□ [“DOJ Indicts Former Cuban Dictator Raul Castro"]
Ok. Now what? The dude's 94, do you think he's even heard about this? The charges are about Cuba shooting down a plane of Cuban exiles. Not clear how Raul was involved or how that's a crime in the US. Four Americans died in international waters when the plane was shot down on February 24, 1996. It's not just that we're near the 30th anniversary but that was Bill Clinton's first term when he still thought he could impose leftism so I'm wondering what he had to do with Cuba. He also sent armed government agents to break into someone's home and grab an illegal immigrant Cuban boy, sending him back home. Might be interesting to see how people's views have changed on that.
Anyway, I'm guessing these charges involve details the public won't be told about. I also suspect some of those details came from Maduro who doesn't have much else to do these days. I would like to see Raul get arrested the way Maduro did but that's not going to happen. If we want him taken alive, he can't be grabbed like Maduro and if we don't, he won't be grabbed like Maduro. Trump has already made a public statement and avoided answering what we'll be doing here.
I would bet that we're negotiating with various forces in Cuba. I'm betting a lot of Raul's own staff are willing to turn him in to save themselves. But a lot of Cubans would want them all gone permanently. Trump will avoid any big military operation - although troops will be available if needed - but he's also offering investment, $100 million to help their problems with fuel, food and electricity. It sounds like the sanctions were finally used correctly, telling Cuban leaders that they really can't do anything anymore and they certainly won't get away with it. They can start by getting rid of someone who's been in charge of Cuba since just after my father was nine years old.

□ [“Rep. Tim Burchett Warns GOP He’ll 'Embarrass' Colleagues if Trump Agenda Stalls"]
□ [“Senate RINOs Turn on Trump – May Block His Midterm Agenda"]
The party is getting underway. Burchett makes a good threat, he's pushing cuts from DOGE and the SAVE America Act. Trump needs help like this, I'm pretty sure he hasn't kept his promise to not sign any law until that act was passed. But more than that, the POTUS does need Congress on his side and Burchett is at least trying to push that.
But then there's the other side of their party who are talking indistinguishable from standard leftists. They'll shoot down anything Trump wants no matter what and are posturing as a noble resistance movement. They'll probably include rhetoric about how they don't care if they'll be taken down by MAGA challengers and it's the Senate so a lot of them won't even face challengers this year. The implication is that they're trying to help Democrats win as many elections as possible so that their own party loses.
□ [“Democrat Texan Running for Congress Pledges to Put ‘American Zionists’ in Internment Camps"]
And this is who these RINOs are helping. 'First they came for the American Zionists, and I didn't say anything because...' I think one of the Trump administration's overarching goals here is to get as many of these people out in the open as possible so we can all see what they are. Normal people would see the obvious threat and quickly recognize that anyone who isn't specifically opposed to them is effectively siding with them. At least politicians are used to dealing with large groups and their contradictory beliefs, they have to figure out how to get what they can when possible from each side and then interact with other politicians. We'll might find out what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.

□ [“CNN Presses LA's Mayor Bass on Broken Promise to End Homelessness"]
Since I only follow these tv networks second or third-hand and don't pay much attention to them anyway, I can only speculate on what they're doing. I'm sure I've made specific guesses about which network is doing what and I was probably incorrect but there are times where CNN seems to be getting slightly closer to reality. As they say here, Bass promised in 2023 to eliminate homelessness by 100% in three years and she's obviously failed, what's up with that?
To the extent I'm right about their admitting problems with Democrats, I think it's more about seeing the *woke* agenda isn't working so they're trying to move their masters away from guaranteed failure. There's actually an administration that asks why they call themselves "news" when they're clearly siding with one party over another so they need to ask some real questions once in a while. Too bad for Bass that she's stuck trying to come up with a real answer.
She blames bureaucracy. She had no clue how difficult it was to get through them. She had spent six years in state congress, twelve years in federal congress, been through years of university and activism before that and she had never needed to actually deal with bureaucrats. Tell us that she's too stupid to be in charge of anything without using those specific words.
Giving their ties to California, I assume media is trying to work through its clear bias for L.A. mayor and state governor in upcoming elections. Notice that they don't ask her what, exactly, bureaucrats did to prevent her from keeping her promise. Or how to stop these bureaucrats from interfering with the mayor's orders. That would risk exposing the leftists, the 'deep state' and everything they've tried to install for all these years. I'm guessing she's going to be ditched as mayoral candidate soon, unless some strong man really insists on keeping her around.

□ [“Ilhan Omar Breaks Silence Regarding Her Connections to $250 Million Covid-Era Fraud"]
It's all a lie, she has nothing to do with her supporters. She introduced the MEAL bill in 2020 but Trump signed it so it's all his responsibility. She just wants to feed kids and ignores all the money spent to not feed kids. It took her this long to finally get around to saying this?
Spur-of-the-moment guess, I'd say Democrats are going to ditch her. They're setting her up to be blamed for everything and help that few other people will be exposed in fraud. But there's still more problems, she's Somali, she can turn on her own party with no difficulty. The administration is still investigating more fraud and more can be exposed. This may just be an explanation of why it's never been revealed before because this is all so big. We still haven't gotten a full picture of what's going on.
We need to see a long list of these massive frauds and the names of who are involved. Specifically those who are able to prevent anyone from doing anything about it. We're at a point where I don't think the Trump administration should spend too much time putting together legal cases. What we need are full exposures to outrage the public that these people have gotten away with it for so long. Maybe even be a bit subtle, specifically not include the Clintons, Bidens, Obama, etc. even as people closely connected to them get named.
