tell the truth and he knows that'll make him look bad.  Or it would if the left paid any attention to it.  I haven't even checked leftist websites and I know they see nothing wrong with this.

His lawyer tried to cause problems and take over his testimony but that's really not a good idea when the client is taking the 5th.  So he was removed.  I doubt it made a difference, he was just putting on a show.  Looking at some comments by the Senators, I have to wonder if some of them were doing that too, trying to sound tough even though nothing's going to happen.

They do point out a number of Fauci's lies, RFK Jr. brings up his abuse of animals for "testing."  The point out 7000 people a year are dying from the covid vaccine and how Fauci ignored all the warnings.  Trump was asked about this because of course he was.  He can't say much, he has to make himself look good which isn't easy on this topic.  He does make it clear that he's not going to do anything about the autopen that signed a pardon for Fauci.  *Maybe* you can make a case but he makes it clear that a pardon is a very very big deal and it doesn't sound like anything worth fighting about.

But this might just be an initial step.  The message was put out for state AGs to investigate Fauci.  That pardon doesn't do anything about the states, it's just for the federal government.  So this will be a reminder that there are different levels of government, each with their own interests.  Florida has already announced it will start an investigation.  They'll have evidence too.  A lot of people will defend Fauci but we'll see how effective they can really be.

But he didn't get this far by not clinging to power at all costs.  It's the right thing to do but it was the right thing a month ago and look how that worked out.  Reportedly he's out of the hospital but that doesn't explain why he's not capable of doing the job he's paid for.  He's not even able to do a video of him talking or breathing but we're supposed to believe he'll get better?  Or that he'll leave voluntarily?  He doesn't even need to face an election for four more years.

I don't know if the Senate has any rules on this - probably not - but I'm pretty sure Kentucky does.  I think that's why the governor has spoken out about this, it's been a month and a half since he's been gone.  It's also not like anyone has missed him, the Senate is just waiting for him to return and then they'll be able to doing something.  So I'd expect him to be kicked out easily but he's got his claws in and there might not be anyone who can actually get rid of him.

His diary also says the covid vaccine caused him a pulmonary infarction, blocking blood vessels in the lungs and quite possibly fatal.  But he kept it secret and kept telling everyone else to get the poison vaccine.  That sounds like something he'd do.

But the media and the celebrities and everyone else who believed in this won't do anything.  It worked out well for them, especially if they didn't actually get the vaccine.  Congress was exempt from it.  This definitely looks like a loss for our side and until further evidence, Trump gets blamed for it too.

If there's even an investigation.  There already was one and the report said that Biden was too senile (or whatever) to be punished for any of this.  A poor person would be in trouble if they did it but something something "the law applies to everyone."  It's unlikely the ghostwriter will be brought back to Congress to answer questions and I highly doubt anyone wants to prove Biden is totally coherent.  So this probably won't go anywhere.  An Assistant-Attorney General says the law requires Biden to give up his $8 million advance for this book and the house he stored the classified documents in, that's not going to happen.

At best some people might ask why the Mar-a-Lago raid was so important if this wasn't.  But then you might as well ask about Hillary's unsecure private server.  I have no idea what could be done about these things.  Nobody's going to jail.  Even if everything was already set up right now to make that happen, they're all too old, they'd be dead before the cases ever got through court, Trump, Biden and Hillary.  So we're stuck with this classified class system.

So yes, he told Congress under oath that the covid deaths were ten times what the flu caused and wrote in his diary that it wasn't any worse than the flu.  He could just make up decisions like everybody had to stay away from each other and didn't need to provide any evidence.  He also showed that he didn't need to follow his own rules.  For that matter, he funded the Wuhan lab where covid was created with USAID money, he started this in the first place because he's "The Science!!!"  He even boasted in his diary that he had made the stock market crash.

It's already been several years so again I'm not sure anything can be done.  He's testifying to Congress later this week but he's already gotten away with lying to them.  He got a pardon from Autopen and that'll be too big of a problem to overcome.  The whole leftist institution eagerly tied themselves to the covid epidemic which might explain a lot about their behavior since.

I was lucky because my lifestyle at the time meant I was mostly untouched by the hysteria.  But I watched how the left worshipped him, the idol they could use to impose their will upon everyone.  They've already shown how willing they are to forget any mistakes so there's no chance they'll turn on him.  They self-identify as being in that same position so if he gets away with it, they do too.

