Still haven't heard how the supposed attack on the Ukrainian nuclear plant is going. I guess if the media thought it was important, they'd report on it. Or if Biden thought it was important, the media would report on what he says about it. But no, Putin can (allegedly) attack a nuclear plant and the world just goes on with its daily business.
Of course if Biden complains, whoever decided to shut social media off in Russia can do the same thing here to us. They're the ones who decide and we're the ones who get punished.

So will they include China in the list of nations they aren't permitting to use Visa or Mastercard? Because that's going to cause a lot more problems for the US then just banning Russia.

Some animated movie had a quote, "Some of you may starve but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make." That's what we're into now.
This war is obviously a false flag. I've also seen references to the movie Wag the Dog, about Hollywood setting up a fake war to support a POTUS doing badly in the polls. I doubt it was specifically made for Biden and Russia but I've always assumed that this was part of Hollywood's plot to impose their will on the world.
They desperately want us to think Russia is the enemy, that's why they're buying so much oil from Russia. Does that make sense? Oh well, don't think about it, support Biden!!! He's the one who shut off US production of oil, because it kills the planet. That's why we buy Russian oil. If Putin wasn't a "bad guy," would we give him several billions of dollars every single day? Are you sure this doesn't make sense, because it looks like a blatant plot to destroy the US.
It's entirely possible that Putin's the one running the show, or at least in the clique. They certainly got to practice this in 2014 when he invaded Ukraine and nobody minded.
Then there's Iran which Democrats have supported since around 1979 or so, and China which they've supported since Mao moved into the palace. And leftism which has always been about destroying the US at any cost.
□ [“Stoli vodka announces rebrand"]
And they're doing this too, making companies change names because it has something to do with Russia? A year ago it was changing names because *RACISM!* but now it's just because we're trying to be at war.

Poland Refutes Secretary of State Blinken’s Claim that It Will Send Its Fighter Jets to Ukraine Hours Before Interview
March 6, 2022
It's now a war, the so-called Secretary of State says that now NATO has a "green light" to send their air force to Ukraine. Russia has already said that qualifies as a war so that's what we're into now.
That's certainly true for the famous people suddenly insisting that they totally stand with Ukraine. They could be doing that with Somalia, Syria and Yemen which are also under attack now but they're not. They could have done that with Ukraine in 2014 but they didn't.
How much of this is rich and famous people with interests in Ukraine that normal people never hear anything about and how much of it is just a hoax that rich and famous people want to impose on everyone else? Even scarier, how many real people (not internet robots) will go along with it?
□ [“Secretary of State Blinken Suggests US Won’t Ban Russian Oil without Permission From European Countries"]
We need other countries' permission to stop buying Russian fuel. Shows what kind of leader Biden is, he's not going to stop giving billions of dollars a day to Russia without permission from countries he's not in charge of. He needs to be told what to do.
We've already covered that Putin just needs to block Ukraine cities and then it's only a matter of time before they surrender. What's the US going to do, an airlift like we did in Berlin? We're too busy bombing Somalia for that, you think Biden can concentrate on
anything
so much at once? And use Russian fuel?
□ [“Biden OKs release of 30 million barrels of oil from Strategic Petroleum Reserve"]
This is just too stupid to be anything but deliberate, it'll only last for a few hours and then we go back to buying from Russia and now we've got less in the way of Reserves.
The Convoy is still moving in, they're closing in around DC now. Several of them with hundreds of trucks each, it's probably just had to organize in their respective regions. Ok, that's fine, but I still see trucks going by on the nearby interstate and I want them *gone.*
One theory is that they're just driving around around the city
en mass
. That takes up a lot of space and slows down every other truck that's actually bringing supplies into DC. Not to mention everyone else too but ignore them for now. It doesn't stop supply, they're not doing anything that would be remotely considered illegal by anyone (except the insane leftists who make up most of DC's population but we're ignoring them) so that slows down the city immensely.
I like the idea, what's DC going to do in response? Arrest truckers for driving on public roads? How will they know which truckers to arrest and which ones to deliver supplies? Check each truck to see if it's carrying supplies? That's going to take a long time, slow down delivery along with everyone else (we're still ignoring them) and what, are you going to arrest a trucker who just delivered supplies and now has an empty truck, effectively punish them for doing their job?
Then there's all the other people who live in DC or come in on a regular basis [I never said we'd ignore them! You're lying! I'm reporting you to the government!] who are going to get pissed off at the delays and blame *all* truckers for it because they won't know the difference. Are they going to invent some new way to get friendly trucks through while arresting the enemy? That would take a lot more competence than federal government has and would piss off a lot more truckers who didn't take part in this.
They'll also see more supply problems which are definitely what I support for this Convoy. All I care about is that they go on strike and stop delivering supplies. The tyrants will have to quit in very short order.
Where it looks iffy is what other possibilities would they find to get around the blockade? Vans and station wagons would be easily available and you don't need special licenses for those. It would be slower, yes. I'm not sure how much more expensive it would be to drive a van to a store several times versus driving a truck there once. Obviously some locations would be "favored" more than others. I could still see this causing problems but it seems like it would be a lot slower and would have more workaround for DC residents.
What other affect would it have, where else would it be relevant?
