The Convoy has started.  Am I happy?  No, I'm never happy anymore, but I'm still worried that this is some sort of set-up.  One of the names given was "The People's Convoy" which is just blatantly leftist.  They used similar terminology elsewhere, it may be required to get government approval but it just comes off wrong.  Which is sad because I really want it to work.

And leftists are already panicking.  Still a week or so to get there but that won't stop them.  My understanding is that the truckers won't actually be in DC, they'll be parked outside.  And that probably won't stop the government from pushing the military out.

My objection is that, other than awesome footage, I don't see the point of a convoy. They could just go on strike for the same effect.

But we desperately need hope and where else can we find any? They're going to steal any future elections they can. They'll shut down dissent, bank accounts, the elites will impose suffering and rules that don't apply to them. What other alternatives do we have?

A little more encouraging.  My only other hope is that this is a very long-range plan intended to show the world just what the left is after.

On my first deployment to Iraq, my commanding officer was someone who you may have heard of, he got a little publicity in the recent past and described what we're up against nowadays, specifically calling it a 'war.'  Anyway, on his speech at the end of the deployment, he thanked us for the work chasing out al-Sadr.  In the first couple years after the US invasion, he'd gotten a lot of support standing up against us and we didn't do much.  So after a few years, Iraqis saw what people like al-Sadr would do and they were much much more supportive of Americans.  From what I've heard, al-Sadr was a lot more restrained when he was finally allowed to return years later.

I've been wondering if that's exactly what the plan was following the stolen election because we're all seeing that happen now.  Of course I don't have any proof of this, even if I'm completely right, I still made it up because there's no other source of hope here anymore.  Did Trump actually go along with the theft to set these lunatics' up for failure in front of the world?

At some level it matters but at our level, we really really need some hope and we need it now.  If the convoy is a hoax, fine, maybe they can kill me since their pet virus hasn't bothered.

Well they're the most knowledgeable and experienced, who else would you want in charge?  They've got China and Iran on their side so you know they're good.  They say so.  Maybe when they take over, Ukraine can get its nukes back.  But then, so will everyone else, this is the best possible promotion for nuclear weapons.

They'd just sent Kamala Harris to Europe to bring peace and a day or so later, this happened.  No wonder leftists love her.

They could take his house and give it to a small business but he'd probably oppose that.  This is a basic leftist tactic, steal from one group and use it as a bribe to another group.  It's all state property after all.  Most truckers are owner/operators, those trucks are a business.  This guy just wants to seize a business and give it to someone he likes, presumably someone who donates to him.

I think it's basically a given that people who want government jobs have no interest in individual freedom.  At least as a contractor, my employers are private companies and they can fire me at any time.  It was a lot harder to do that in the military.

It's always about lowering the standards and showing why the standards used to be so high.  This is the sort of people who can't meet those standards but do want full access to your children, "grooming" is the term.  If they hide the evidence, people can't see the evidence and complain about the results and they're free to do what they want to their targets.

The supply crisis started a year ago, the Ukraine invasion didn't.  The gas prices started rising a year ago, the prices of everything started going up a year ago.  Democrats like that.  But the media doesn't want to report the truth and they don't have to.  The way to fix the gas prices would be to permit more drilling in the US but Democrats don't like that.  Only their voters are stupid enough to fall for this and it's like they're flat-out admitting that most of their voters died a long time ago.  How long can the few that are left continue to fall for this?

Oh, but it's the Ukraine's fault now.  What, they didn't give Biden enough money?

They probably realized that the verdict is already written, they're just needed to fill out required forms whenever they get around to having a trial.  They probably realized that doesn't look good.

I'd like to hope that they all found information that pointed directly at their bosses or the next higher ups.  The article says they haven't interviewed any witnesses for over a month now, they probably realize that there's absolutely no point to this except tyrannical behavior and they're the ones who will get all the attention for it.
