Day 23 without a federal government.  It's like we've all gone back centuries into the past before a federal government was invented.  People must have sat around crying all day like we do, with every moment of life without a federal government being abject misery.  We might kill time on youtube or with internet porn like our ancestors did but there comes a time when we all have to stand up and say "I'm going to invent a federal government and you can't stop me."  Maybe if we say it loud enough, something interesting will happen for a change.

If we can ever start a real federal government, we need to make sure to ban Trump and his supporters.  And all the judges who've been ruling against us.  And all the members of Congress who've been voting against us.  You just can't have a federal government with all those people who are different from you so we need to get rid of them permanently.  Only then will we have a federal government by the people and for the people.

It's rumored that Chuck Schumer has asked for a back-room deal, the sort Congress is known for.  Republicans are officially not going along with that, hopefully that's true.  Re-open the government and they'll negotiate like it's their job, instead of just putting a few people together to use all their blackmail on each other.  I haven't seen any indication that Republicans are ready to crack, even the RINOs need to at least appear to be on the winning side.

Even on the leftist sites, I hardly see any references to the protests last weekend.  At most there's talk about future protests but those will need to be scheduled.  What are they going to offer next time that they couldn't do this time or any of the previous protests?  Congressional Democrats must have more tools to use but for some reason, none of those seem to be available either.

They're trying to figure out how to change their messaging.  Not sure why or how since Democrats keep this hidden, but their main spokesman is out there pointing out that “If you don’t have any borders, then you don’t have a nation.”  They need to pretend that they support that despite all the evidence of their opposition for the last decade+.  They need to admit that Trump isn't entirely an incompetent idiot, that he's actually had at least one win and they have to admit it.

As they look for ways to end the shutdown, Bernie pointing out that protecting the border is relevant, and the pretense to being patriotic, it's obvious the party has finally started making a massive shift in perspective.  But the problem is they're still unequivocally leftist, so we'll realize that they're just lying to gain power.  The only ones who won't notice this are the party members who just go whatever direction they're told, even if it contradicts what they were told yesterday.  This is why they can't build anything.  By the end of the year, they may be saying abortion should be 'legal and rare' like they used to.

Not a clear picture of what's going on but Trump is clearly pushing enemy nations in a given direction.  To an extent, it doesn't look like they're totally opposed to it either.  It's almost like they realize they're better off if the US keeps everything functioning like normal, even though I'm sure they'll continue to work against us.  But a lot of this is hidden, you could make a convincing argument that we're winning, or they're winning, or one side is faking a win but being undermined by the other.

I do get the impression that Russia and China are willing to dump Venezuela, similar to how no one has heard much from Iran in the last several months.  It's not that they'll leave BRICS, it's that these dictatorships are a problem for everyone and to his credit, Trump is doing something about them.  Unfortunately this is one aspect where you could argue that they're manipulating Trump to do the actual work and they'll take the benefits.  Central and South America are still a big problem, but at least they're *our* problem, not China's.

Not sure what to say but this does look like a snapshot that progress is being made.  I also get the impression Maduro is facing a lot of problems.  It's almost irrelevant whether they're of his own making, or how Trump is surrounding the country with the navy, or if he's funding the resistance chick who just won a Nobel.  Trump has been taking down boats from drug dealers and probably trying to cut-off their land without having to have a war.  As you might expect, the left is basically ignoring all of this.  Because they know best.

Apparently they have been able to pay off $1.6 million.  If there's interest on these debts - the way normal people would owe interest - then they're basically paying that off.  That's something but it's still not that good.  I assume they took over the debt to make sure outsiders couldn't get involved.  That and to keep their hands on Harris - I don't mean it like *that* - so she'll continue to obey.

By now they have enough experience with her that I really can't imagine they'll let her come back as a candidate.  It's not like she can claim that *this time* she'll actually know what she's doing and won't just throw money at celebrities.  But she probably still thinks she can try again, so they need to be able to tell her 'no.'  It's implied that there was no contract to make the DNC responsible for the debt so if she disobeys, they can just say it's all on her, the way it should be.

But they still don't know what to do about future elections.  She's still one of the most popular and, if you believe the propaganda, even had experience as Vice-President.  A lot of Democrat voters take her seriously so how does the party get around these people?  She'd have to actually face a primary and that'll just be a disaster, making even the party faithful asking 'why did you lie about her the last two times?'  They need to solve this problem soon or it'll just get worse.

It's surprising that they've been allowed to get away with this for months anyway.  It's not like anybody points to actual laws they're breaking, unlike the illegal immigrants they're arresting.  There's stupid leftists whining about ICE wearing masks but given all the rhetoric of eagerly wanting to track them down, attack their homes, children, etc. there's a valid reason.  Besides, the left is fine with antifa wearing masks, or forcing everyone to pretend it stops viruses.

I'm pretty sure the Trump administration has done everything they can to clear this with the judges, at least those who aren't activists.  Still don't know how much they can actually do in advance but they checked this out.  POTUS has authority, laws being broken, states and cities refuse to do anything, probably a little more complicated but that's about it.  It's not like leftists have any serious forces to stop the feds from coming in.

And notice that we haven't heard anything about Washington DC for quite a while now.  Democrats right there, even a lot of blacks, where's the oppression?  Not tracking which other cities ICE has moved into and which ones are just being threatened, but the same thing.  They're stopping crime and American citizens can see the benefits immediately.  Another place where Democrats have to face their own supporters, do you really want them to be attacked by the gangs you've supported all this time or are you willing to admit that Trump did something right and is quite successful?
