Did anybody *not* expect them to do this?  Didn't even realize it but Bill was supposed to have testified today, Hillary tomorrow.  There are people who go to jail for defying congressional subpoenas but the laws don't apply to everybody.  Now the question is what Congress will do about this.

Odds are nothing will happen because Congress doesn't get paid to do stuff.  That said, it's not a guarantee.  Even Democrats have to realize this sets a precedent they'd rather not face.  If the Clintons can defy them and get away with it, so can others.  If this Epstein testimony is such a big deal that the Clintons can ignore it, who else would go along with it?  For that matter, have any of the others obeyed the subpoenas?  Not getting much attention there.  That's why the odds are so high that Congress won't bother to respond.

I don't think this is the end but I don't have a clue where this will go next.  Maybe we'll see if the Democrats get any pushback from their voter base.  They can say nice things about Bill and Hillary but those two are old and out-of-date.  They may be obsessed about Somalis and ICE but they'd also be willing to sacrifice their own people to get more about Epstein which the Clintons definitely have.  If Congress votes on this, a lot of donors might call and say they'd better vote against the Clintons, or else.

We're not even halfway through the first month and already this year is exciting, giving me tingles in my girly-parts.  [Note to self:  Where did those come from?  Better check into that.]  I think other states are involved but they're trying to sue to stop the federal government from enforcing federal law.  That's like trying to punish a baseball player for hitting a baseball with a bat and running around all the bases.  You're going to need to bribe a lot of judges and hope they're stupid enough to go for this.

Minnesota does seem to be where Civil War 2.0 is intended to start for real.  Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is pointing out evidence of AG Keith Ellison meeting with his donors about stopping the investigations into Somali fraud if they give him more donations.  There's already some video released and some of those people have already gone to jail for frauding the taxpayer.  The Democrats-in-charge knew about this all along, not just with Somalis and not just in Minnesota.

They're all glad the lesbian was shot, now it gives them an excuse to schedule these protests for the foreseeable future.  Which they're already doing.  This is just doing the same things they did last year where a bunch of old white people pretend they're relevant, or a majority.  They're not winning over support and it's not clear if they believe they are.  It's also increasingly clear to everyone that these people are mentally unhealthy, just by thinking they can defy federal law-enforcement and get away with it.

Women are capable of inspiring men to do more and take the lead.  I was very pleased when Sarah Palin was unleashed upon the country because it looked like she could do just that.  It didn't work out back then but the possibility is still there.  But it goes both ways, the old white women handling these protests are capable of finding males to do the same thing.

However where Palin could have found men willing to pick up guns and fight for her, this guy does not come across as being of the same caliber.  This guy posted a porn video online of himself with his wife and some other female and didn't even bother to get the required legal documents signed, which cost him a lot of money in court.  Beyond that, he openly admits to creating internet sock puppets to use against people he doesn't like.  Basically he comes off as someone who's all talk.  Many threats of violence and the leftism is more of an excuse to get away with that.

But they're all trying to push, inspire and outdo each other.  Their mental illnesses will become overwhelming at some point and at least a few will really try to kill people.  How many will actually go through with this?  People with this objective don't intend to come out of it still alive so I also wonder how much of this lines up with suicide bombing.  At least ICE is trained to handle this, the "suicide" is more important for the others than the "bombing."  But Muslims have a religious reward in mind, these protesters have none of that, yet they'll be doing the same thing sooner or later.

And so the party faces its own contradictions.  They oppose ICE, they want to abolish it, but they need to lie about it to have any chance of winning elections.  Everybody will know that, they don't think they'll be asked why they changed their minds?  Or how they'll deal with fellow Democrats who come from safe blue seats?  As much as their willing to fight Americans, the party is going to be fighting itself this year as those who see the problem need to get the votes of those who are the problem and the party has promoted them all these years.

Two transgender lawsuits have merged [that sounds icky] and landed at the Supreme Court.  So far it sounds like this will not go well for the *woke* crowd as there are some obvious questions which the lawyers have no chance of answering.  Like 'if you can't define a gender then how can you define discrimination against that gender?'  All these years of arguing about this stuff and the left has never come up with an answer for that.

It was also noted that the black chick asked a question so incoherent that the lawyer had no idea what she was talking about.  I'm not sure why she's even allowed to be part of this hearing since she has no clue what a "woman" is but that's what being hired by DEI gets you.  Things don't seem to be going very well for her these days.

As always, I'm negative about the Supreme Court.  That's probably not going to change any time soon.  This case seems to be going well at the moment but it could change at any time.  They still haven't done anything publicly about the activist judges.  I'm also worried that, like Congress, they'll start admitting that the uniparty calls all the shots.  Not sure how this should be handled and am worried that the problem is just too big to solve.
