Judges have been busy these days, contradicting each other and giving no sense of what the laws actually mean, if anything.  There's a lot more of these articles coming out than I'm tracking.  I'm mostly looking, noting a few of them maybe, then every week or so looking through to see if I can point to any solid patterns.  Hasn't worked out so far.

In this case, Alabama had voted to change its race-based congressional map to something that wasn't based on race.  The Supremes had already ruled that basing congressional districts on skin color was unconstitutional, which is probably what started many states doing this redistricting.  Yesterday a panel of federal judges overruled Alabama making this change, defying the Supreme Court.

So now Alabama is calling the highest court to do something.  The Supremes have set a deadline to respond next Monday but it's not clear who they're expecting that response from.  The federal judges?  The lawyers involved in this case?  These gerrymandering cases are definitely getting hectic.  A Florida court has just defended the state's new map of congressional districts.  A Tennessee judge just blocked an attempt to block their new map.  Republicans in the South Carolina state senate just voted to keep the race-based map which helps Democrats get elected.  Meanwhile the Supremes have also sided with blue states against Florida so illegal immigrants can still get commercial drivers licenses.

I still think that, to the extent it's possible, the Trump administration had this worked out with the judiciary, especially those on their side.  But I don't get what their plans are or how it works.  We're also seeing leftist judges get batty, an Alabama black female judge was just suspended for making racist statements about whites and calling herself the “ultimate authority.”  This is going to keep happening.

My first reaction is that she's lying and this is not the first time she saw Biden having these problems.  Especially the way she insists she hasn't seen it before or since and repeats "never since."  That just comes off as knowing that she's expected to hold the party line that Biden is fine and dandy and she obviously has personal reasons to make him appear sane.  That said, at her age, she's probably seen others having strokes so it's believable that she'd be familiar with it without Biden being around.

My next reaction was that this is all a set-up to flush the Bidens away from Democrats so they don't have to explain how they never saw any problems before.  Jill was being interviewed on CBS.  Afterwards, a CNN reporter tweeted that she's lying, unnamed Biden officials said they had seen him behave like that.  This just looks like the organized media moving in to protect their chosen ones and remove anyone causing a problem.

This is coming out as Biden's people sue the government to hide his hours of interviews with his ghostwriter.  It was already determined that he did share classified info but was too old and senile to be punished.  The ghostwriter immediately erased any evidence to avoid getting punished.  And now Trump has spoken out about this case so maybe it'll get more attention.  At this point I think Democrats want Biden dead so that they never have to hear about this again.  Otherwise at some point they'll need to explain why they let it happen.

Spain is a strange nation, solid European, conquered by Islam and ruled by leftists.  Basically any way they're able to go wrong, that's what they've done.  So it's very surprising that all of a sudden they're going after the corruption in their own government.  The down side is that they've probably known about this for a long time and only now are doing something about it to hide everyone else from the public.

But because they're ruled by leftists, this is still letting everyone know how much money the elites are pulling in because they're socialists so that's what they do.  Everyone else in the EU is going to be looked at for the same reasons.  There are probably investigations going on in other countries as well.  That's not even counting the elites linked to Jeffrey Epstein, some of those have been cut down after all this time.

There's also attention being given to what other connections they have.  Iran?  Ukraine?  All the NPOs uncovered by DOGE in the US?  I'm probably just being too optimistic but I really want to see Europe suddenly swept up by sanity.  I'm not sure Spain has really been relevant for a century or so but it is one of the main founders of modern Europe, on the Atlantic, the Mediterranean, Africa and France.  If they can start fixing things, ultimate victory will be in sight.

I assume it's not just a few sites that fire drones but of course we won't be informed about that.  Ideally Iran has loaded whatever they find most important together in some secret headquarters and that's what we're hitting.  Trump supporters will go a long way for him but we're not seeing much of a point yet.  The overall MAGA mentality is fine but there's no wins to get tired of yet.

The IRGC and whatever other forces the Iranian government has can work independently so convincing a random mullah to give in to our demands is irrelevant.  And by the way, what are China and Russia doing about Iran?  They've been very quiet which probably isn't a good sign.  It's possible that they know Iran will break down and are just negotiating how it'll help them but I wouldn't bet on that.

The upside is that there isn't much Iran and its allies can do.  Any big weapon they had would have been used by now so they're just sitting targets.  The downside is the mullahs, IRGC and their allies are unbelievably tough.  As we saw in Afghanistan, the Muslim enemy can be hit hard for a long time and they're still there.  That's why it's so important that we take them down permanently because otherwise they won't go anywhere.
