Naturally he doesn't have anything to say about the murder victims, not even the ones that happened last weekend.  It's just a normal part of living in this city.  Maybe he'd feel different if some of them were white but, well, he sees no problems with the way things are.  But the "transfemicide"!!!  Oh the humanity!!!

"Femicide" is a term that means 'killing a woman,' so "transfemicide" somehow self-identifies all trans murders as female.  Well that's good to know.  Brandon Johnson didn't just make the word up yesterday, it even has a wikipedia page which cites him using the word in 2024.  That's the 'state of emergency' he declared and is now expanding.  The dead gang members probably had less protection by the government but Chicago has obviously decided it can do without them.

There doesn't seem to be any particular reason to bring this up.  Maybe it's an order he was given at the Obama library opening.  Since no one cares about the murders going on, this is just a convenient topic to distract people with.  All Chicago needs to do is demand some fair elections and these people would be wiped out immediately.  But that's why Democrats have been in charge for decades.

This sounds like more of a big deal than it actually is.  The Senate voted 50-48, the House was 215-208.  I thought Trump could veto it and they would need (too lazy to look it up) 60% of each house to overcome the veto, but apparently that doesn't apply here.  For reasons I'd rather not know, Trump cannot veto this yet it's also not a law so he can ignore it anyway.  This is what these people are paid for?  Don't they have anything better to do?

I guess it's just a reminder of the War Powers Act which tells Trump to remove all US troops from the combat zone, *except* for those needed to protect US assets and allies.  Did Congress put a lot of thought and effort into the wussiest-possible bill they could do or did they just luck into picking this one?  So really there's no way to specifically define what he's supposed to do and there's no consequences if Trump ignores this.  If the term "Orange Man" in everything they say was replaced by "Iran," they'd look a lot more like war-mongers than Trump ever has.

The nuclear inspections are going on, or not.  There's a bunch of different perspectives and no clue who's lying or why.  Trump is involved in this, he just made a comment that basically covers that, I have to struggle to figure out who he's even talking about.  But this is a major point, the Trump administration wants to clear out their nuclear program.  Every day that goes by makes it clear that last week's peace agreement was meaningless and Trump knew that.

I figured they wouldn't carry this out.  The left will try to argue this a bit, you can order employees to wear whatever you tell them to wear and they get no choice in the matter, but they know that won't work so they'll quickly ignore it.  The employer could order their employees to wear Bible verses for the same reason.  Or you could order them to put "lower the age of consent" on their work clothes.  That would go well in public.  [No, I don't believe in that myself, I just want to show I can force my employees to wear it.]

The MLB controls pro-baseball so they have to act like they apply the same rules to everyone.  They're already giving preference to 'pride month' and BLM, it's really not a good idea for them to publicly discriminate against religion.   No idea if it's true but I'd like to think at least some of them realize they would be pissing off a large portion of their audience and, unlike Hollywood, they're not that stupid.

I'm not remotely a fan of sports or athletics but if I really had to pick one, it would be baseball.  So I do have a bit of glee in seeing some of these players stand up against the *woke* agenda.  Even better, they're not being loud and obnoxious about it.  They get attention because they're on the field but that's all they need to do.

"Everyone should be a little gay."  He'll be the one deciding how much gay is too much or too little.  It's not like he needs any consent, that's what he's paid for.  Adults might think they had rights but kids don't know any better so he can do whatever he wants.  And there's a lot more in the school system who agree with him.

I expect he'll be fired very quickly because the Las Vegas school system doesn't want parents to know what they're doing to the kids.  At this point, it must be cheap enough, why isn't video in every classroom getting evidence of how these people are going after kids?  A nationwide purge would probably follow soon after but only these people would object to it.

I doubt there's any mass conspiracy going on here.  These people are probably well-connected but they're all doing it just because that's the way they are.  They always go after kids because *this time* it'll work out for them.  I don't even know how to find any evidence but an argument could probably be made that all of this come from abusing kids.  As in, every time someone is gay or worse, it's because they were targeted as a child by someone who had the same thing happen to them when they were younger.  That seems monstrous and probably impossible to really believe in but just look at how unanimously everyone in these groups defends going after kids, none of them speak up to say 'stop it,' much less turn in the abusers.
