They're doing their part to fight global warming.  But where are all the liberals who've been supporting Ukraine all these years?  Why don't they rush out to Kiev to help them?  I guess they'd rather stay in their nice warm homes, that makes it easier to tell *other people* to keep fighting.  Is Zelensky having to deal with this or is he out in some other country where rich people have lots of heaters?

And by the way, I'm pretty sure this isn't the first cold winter Ukraine has had in the last four years.  Why didn't Russia blow up their electric grid before?  If you'd done this in 2022, after a couple of winters Kiev might have said they're not putting up with this anymore, surrender now!  But now you're looking at, what, 2028 before it starts hitting them where they live?  By that point you'll just have troops moving in anyway.  Isn't anyone else taking this seriously?

The water system is also damaged, the mayor is fighting with Zelensky about fixing things.  People have been told to leave if possible although it's not clear where they would go.  To Russia maybe?  The air defense systems are running out of ammunition.  No news on the corruption scandal of Zelensky's appointees and he's being accused of firing and replacing intel leaders to remove opponents on the off-chance there's any elections in the future.  Or electricity.

Why don't you just call Russia for help?  It's like you're all trying to figure out ways to make me support Trump on Greenland.  Just the fact that you all immediately go here is suspicious.  Don't you have protests against ICE and an upcoming government shutdown to do something about?  Why is Greenland suddenly important to you?  Britain, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden are all sending troops.  WTF?

Trump has already hit these countries with tariffs and they will go up in a few months.  I assume they're going to give in because what other options do they have?  The tariffs haven't hurt our economy the way leftists and the media promised they would and if the EU had any way to retaliate, they'd have already done it.  Even if they had a military and that military wasn't already headed to Ukraine, who would volunteer to go fight the US for Greenland?

I'm even wondering if this is directly related to the Russia/Ukraine thing.  Can't figure out how but it might have been part of what Trump was negotiating over with Russia.  But it's also making the European leaders look stupid, they spent the last few years terrified that Russia! was going to steal their turf and suddenly have to do a 180 to the US who has a much better chance of succeeding.  These people were so obsessed with an imaginary threat that they ignored a real one?  What exactly do these EU elites do to win elections?  Oh, right.  No wonder Democrats and RINOs support them.

We just heard that National Guard were being sent in and it didn't sound like Trump was doing it.  So that means, in theory, that we're sending two different military units against each other.  Or at least that's what Walz is planning, I'm sure the National Guard would oppose that immediately.  The Minneapolis mayor just panicked at the idea of troops deploying to Minneapolis but didn't specify which ones he was talking about.  He also insisted the riots would continue until ICE was gone and "it's about love" so it doesn't sound like he's really up on things.

There is no way this is going to work out for them.  They can't point to any laws ICE is breaking but ICE can point to immigration laws the people they arrest have broken, and the people assaulting them.  The protesters can't even point to a single arrest they've prevented.  They're coming from a position of delusion, not strength.  Just look at how they insist ICE is kidnapping random American citizens for no reason while the protesters are defending rapists and murderers.  Protesters even broke into a church this morning to harass people at a service.

Not sure how serious this is.  They have nothing to do with the original Black Panthers so it's just a mockery, hoping to fool blacks to join in.  Safe to assume they'll be at least as disposable as the old white chicks doing all the work so far.  I also assume they're funded by George Soros or someone of that ilk.  We'll see if they actually do anything or if this is just another illusion.

No way to know if any of this is true.  There's a few videos, presumably recent, that's about it.  The country is closed off and will stay that way until one side wins.  If the mullahs win, it'll stay closed off even longer because they'll need to purge the citizenry.  If the people are winning, I assume they'll start putting out videos right away.  If nothing else, the armed forces will still have working internet access and will be sending out clips for the world to see.

It's actually kind of funny - not in a 'ha ha' way - that this is still going on while the left is distracted by Minnesota and Greenland.  You're whining about fake oppression and Trump acting like the showman he's always been, this lets you ignore people who are actually fighting tyranny, who are risking their lives for real.  Or maybe that's exactly why the left is ignoring it.

Maybe it's just the 21st century but I'd like to see faster progress on this.  Considering how quickly Trump got Maduro, it's just annoying that the mullahs are still around.  And even stranger, notice how quickly the left has stopped talking about Maduro, or Venezuela in general.  It's almost spooky how quickly they're running through things to complain about and then forget.  I'm guessing ICE will be out of Minneapolis roughly a month after they got there and that'll be dumped too.  Meanwhile Iran is still struggling for freedom.
