As far as I know, there's no rules to the State of the Union beyond the Constitution saying that the POTUS must occasionally brief Congress.  Biden did specifically say he'd lay out his plans to a joint-session of Congress on February 23, but that didn't happen.

The basic opinion is that he's just too feeble to stand up for a 90-minute speech with no teleprompters.  It would just be too obvious that he's not remotely capable of being President.  He doesn't speak that long to anyone else even with teleprompters and that's been going on for quite a while now.

But along with things like not flying Air Force-One and not bothering to deal with a Congress now ruled by Democrats after the stolen elections, I have to wonder if there's just no pretending we're still the United States.  They aren't working for the American people, they're serving someone else.  We don't know who, but they aren't part of an independent nation and won't pretend otherwise.

There's at least a little noise about the war against Syria.  Memes are coming out, I liked a Star Wars of the Death Star, "Iran is too remote to be an effective demonstration of our power."  Another movie parody has Biden saying "I'm here to sniff kids and blow up brown people - and I'm all out of kids."

Funny how nobody just cites Biden's campaign promise to do this since it started on his first day.  It's easy enough to find his June 22, 2019 tweet that “Trump’s erratic, impulsive actions are the last thing we need as Commander-in-Chief.  No president should order a military strike without fully understanding the consequences.  We don’t need another war in the Middle East, but Trump’s actions toward Iran only make that more likely."

Or they could cite Kamala Harris' report to Congress.  On April 14, 2018, she tweeted "The president needs to lay out a comprehensive strategy in Syria in consultation with Congress -- and he needs to do it now."  That's what they want, right?  That's what they said they'd do, right?

Press Secretary Jen Pseki tweeted on April 6, 2017 "Also what is the legal authority for strikes?  Assad is a brutal dictator.  But Syria is a sovereign country."

Did Syria stop being sovereign on January 20, 2021?  Assad is still there and is supported by Iran just as they were four years ago.  But there won't be any peace rallies.

Nor will they be complaining about the large cuts in Medicare and Farm Aid in Biden's stimulus plan.  Why should they, it's not like he complained about cuts before it was his job, right?  Well, ok, he did, but he's allowed to do what he opposed others doing.  Too bad if you don't like it.  He's gotta find money to pay $1400/week paid leave for 15 weeks to federal workers which is part of his stimulus. They still haven't gotten around to the one-time $2000 $1400 bonus he promised if people voted for him, but federal workers are a more important class of people.

Or as AOC said "we're in charge and you're just shouting from the cheap seats."

They're basically proving that there is a vast racial difference if they have to keep lowering the standards to allow certain skin-colors to pass them.  I noticed this a few weeks ago with the claim that 'math is racist.'  No, math is math.  2+2 equal 4 is just a basic fact and you're the racist if you think skin color is relevant.  They're not just reliving the famous 1984 scene, they're trying to prove certain skin colors uncapable of recognizing this and wasting everybody's time to focus on they're new '2+2=5' style because their skin color justifies it and they say so.

It's not like they have any principles.  A year ago, masks would do nothing to stop a virus.  Then masks became necessary for people who would sick.  Then for caregivers.  Then for anyone who dealt with others.  Then for anyone outside their home.  Then inside their home.  Now they're adding double-masks.  It's not like the virus can't get through just as easily.
