I think "Bill" is a better name, let's not call it a day.

Only "non-essential" personnel?  Ok, that's something, but they've been there for two years and hadn't had to leave before now.  China's been very strict about this virus and we obviously haven't minded that.  What's changed?

We got our people out of Ukraine right before Russia invaded, and we got our people out of Afghanistan right before the Taliban took over.

□ [“Biden Scraps Green Fuel Rules In Bid To Slow Skyrocketing Gas Prices"]

He's going to lower the price of what he wants to make illegal.  The price won't go down until June 1 and then it will last until September 15.  Three and a half months that we have to wait a month and a half to start and will end a month and a half before the election.

That's really a great plan to use for the election.  Why not provide food too?  If you're hungry now, I'll feed you a month and a half from now and then three months later, I'll stop.  Vote for me a couple months after that.  The word "brilliant" doesn't describe it.

Of course this is gas that they put food into anyway and the reason it's been banned is because it supposedly causes smog.  That's leftism, look for the worst-possible solution for the problems you imposed on everyone.

□ [“That Was Quick – Big Cuts Coming to CNN+"]

Something is going on with the media although as usual, I don't know what it is.  CNN was one of the cornerstones of cable back in the day and it's gone down ever since but it doesn't seem to have noticed that.

I don't get why they think a private internet channel will be meaningful to anybody.  Very few people will pay for stuff that only exists on the internet.  They can go to another site and get the same thing for free.  How can CNN not know that?  The audience wasn't paying to watch this stuff before and they weren't watching it either.

But somehow they think they don't have to put out something the audience wants to watch, they'll get money anyway.  And two weeks after starting, it suddenly becomes a bad idea.  They didn't see how it could be a mistake before then.  They have maybe 10,000 viewers here, and most of them probably got a free subscription as part of a promotion deal.

They picked up some big names for it too, those guys cost a lot of money even though they have no audience.

Airlines are having problems too, the prices are going up, the gas prices are ridiculous.  And apparently the pilots are vanishing.  Passengers show up, they hear the flight is delayed, then it gets cancelled so if they want to get where they're going, they need to buy a brand new ticket from someone else.  Hopefully it'll leave the same day, otherwise they're screwed.

So they can't afford to drive, they can't rely on planes, how else is one supposed to get anywhere further than a few miles away from home?  They can't.  That government doesn't want that.

I'm still expecting us to snap any day now.  Of course I've been saying that for months but we can't last.  I'm still saying we need to go on strike.  That's why I wanted the truckers to lead that.

There's gotta be a way out of this.  As an obvious example, we're going to be in very big trouble in a few months.  Farmers use tractors and other vehicles to harvest the crops.  Those all use gas.  Without that, they're not going to get it remotely done and if the gas is as expensive as it currently is, or higher which is what the government wants, that's going to affect food prices.  We'll have shortages but at least what's there will be much much more expensive.

That hasn't even gotten into transporting the crops to factories for processing and then to stores for purchasing.  That's not counting the use of fertilizer or anything else the left has always wanted to ban.  That's not counting any other expense added to farming, much less anything in the cities.  At least the farmers can feed themselves, what do the cities have to offer if they don't have food?

Food is one of those things that you really can't get by without for very long.  That is where we'll snap, assuming we haven't already by then.