They also ask vendors to not submit bills until after the midterm elections.  How, exactly, do they plan to bring in more money after the elections?  The implication is that they'll be able to launder money and have enough left over after November.  Or that they're just part of funneling money around the world anyway and they're having problems now because DOGE cut off some sources.

This is actually going to help the DSA side, they're already looking for excuses to cut away from the Democrat party.  If they leave, they aren't stuck with the bill.  I'm sure it probably does get more complicated than that, a political party couldn't just pass around money that way, but the DS wouldn't know that.  For that matter, maybe Democrats could load all the bills onto them and claim they had nothing to do with it.

I'll stay pessimistic and continue to worry that they'll succeed this time.  There are some Democrats speaking out against this insanity but very few, all things considered.  Hopefully the rest are just staying quiet and will not comply but there's no reason to count on that.  These people need to be taken out permanently.

We cannot co-exist with these people.  But saying that, there's the obvious contradiction that we already do.  So what's going to happen and when?  I don't know if we can hold on until the mid-terms but maybe it's about whichever side loses is going to start burning things down.  It's just the "phoney war" now, the war is on, the battles just haven't started yet.  It still seems strange, these people aren't capable of fighting, how will this work?

Another white male Democrat who actually has experience winning elections and sees a problems with the DSA candidates being attached to other candidates and taking them all down.  Well, at least willing to say in public, I'm sure a lot of others see that problem.  They're risking safe blue seats and by extension any other race that Democrats might actually lose.  I don't remember if Trump started it but whoever made the point about the '80-20 opinion' was right on the money.  Whatever 80% of the voters want, these candidates pick the opposite just because they can.

And here's an example.  Luckily they didn't need to get an actual vote and I'm sure all the ones who picked this guy were just as supportive of Platner.  There's no way they could be wrong twice, is there?

Pretty sure nobody bothered to do a background check on this guy before he was installed as the candidate so now that the public has finally been informed, people can actually do the work of looking into his past.  Already it's been pointed out that it's against Maine law.  He's already run for governor and Title 21-A section 331, 351 and 363 forbid a candidate to run again in the same election cycle.  Democrats are going to need to find a way to ignore the law.  It's also reported that he has mortgage fraud, unpaid taxes and has slapped a female colleague.  Well I'm sure that's fine, at least if she was hot.

They never say how much fraud there needs to be before they start thinking it's a bad thing but boy they're worried about elections being stolen.  There's no precedent for this so I'm not even sure how to describe it but these people are just going from one point to the opposite side and then back.  I'm looking up terms for it, "cognitive dissonance," "flip-flopping," "oscillating"?  Those sound more-or-less acurrate but I'm not even sure they fully describe what these people are doing.  Turning around and around like this is causing some serious wear-and-tear in their minds.

That this particular contradiction at this time on this network by these people is just another crack in the wall for anybody watching them.  This is what Emanuel has learned how to manipulate for his election wins and it's why he sees big problems getting close.  It's why Jackson and his supporters see nothing wrong with what they're doing, just as they saw nothing wrong with Platner either.

Like this.  Muslims worldwide have shown how inspired they were by 9/11 and have been taking over the west more and more.  They're the ones who make sure they have as many kids as possible so it's a convenient way to quickly become the majority.  And then you don't have to pretend to support abortion or gays or whatever their fellow Democrats go for.  'One man, one vote, one time' is all you need.

Hard to believe it's been almost 25 years.  I really do think what we're seeing now was actually part of the post-9/11 plans, making the enemy more obvious about it and the rest of us more willing to fight back.  That problem is there's no way to prove that.  Anything we can point to that demonstrates support for our side could arguably be helping theirs.  And there's no way to know what things will be like in another 25 years.

"A Canadian woman of Chinese origin."  That's kind of a strange description.  They can't just call her "Canadian"?  Maybe we just assume Canadian women are all untrustworthy.  But then we'll have to ask why NATO allows them into headquarters.

We're hearing a little more about what espionage is going on.  We won't get much, that's the nature of the game.  Both/all sides have secret agents trying to get through the enemy insitutions without being noticed and announcing that any were caught might give away more information than we want.

