A week or so ago, the Democrats did say they'd hold out until planes were falling from the sky.  Well here they are, right on schedule.  It's almost like they had this planned as an excuse for this.  Yet somehow the airlines, the airports, the city and the state of California are completely helpless, it's all about Trump.  Orange Man refuses to bribe Democrats to vote for Muslim transgender abortions in Guatemala so the airports just have to suffer.

I was too young to know about the traffic controllers being fired by Reagan.  I would think this is a job that qualifies as "necessary" but either way, it does seem like the sort of thing you'd expect the airlines, airports, city, state, federal government and the unions involved to have back-up plans for.  If the planes can have autopilots, you'd think A.I. would be a workable back-up plan for overseeing airtraffic.

Newsom will probably use this to push his presidential campaign.  Doesn't sound like he's done much of anything as governor, what with the fires, the failure to build high-speed rail, the economic failures and that he can't even follow his own orders, going off to party while ordering Californians to stay home during covid.  He expects to just keep failing upwards, following Aunt Nancy's example.

Day 26 of life without a federal government.  The days just keep passing by and nobody tells us what to do.  What are we paying them for?  Probably so Trump can keep all our money.  That's why we hate money and hate the government for producing all of it.  We should just get rid of all of it.  And money too.  You know, I'm getting really tired of these obvious contradictions when I try to promote our major goals.

At least everybody but me is stupid enough to fall for this.  I'll just give them orders and they'll all vote for the new budget and fund everything I like.  But Trump never obeys me so we'll need to get rid of him.  After that, life will be perfect for everybody and we won't need a federal government to give us everything and I'll be in charge.  It all sounds so easy.

And you haven't bothered to mention this since he took office in 2017?  You could have just kept quiet about this and he'd leave office with no one the wiser.  These people are coming across as just getting weary of trying to maintain these delusions.  Of course the female host responds "Your brain and my brain have gone to the exact same place.”  She doesn't realize that she's releasing their uniformity of thought.  And no one's going to ask they why Trump doesn't want to kill them.

The fact that they're still doing this is both a plus and a minus.  They're getting weaker and less sane, collectively they seem to be regressing to mindless rhetoric.  Since they have no influence or pull on anyone, they need to group together on the media just to pretend they're relevant.  But on the other hand, this shows that they're getting more determined to do something bold, stupid and destructive.

But it's interesting that they have no moral or intellectual center, something definite to base themselves on.  There's pushing the *woke* agenda which is the closest they get to coherent goals, but look at how those have changed in just the last decade, never mind previous decades.  Otherwise all they can say is they oppose Trump.  If there's any rational Democrats, this is just pushing them away and the party is already a minority.  So they're left with these people who support killing your children and getting nazi tattoos but Trump is hitler.  I don't know what the end-point is but as finite mortals, there will be a point where they can't go any further.

I hadn't even known they did this, I saw the headline and thought it was a repeat of articles from a couple years ago, or Occupy Wall Street for that matter.  But no, they have been there for several months.  I'm curious who finally decided to get rid of them since it's Portland, it's not like the city government would do this.  Maybe they were finally threatened with a lack of federal funding.

But Antifa is getting ready to attack.  It's been noticed that there's recently been large purchases of ski masks, gas masks and goggles.  Not ridiculously expensive but thousands of purchases in a week or month does stand out.  Someone is funding this, I'd blame Soros although there are obviously other leftist billionaires and multi-millionaires.

The fact that this is all happening suddenly indicates that it's an organized force.  It's not just a bunch of random people suddenly deciding to buy this stuff.  As always, I assume there is some other plan because this just won't be very effective.  It would help resist the police but not by much, nor would it help fighting back, much less escaping.  Even if the masks get you through a gas attack to get to your car and drive away, you don't think drones will be following you?

This obsession with the new White House construction is almost-scary.  It's easy to find examples of other redesigns on the White House which Democrats didn't complain about.  The people so focused on this never seem to mention that the original building wasn't even part of the White House, it was separate.  They also don't mention any problems that building had for large events, plumbing and such.  It's like they never actually paid attention to it, they're just anti-Trump no matter what.

So every minute they spend on this is a minute they cannot spend on something that's actually important.  There's only 24 hours a day and you're all mortals, if Trump is such a tyrant then why are you wasting time on this?  It makes one wonder if they're really serious or if they just know how easy it is to manipulate their supporters.  There's the economy and the wars and Trump wants to kill everyone so now we're going to talk about the White House rebuilding?

And this is expected to go on for the next three years?  That's a dangerous level of obsession, yet he tweets “Don’t even think of seeking the Democratic nomination for president unless you pledge to take a wrecking ball to the Trump Ballroom on Day One.”  What's worse, that he's giving orders to *everyone* who would think of entering the primary on what to think or that they'd obviously just lie about it to appease him?  I'm not even sure Swalwell will remember this in three years.
