This is a too-common of insane dictatorship.  She actually thinks her being in charge will make this happen and somehow the judges will rule in a way that actually stops any of this.  The judges have to obey her, what could go wrong?  And nobody around her is smart enough or willing to speak up and point out this idiocy.
