Yes, those are contractors and their family members who the State Department sent over in Voice of America and similar organizations.  They work for the State Department and now they are hostages-to-be.  The people running the State Department will do that to people they're responsible for, people that they put here.  And they'll say how helpful and caring they are.  And they're totally opposed to any rescues.  Because that's the kind of people they are.