From Dianne Feinstein to Mitch McConnel to (blanking on his name, Democrat who had a bunch of scandals, one of them was Chinese female) the Chinese have gotten into a lot of high-ranking places.  This was just an intern at the main NATO hq, how many other agents do they have surrounding the higher-ups?  The Chinese definitely know how to infiltrate and NATO is already weak enough to let them.

Even scarier, they've probably been doing this for decades.  They are very deeply into our side and have influenced all the people in charge for a long time and we never even knew about it.  This is an area where we really have no confidence that people on our side would do such a thing.

She's just ranting on TikTok.  I don't understand it but this is definitely a personality trait for these people.  Of the people ranting that I've seen, I think they're almost 100% female.  Most of them are in their cars filming themselves on a rant.  How do you even decide that's a good idea?  Why is it always in their car?  I have to think that if I really needed to do that, I'd do it at home, maybe build a set behind me, at the very least use a laptop so I'd position myself better.  But I'm the sort of person who would just type it all up anyway so maybe I'm not the right one to ask.  Anyway...

We hear of people getting fired every-so-often for rants like these but a lot of people were fired in that burst last year and we haven't seen much of it since then.  It looks like they were able to show some restraint, maybe now as we get closer to the mid-terms they're less able to handle that.  Or maybe they've been doing this all year and it just didn't get much attention.

It's the going after ICE like this is the biggest problem.  'We need to make their lives miserable'?  Who thinks like that?  Such people are not going to limit that to ICE no matter what, they never point to anything ICE actually does wrong, much less illegally.  They're avoiding the actual subject matter so they can have their insane rants.  And this chick was an attorney for the Department of Investigation?

He could have stuck with that retirement he promised just a few years ago.  In 2021 he said he was done with it after a Las Vegas residency.  Then covid shut that down.  Then in 2025 he started again.  By all accounts he was horrible, whatever voice he had was gone, back-up singers were doing most of the work.

My guess is he needed the money.  I heard about this yesterday when Sammy Hagar put out a post on facebook sounding as friendly and helpful as he could for Dave.  It's believable that Sam would do this, he always came off as that sort of decent guy.  Like it or not, he's a big part of that band and the surviving members are in their waning years.  But it was the way he immediately spoke out that surprised me.

The tickets weren't selling, that was the issue.  Maybe they were too expensive, that's common these days.  Maybe Dave's horrible singing was too well known and nobody's going to pay that kind of money just to stare at him on a stage.  Maybe even his fans are just tired of him in general.  I've heard Sammy's ticket sales have gone down this year but he's reportedly still doing better at some of the same venues.

Sammy's a better singer, he's protected his voice, cares what the fans think and don't forget, has had much more of a career.  Not just the billion-dollar liquor company he started, even in music he's been putting out albums for fifty years.  Van Halen is obviously the biggest part of his career but it's only part of it.  Even before he joined VH, he made sure to invest his profits into businesses that didn't center on him being a famous rock star.  That's how he was able to afford a Ferrari which is how the fancy car dealer knew him when Eddie brought in his Lamborghini and mentioned that the band needed a new singer.

I don't think Dave had that much sensibility.  Most celebrities probably don't, they think the money will keep coming in so they attach themselves to a very expensive lifestyle.  Even worse, they're often surrounded by people who get paid to tell them how great they are.  Being a celebrity means you're not part of normal life so I have no clue how any of them can deal with this, especially when they get old or less successful and the money stops coming in.

In the early days, Van Halen got low percentages of their album sales, despite selling in the tens of millions.  When Sammy joined, he made the contracts better.  It sounds like that more than anything is what EVH loved about him being in the band but somewhere, I think it was one of the band biographies, it was mentioned that Dave's percentage was not increased.  He had a complaint, something along the lines of 'the bass player is making more money than me.'  I'm pretty sure that when he returned in the 2000s, that was changed.  Of course by then the internet had destroyed album sales.

I am not a fan of David Lee Roth.  He had his moment and if Van Halen only gets one singer in their career, he's the one.  But they had other singers and I'm a Sammy fan.  Back then, Roth was a good front-man.  Problem is that he thought he was the whole thing, this is where you get celebrities surrounded by sycophants who tell them what they want to hear.  He really did not think the guitar player should take any attention away from him.  You have to work to miss that yet somehow Dave managed.

