They don't see any contradiction in this, do they?  The military works, they know how to accomplish their mission and they've based it on thousands of years of experience.  They also know that they're expected to obey the leadership, the ones that are throwing away those millennium of knowledge to make up this ridiculous fantasy.  That's not going to get them an obedient military and that is going to show very soon that only competence and acknowledging reality can win.

China, Iran and the others already know this and they'll be ordering leftists to wipe out the US as much as possible so they won't have to face the actual American military force.

I'm definitely pondering how the left handles language.  That is one of the bases of socialism and the lot, 'everything is infrastructure' because that's what the government is in control of.  The use of "infrastructure" seems to be brand new but otherwise the idea has always been around.  What other words are they changing to mean anything they want to help them get power?  Well, "racism" but what else?
