But they can still use guns, right?  This is why military operations need to be kept secret, so people don't have to ask about stuff like this.  I'm sure the plan is still underway and we don't need to know the details but I'm not pleased to hear this.  Trump put himself in this mess and I just want the mullahs taken down asap.

Reports on what's going on are basically non-existent.  Some rumors that Iran is killing a great many protestors, others suggest less, there's basically no footage coming out.  Even if there was, it would be untrustworthy.  We are now at the point where we're just waiting to see what happens.

I'm still sure there's a plan.  No idea what it is but that's what I'm betting on.  No doubt there are already troops on the ground, doing whatever they do.  I assume the US will come out the winner, the mullahs the loser, and it probably won't take much longer.  But this waiting is not fun.  I hope the protesters are still going strong.

I'm sure it needs to be done, I'm not complaining about that, but it comes off as just a pointless step in the legal battle and doesn't seem all that relevant.  Can't other mayors be included, even in other states?  Don't their calls for resistance mean any more than this investigation?  And it has nothing to do with the Somalis helping themselves to taxpayer money, anything being done about that?  As I said, I'm not complaining specifically about the DoJ doing this, it just comes off as unimportant in the greater scheme.

Minneapolis is trying to get their people hurt or killed as martyrs but I don't see that working very well.  They don't seem to be inspiring anybody else beyond talk on social media.  The protesters being hurt or killed come across as being stupid enough to get involved in this stuff.  It doesn't help that ICE is carrying cameras, as law enforcement has been required to do for a decade or so, so the footage shows that nobody's being abused, they're causing their own problems with bigger, stronger, better trained officers.  Black Lives Matter ran into that problem too.

It should also be noted that ICE raids and patrols are still going on as they had been for weeks.  The protesters aren't actually doing anything to stop them.  Neither are government officials whining about them.  In theory they might be inspiring more protesters but they're also inspiring people who support ICE.  Even those who oppose ICE are more likely to be getting tired of this bad publicity.  Anecdotally, I've seen more non-whites openly supporting ICE and it's increasingly noted how few non-whites there are among these protesters.  But their supporters still aren't admitting that.  Problems ahead for Democrats.

Just a guess but I think this might be a reason Trump called Canada the "51st state" and has been making noise about Greenland, probably more to do with Chinese influence on our turf.  Might be other things too but China knows how to handle globalists and we've got these right next door.  It's definitely a threat and he needs to do something about it.

It's understandable that China would be pulling the strings a little tighter these days.  They need to make sure their allies will stick with them.  But there's no problem with Canada, Carney went to visit Xi, not the other way around.  He's probably still upset over Trump's tariffs.  Notice that we don't hear much about those anymore.

This Canada-China arrangement is another part of the war that's going on although there's not much detail.  I still think China is the main enemy, at least internationally, and they've got their pawns all over the world.  I'm not sure what Trump can do about this, especially since he's only got three years left.  Xi probably has more time.

This is a shock.  For years we heard she was going to leave at any time and that never happened.  Yesterday I heard that her departure had been set but I was very suspicious that it would happen anytime soon.  Even today when it came out that this was her last day at Lucasfilm, I didn't really believe it.  She'll get 'producer' credit for however many more movies actually come out, supposedly she's still involved, her replacements were her puppets, this doesn't mean anything.

But it's only now that it really hit me, this is a big deal.  It just suddenly happened.  She didn't get any 'going-away' celebration.  Last year we were told she'd wait until there was another hit Star Wars movie, the next one will be released in May but they're not going to wait any longer.  She's out now and there's no reason to think she got a vote on the matter.  It's her or those in charge of Disney.

Anecdotally we've heard that a Disney park has even removed almost everything from her sequel trilogy and focused entirely on the George Lucas movies, especially the only three that matter.  She had announced a couple dozen movies that never came close to being made and now never will.  And that's not even counting how Indiana Jones and Willow have been completely ruined under her.  The woman was able to make a 'Han Solo' movie fail, you would think that's impossible.

I would bet they can't restore this franchise.  It's very unlikely that any Disney company is going to produce something good.  Even if they do, some of their tv shows are reportedly good and they get ignored.  The audience has left.  And now KK is leaving too.