What I find more interesting is that the exact same thing is going on with a band I do like better, Guns'n'Roses.  Last night they started a new American tour.  Tickets are selling badly and unlike Dave, these guys expect to fill stadiums.  It sounds like tickets were very expensive and have been cut massively in the last few days.  Videos have already been posted from last night's show and are really only worth a few seconds just to hear how bad his singing is.

It's the same problem Dave has, expensive tickets, the fans are tired of this and the singer is repulsive.  Dave had a slight solo career but the few songs he posted on youtube were ignored.  His last album came out in 2003 and his stage show is only from the half-dozen albums he made over 40 years ago.  In G'n'R, Slash has always been productive and has a lot to fall back on.  Duff has gone back and forth on productivity but definitely has some.  He was also lucky, when the band started bringing in money, he went back to his home town of Seattle and worked with an investment company, putting money into new businesses like Microsoft and Starbucks.  So he's fine.

But Axl...  There's the expensive lifestyle, just that giant mansion from the "Estranged" video would be unthinkable.  There were his huge expenses back when the band was the biggest in the world, starting shows late, spending lots of money on ridiculous things like theme parties.  The "Use Your Illusions" tour lasted three years because it wasn't until the third year that they made a profit.  That's probably why G'n'R has toured consistently for about twenty years.

I suspect that Axl has been in massive debt for a long time and had no clue about that.  His court testimony a few months ago says he doesn't even know who owns the G'n'R catalogue and it might be Geffen Records.  I bet it is and they probably owned it long ago, just to cover the expenses of recording Chinese Democracy.  Just another paper Axl had to sign and he didn't even bother asking what it was about.

The tours got smaller and I assume that's the main reason Axl and his people started trying to get Duff and Slash back.  Izzy wasn't that interested and reportedly didn't think the offer was enough, Steven Adler couldn't be taken seriously and for whatever reason Axl has hated Matt Sorum for decades so that's it for the band who actually produced anything people want to hear.  The partial-reunion did sell tickets but obviously that's come to an end.

I still haven't had time to go through the testimony transcripts for Axl and manager Fernado Lebeis but one impression I got from what I did see was that Fernando and his family have been hustling Axl since they were hired, roughly sometime between the filming of "November Rain" and "Estranged."  Fernando was a little kid, his mother was Stephanie Seymour's baby-nanny.  When she and Axl broke up, they went with him.  Axl had some still-unknown interest in Stephanie's young son, perhaps that was transferred to Fernando.  But now they had access to a weak-minded celebrity who was taking over the biggest band in the world.  And they've kept it that way for decades.

I assume Fernando's not the one in charge, he just passes orders along to Axl.  He may not even be part of the fraud, just as manipulated as everyone else.  But whoever's making the decisions can probably see that there's no reason to keep G'n'R around.  I wonder if this happens to a lot of rock stars, I just don't pay much attention to them.  But that's the sort of life they live, there's probably a lot of connections to organized crime, whether or not they know about it.

So do we blame the black-owner of the company for not being able to keep his business functioning or the black customer who didn't pay his big bills?  I'm guessing most of the media won't be covering this story, at least not until they find an excuse to blame whitey.  Or Trump.

Then I actually look at the article and the subcontractor is actually white.  Well, it's still funny to say it's "racial discrimination."  Although I thought I'd heard Obama did pick black-owned companies to build this.  Maybe that was just the contractors and they had to sub-contract it out to people who actually got things done.

One thing's odd, he says he had another half-dozen projects that he had to walk away from to close down.  Maybe I"m missing a step but why wouldn't those projects bring in enough money to keep the company operating while you sue the scammers who ripped you off?  He also adds that he had to send in plumbers over-night right before opening and only got a partial payment, "too little, too late."

I suppose they could just say they were thrilled to work for free for Obama because capitalism bad or something.  Suck to be the guys who have to find new jobs as a result of working for free for Obama.  But that shows you how much he cares about the little guy.  It's not like the media is going to ask him about this, they're too busy saying the rich should give their money to poor needy people.

This is building.  So far there's been nothing explosive but California, New Jersey, Nevada and Pennsylvania have been found with varying amounts of non-citizens registered to vote.  Alaska has just moved 3,000 names to inactive status, asking for proof that they can vote to fix that.  Michigan has found a thousand non-citizens listed on jury pool lists.  It gives them more influence in other parts of the government and jury duty might help prove you're a citizen if you try to vote.

