Maybe I should start being naughty to make sure Santa Claus doesn't leave a federal government for me under the tree.

Day Two without a government.  The people who disagree with me are suffering through all the misery their politics have brought on them.  The people who agree with me are happy and go-lucky and not wearing a bra.  [hold on for a second.]

But life without a government is tough.  One of my shoelaces broke today.  The government is supposed to prevent that!  How can life go on when things like this happen?  I blame the people who disagree with me.  There's just too many of them.  Maybe we should get together and discuss how to eliminate them.  But we'll need someone in charge.  How many votes can I get?

NYC is run by leftists and has a lot of rich people who leftists say aren't paying enough taxes.  Sounds like an easy solution.  What's their soon-to-be-installed leftist mayor going to do about it?  Otherwise the city's going to need to figure out some way to deal with two subway projects, one of which is a tunnel under the Hudson.  It's not something you can just stop.

I'm also curious what annoyances New Yorkers had to deal with with this going on, and whatever else was part of this $18 billion funding.  Not sure how subways have to deal with it but on the ground level, you have to deal with detours because construction has taken over the area for months.  It's New York so the suckers are probably used to it but this just seems very irritating.

Partially Europe looks easier to identify the actual war as it starts.  There's the Muslims, there's the leftists, there's the increasing protests to the censorship and war-mongering.  But we aren't European so their media isn't as free as the US is supposed to be.  But to the extent any of it is understandable or believable, this is what we're looking at.  Western civilization, and perhaps the whole world, is in a 'war' mentality.

If there was any doubts about this guy, here you go.  There are times I wonder whether John Paul II was part of the *woke* or maybe it was that the point was that he would inspire leftists to complete their takeover of the church.  Either way, here they are.  It seems impossible to do but people like Leo and his predecessor give the impression is that their whole goal was to be in charge of something so they could destroy it.  It should be noted that we see that sort of thing happening in leftist American organizations.

Then there's Germany, acting like, well, Germans.  And no one anywhere is telling these people to knock it off.  That's how we know they're all on the same side.  Even worse, they're obviously pushing this against their own people at the same time they're trying to get to war with Russia.  Nobody's going to fight this war for them and no one will defend them against attacks.  At least Russia has centuries of experience with this sort of insanity, what's Europe's excuse?  Oh, right.  Leftism.

There was a news report a month or so ago of a black American single mother ditching everything to go join this fake tribe.  Deluding people to believe that they had a kingdom in Scotland four hundred years ago?  And it obviously fools some people.  Well, there were only three involved, one male, two females, but the fact that they were allowed to do this shows that something has gone very wrong.  These are the sort of people the rulers of Europe are counting on to achieve their goal.

The American equivalent of what's going on in Europe.  You can physically attack a woman and the leftists in charge will support that as long as the victim is conservative.  Essentially all leftist rhetoric about 'fairness,' 'equality,' 'anti-violence' includes the unspoken phrase 'until we change our minds.'  Which they always will at some point.

But they must realize that this won't last long.  Too many people are armed and you do have the right to defend yourself.  Is this what the leftist elites are expecting to happen?  Especially if the attacker is black, this could cause more problems.  It's why civilized societies don't allow violent attacks in the first place, but that's not where we are anymore.

If the police were ordered not to intervene - and 'I was only following orders' is not a great defense, jus' saying... - then citizens are going to start handling it themselves.  About all the left can do is try to form gangs and start doing the same thing, but most of them would be lacking the training and arms.  There would be chaos but it seems like it would be fairly short-lived, unless they have some foreign allies ready to step in.  And thinking about it, they're probably begging China to save them from the tyrant.

This cannot be helping CNN's ratings.  Why would you pretend to be a "news" network if you deliberately shut people off like this?  And what is your audience supposed to think?  Do they just accept that you're going to prevent them from hearing anything you don't like?  If that audience was interested in what you were reporting, they will never consider going someplace else to look up what Johnson was saying on the same topic?

As it is, the obvious video clips are increasingly publicized.  The main one is probably the June 2019 Democrat primary debate where every single candidate raised their hands to show their support for funding healthcare for illegal immigrants and that was at least a dozen potential candidates.  Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg and Bernie Sanders were among that group, yet Democrats are now claiming that they had never heard their party ever suggest support for such a thing.  Looking it up, I was surprised to see that the debate wasn't aired on CNN, it was NBC instead.

This just seems guaranteed to not win any support for Democrats or their pet media.  Frankly, you'd have to be extremely desperate and stupid to see that it'll just drive people away.  I'm sure it's a common analogy but the left traps people in a bubble.  Once a crack is formed and people start seeing the world outside the bubble, they start breaking through even more and soon have been freed from the bubble.  And doing things like censoring a politician on media - well, the left would call it "censorship" if it happened to them - is exactly the sort of thing that will encourage people to break free.
