Day 44 without a federal government.  Life is so miserable without government to tell us what to do!  Everywhere I go, the streets are filled with people crying and dying because no one will save them.  We're all helpless peons, only government can do anything but it was stolen from us.  We must not stop until we restore government to its rightful position of authority over all of our lives.

As always, I assume this won't go anywhere.  There was $100 million in kickbacks, some of the names are given and some of them have now fled Ukraine, although otherwise it's not clear what this is about.  Ukraine is all about corruption and maybe a little war-fighting if there's time.  Whether they were just looting money for themselves or if there was some other goal in mind, it's not even the first time this stuff has come up during this war.

What might be relevant is how this centers around the Minister of Energy, just after Russia bombed most of the electric grid in preparation for winter.  Perhaps there wasn't enough protection or repair available for the grid because the funding was gone.  That's my best guess but the timing suggests there was something to this.  As is the fact that it's getting more attention in western media that Ukrainian corruption usually does.

Zelensky's former financier - arrested for laundering and fraud - calls on Zelensky to resign from office.  The implication is that he sees what's coming and Zelensky purging some subordinates isn't going to help.  It's easy to dismiss this as yet-another excuse why we should never be involved with these people but if it actually means something in Ukraine itself, it might be people turning against Zelensky who's spent the last three and a half years losing a war and doing very well for himself as a result.  Perhaps if he's replaced, the new person holding the job might be more willing to work for peace.

Only a month and I'm a bit skeptical.  Maybe he's just living up to a negative stereotype but it's also possible he knows he can basically get away with it.  If he has influence in the prison, he might be safer there than anywhere else.  And so far, his May 2028 release date is only pushed back a month.  Probably a better situation than Jeffrey Epstein was in.

There's some argument going on about the Epstein files which I assume will be as relevant as P. Diddy's parties.  The left is running out of things to obsess with so they're chaining themselves to insistence that Trump was Epstein's right-man man or something like that.  No interest on anybody else involved, funny how that works.

I haven't paid much attention but what I've seen has some suspicious comments about more people.  An email from May 2016 comments that Hillary Clinton did "naughties with vince," as in Vince Foster, a Clinton aide who had a very mysterious suicide back in 1993, exactly six months after Bill took office.  There are some hints but there isn't much I find interesting here.

Maybe this is working as hype for someone but this is where it looks like Trump has set up a trap for himself.  He should have released all the files on 'day one.'  It was pointless to delay and even if it doesn't look like he's covering something up, that's going to be the almost-unanimous response.  There won't be any mention of anyone committing actual crimes because if there was, the obvious question would be why he's still letting them walk around lose?  And in his first term too when they already had all this information.

I still think Epstein and P. Diddy were doing the same things but at this point it looks hopeless to expect we'll ever learn anything for real.  I'm not even sure there's a way I could be proven wrong about this.  You could release footage of Biden, Obama and Clinton molesting children and there'd be no reason to think it's real.  The government agencies probably have much more realistic A.I. than we do.  Which leads to the belief that this was the goal all along, to keep it hidden until the truth would be meaningless.  Thanks, Trump.

Some people had to go to work every day to earn a living even when the supposed pandemic was raging across the world.  You call those people "poor people."  They had jobs important enough that you couldn't just get paid to sit on your bed with a laptop.  You can understand why Democrats have nothing in common with that sort.

Joe Biden promised to end the virus on "day one" and then waited two and a half years to declare it over, but that was still two and a half years ago.  But the DNC still acts like it's happening right now, showing that Biden had no authority.  Otherwise they would have listened to him say it was over.

Of course the big laugh is that the new rules won't get started until February 1.  That's how big of a deal this is to them.  And naturally a lot of Democrats are opposing that.  They will just sit at home and be paid for it, it's what the party is all about.  Chairman Ken Martin is probably going to cave in.  He's definitely not a leader-type, which is why he was installed.  Maybe the people who are actually in charge will give orders behind closed doors and something will change but otherwise, they'll stay on this road no matter what.
