Day 43 without a federal government.  I'm finally getting used to this.  There's the thrill of rebellion, the excitement of uncertainty, not knowing what might happen next.  What will the tyrants do to us next?  I don't know, but I know we'll get through it, thanks to our great Democrat leaders.  And credit must be given to our great leftist media, keeping us fully informed of what's going on.  Those right-wing nutjobs just think our side is falling apart and crumpling, that couldn't be further from the truth.  This shutdown could last another 43 days as far as I'm concerned.

But when it finally does end, when we get everything we want forever, Republicans will be on their knees weeping with regret for ever disagreeing with us.  And then we can put them all in taxpayer-funded gulags until they've been properly educated.  The more I think about this, the better and better things get.  Just keep that government shut-down going and make it a reality.  I can't wait to see the next stupid move Republicans think they can try against us.

Wow, haven't mentioned this in a while.  I am more than a little irritated that Trump totally dropped this so quickly after inauguration - as my loyal readers can attest to - but it is incredibly strange that Democrats see this as a winning point.  None of them are asking why they didn't demand anything be done about this last year, or two years, three, four, all that time that the DoJ and activist lawyers have been going after Trump for anything they can find.  Or lie about.

But even worse, they're deliberately avoiding any questions of anyone else who might have ever known Epstein all these decades.  Bill Clinton and Bill Gates being the most obvious names but there were a lot more and they were known liberals.  Now that the left has suddenly decided this was a monstrosity and someone must be punished for it, why is Trump the only name on the list?  Can't you at least ask the Bills about their relationship with Epstein?  Why did he have a painting of Clinton wearing a dress?

Anyway, the House Dems have let out a few of Epstein's emails, from 2011, 2015 and 2019.  Not much to them, at most a few questions for Trump.  He's always willing to take questions.  I'd say he could just start listing names of others who were involved and they'd hate that, but he could have done that at any point this year so that's not very likely.

But that said, given what we've seen from the last year, it does look like this is a trap for leftists that they're rushing into.  We're not given any clue why it's taking so long.  Even if you can't explain everything, there should be at least comments on what's being done.  Time's a-wasting, get moving on this.

The next step is taken.  Doesn't look like the two houses need to negotiate and put the final version to another vote, it looks like this is headed straight to Trump.  Knowing him, there's a good chance he'll sign it tonight.  Otherwise first thing tomorrow.

So now we get to watch the left go nuts for the next several days as poor people start getting fed and bureaucrats can interfere with our lives.  And Republicans have been foiled in their scheme to kill everyone.  Darn it.

The rich white latenight leftists are all ranting about how horrible this is to have a government again and how people will suffer.  And something about how expensive it is to buy health insurance thanks to Obamacare.  We told you that fifteen years ago, why didn't you listen then?  Now they need to punish people for disobeying the law by not buying insurance.

AOC is also bitching.  She thinks she's the boss now and will overthrow the old men in charge, i.e. Schumer.  With Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, Dianne Feinstein and others, I do suspect Democrats are ready to overthrow the old people.  They'll make all the mistakes of young (or at least younger) people by not learning anything.

I first saw this on a leftist sight.  Only one commenter seemed to think this was a bad idea, everyone else was thrilled by the rich white man from a rich family running for power.  Leftists oppose wealth until the wealthy say what leftists like to hear.  They oppose the very concept of family but then someone's ancestors are all the evidence they need of someone they'll obey.  They claim to oppose kings and nobility but this is how you get them.

A less-established family but still quite wealthy.  Never had to work a real job in her life and now, pushing 60, she's finally come up with something to do.  This is how you get these old people sitting in power for decades.  I'm genuinely surprised she's not just trying to take Nancy's seat.  My guess is that someone else wants it more and there's no chance she'll win a fight against whoever that is.  She might also be arguing about it behind closed doors.  The California Senate position she'll run for won't be open until 2028 so she's got time.

I notice they both look really old.  Schlossberg is only 32 but I would think he's mid-40s easily.  Christine is 59 and looks it.  Something about rich leftists seems to make them age very fast compared to normal people.  At least with actors and rock stars you can blame drugs but then there's these people.  About the best chance they have is that being wealthy means they've learned something about how things work but, well, what are the odds of that?

This is the guy who intends to replace Nancy Pelosi, just trying to show that he makes her look like a harsh right-winger.  Either that or he's just showing that sissy girls-with-vaginas are incompetent compared to those born with a penis.  This is from an interview he did in the gay district where he lives so, uh, not sure how experienced he is with those who, shall we say, don't have any Y chromosomes.

It really is startling how quickly the trans movement has fallen away.  I keep saying I was surprised at how quickly it appeared to become dominant but at least we know it had been building for a long time.  All of a sudden it became about memorizing dozens of brand-new pronouns and ignoring biological reality.  Now there's a vast retreat - I still cite it as starting with the Bud Lite ad in 2023 - and this guy is not going to find much success pushing it now.  It *might* get him somewhere in San Francisco but probably nowhere else.  Thinking about it, will this win any votes in San Fran that he wouldn't have gotten anyway?

The trans will try again, that's obvious.  They can't go for long without trying to impose themselves on children and they had enjoyed that for years.  On the other hand, even the people in charge of their movement must realize they're disposable.  At most they can cause chaos - and as many lunatic shooters as possible - but that's not something to build on over a long period of time.  I really think this movement was a centerpoint for a leftist cult and it's getting closer to being exposed.
