I do worry that it's some sort of trap but I do think it'll be popular very quickly to have these fakes.  I can see getting one just as a souvenir, but regardless, the government wouldn't like that.  It'll be easy to forbid anyone without a verified card to vote because anybody who isn't vaccinated is dead and they'll suddenly be opposed to votes from dead people.  Or anyone else who isn't voting for them.
