Sure is nice to know that all those rich and powerful child molesters are now safe, thanks to Trump.  But how do you pick which people can get away with whatever crimes they commit and which people get punished because the laws apply to everybody?  I guess you can understand why Trump doesn't like being asked questions like this.

Still can't figure out how he was able to keep his island functional, his plane, his businesses and still find time to go to wherever he went to hunt down children since obviously nobody lifted a finger to help him in any way.  If anybody did, they would be taking part in a crime and there would be hundreds, if not thousands, if not millions of pages of files on them to keep the plane and mansion and bank accounts functioning, to bring in supplies, to bring in visitors, to keep the cameras functional.  These files could be released and not hurt any of the actual victims.  IF anybody other than Epstein did any of this.  But nope.  Case closed.  Stop asking or the government will punish you.

So those people can keep doing what they're doing with your protection.  How nice of you.  To the extent Dershowitz isn't a total leftist, which he is, he's known for protecting elites.  This includes OJ Simpson, Mike Tyson, Patty Hearst, Harvey Weinstein, Epstein and Trump during his first impeachment.  He also voted for Hillary and Biden, showing how the uniparty operates.

Still trying to look for a positive.  The big-name Democrats still remain silent, which just strikes me as odd.  Trump's your target, here's a perfect opportunity to go after him and a lot of Trump supporters are fine with that, so why aren't you saying or doing anything?  What leftist reactions there have been also come off as strange, although I haven't seen enough of them to make a guess on what they're doing.  We see politicians or their media suddenly have the same response at once, almost word-for-word.  Maybe that will happen in a day or two but until then, the people in charge haven't figured out what to say about this and that's what Trump did it.

He's ignoring the higher-ranking court for the notion of birthright citizenship.  The ACLU filed a lawsuit against Trump and he sides with them, saying citizenship “is the greatest privilege that exists in the world.”  No evidence for that, which shows what kind of judge he is.

As before, looking into this case immediately reveals a ton of legalisms, so few people will have any interest in checking into that.  It is noted that the judge is avoiding the previous Supreme Court ruling about judges making nationwide declarations.  There is something called a "rule 23," where this is permissible but has certain requirements.  For one thing, every single person of this ruling must be notified of this case.  He's not going to contact every illegal baby and inform that this is their chance to avoid late-term abortion.  How would he even know where to find them?

There may be other requirements being ignored, but I'm certainly not going to check further.  So based on this, it does sound like pointless defiance.  Although the Supremes have mostly been sensible in recent months, that's still not enough to trust them.  But otherwise this looks like yet-another excuse for them to hammer down some Constitutional authority on activist judges.

So at the moment, it looks like progress is being made.  Slowly, mostly out of public view, not encouraged by the other problems we're seeing with Trump or his impersonator.  I'm getting the impression that the uniparty was fundamentally broken apart around the time of the Iran bombing.  It's like the skeleton has been broken into pieces but they're all still underneath the skin and the body itself is starting to realize the problem.

Apparently this isn't the first time they've fired guns.  It just seems really strange to consider leftists doing that.  Maybe they're the slave traffickers.  Don't know if that lines up with leftists but they'd have a reason to be armed.  Gotta admit, I've been predicting Civil War 2.0 for a long time but this really isn't how I expected it.  For one thing, I didn't think it would be leftists doing the rebelling.

They aren't getting rid of enough illegals but they are getting rid of a lot and probably the worst among them.  Perhaps this is why the leftist protests see the need to be armed because no one will protect them otherwise.  I'm split on which way these people will go with organization.  I don't think it's in their nature to form an overarching union, a 'confederacy' of sorts, but otherwise it looks like they'd just be leaving themselves separate, easy targets.  I can see them doing that, but it's effectively just sending Americans to replace the illegals committing crimes on Americans.

In the long run, the best thing to do is live your life, go to work every day, pursue your hobbies, be productive.  The left can't really do that, at most they can interfere with others.  Haven't heard of protestors blocking traffic for a while, maybe they'll try that again when they can use guns.  Effectively the healthy people in society would move on and the left would just be left behind, choking themselves.  And of course if they ever take charge of the federal government again, they'll use ICE against the rest of us.

Someone we don't hear from very much because of his age and elitism.  If he actually told Biden about this, a very unlikely if, he could have gone public with it any time in the last four and a half years.  It's not like Kerry had to obey Biden, he worked for the 'new world order' which had higher authority.

Other Democrats have already started making this point that the borders were messed up by Democrats in the last several decades years, but Kerry may be the one putting out the new orders.  They need to convince people to obey them again.  Global warming doesn't work, the economy hasn't collapsed, we're not at war with Iran, none of their other predictions have worked, so this is the latest attempt.

Normally I would ignore Kerry, but he does make a point which, whether he believes it or not, does totally contradict the leftism he's spent his whole wealthy life working for.  “The first thing any president should say – or anybody in public life – is without a border protected, you don’t have a nation.”  He doesn't want anybody to have nations or poor people who be protected by borders, but otherwise that's completely true.  Yes, it's coming from John Kerry and it's still completely true.

It's not clear what he thinks he can do now.  Just the fact that he's making any public statement is surprising.  Bill and Hillary have come out a bit more than usual, even Biden and Obama.  My guess is they're trying to keep the left organized and hadn't expected this to be necessary at this point in the game.  Kerry hasn't been much of a public figure since 2004.  Neither have most of the other elites but the government they truly believe in needs help to survive, so they're actually speaking to the peasants for a change.
