What in the fuck???  They're essentially saying 'don't give us money.'  That is helpful in the sense that people are a lot poorer now if they aren't leftists but how do you get the Salvation Army to go along with that?  Is it a pose to encourage people to keep their own money?  That's the only way I can think of it working.

There are people who can't afford a $25 million mansion on the other side of a large country from where they live.  She could settle for a $20 million mansion thousands of miles away from her home state and use the extra money to help poor people.  But that wouldn't be leftist of her.

They're changing a word definition because of skin color.  That's the racism.  Looting is looting regardless of skin color.  And Nancy Pelosi wants to spread this.