We don't know how long these groups have operated but if they were unknown for a long time, that could give them chances to vote in multiple elections.  You're registered to vote in State A and didn't turn that off when you officially moved to State B.  I don't know if it's really possible to do that but if it is, it's probably also possible to move around money for laundering.  I know a lot of other crimes could be included here but I've long-suspected there are organizations that focus on spreading money around for scams, fraud and any number of other illegal reasons.

At what point are people going to want to save themselves and turn on their associates and co-conspirators?  It's also unlikely that this is one gigantic conspiracy so at what point are you going to expose some big example of fraud?  And dare I say it, even arrest someone, just to make it look good.  We certainly can't expect anyone to spend a day in jail for any of this, we're certainly not going to get any money back, you're not even going to explain any of this so... where was I going with this?  Oh yeah, good job.  Keep it up.

Is this just who they are or are they preparing to use their weapons?  There were reportedly about 50 Somali youths in the park and only around 20 shots fired so it wasn't just a case of training.  Maybe they were gangs arguing over turf since it must not belong to Minnesota.  I doubt this will go anywhere, the Republicans will just be called "racist" and ignored.

This is why my first assumption was that the shots were for weapons qualification.  They must know they're going to need to fight to defend themselves.  The Somalipop scandal hasn't been heard from in a while so this is a bit surprising.  Any investigator would have searched for what businesses are located at this address months ago and who is connected to these businesses.  You waited this long to reveal that one of them is related to the congresswoman who marries her relatives?  Just slipped your mind did it?

The address is basically the only proof that the sister is involved in this but otherwise, except for their Somali nationality, there is no other known connection or evidence.  The guy behind "Feeding Our Future" has already pled guilty to fraud, as has another business owner at that address.  So there is a valid question of what Omar's sister did with $20 million coming from projects linked to USAID.

This is why I think a lot of people are involved in funneling money around.  I also think a lot of them are connected to members of Congress, or connected to someone who is.  Somalipop is the most obvious example of this but it's not remotely the only one.  It might not even the biggest.  But it sure looks like an easy target to take down.  So what are we waiting for?  We need to get our guns ready?

This is one of those things the party does to favor some people over others.  In this case a large percentage of the voters are black so they're the ones to pander to.  But this does cause some other problems.  For one thing, blacks generally aren't fans of the *woke* agenda so that won't help *woke* Democrats.  But a lot of the blacks who take part in primaries probably are *woke* so they'd be pushing what their own voting block opposes.  That's a tough circle to square.

Another problem is that one way or another, they'll be pushing DEI, so the winning candidate might be required to be black.  At the moment they don't have any serious black candidates other than Kamala Harris and I'm still convinced there's no chance she'll be the nominee.  Even if she wins South Carolina, she won't get much further and I doubt she'll win.  You'd have to ban any candidate smarter than her from running, that's like banning the sun from rising in the east.

There are a few other possible candidates who might beat her just from what we see now.  I think Gavin Newsom is looking weak but it's not in an obvious way so I don't know what's going on there and so far he's still one of the front-runners.  But I'm starting to get the impression these primaries will come off as more of cheap sequel to 2008.

Remember, Obama didn't expect to win, Hillary had the race locked up.  I think he was just putting his name out to get attention for some future run.  I also think he would probably have been Hillary's first choice for veep.  Obama had been in the Senate for at least a few years and always gets board by then so he might have been looking for a change.  I'd have to check but I think two terms as POTUS is the longest he's ever held one job in his life.

But the point is, even in 2008, it was "anybody but Hillary."  That's the mess I think Harris will be dealing with if she actually makes it to the primaries.  I suspect that by this point, Democrats will seriously see a need to change course.  They may even be ready for a more positive example of Obama, someone who shows up basically out of nowhere and is able to call the party back from their current insanity.  I don't know if it will be John Fetterman or someone we haven't heard of yet who talks like him but at that point I think the party will have realized they need to at least appear sensible.  Not saying the candidate will be any better, but they at least need to present themselves like they can appeal to normal Americans.  I think Bill Clinton was the last Democrat to really try that and he's the one who inflicted Hillary on us.
