Ok, now the deal is making a bit more sense. Usually I would immediately assume that Trump was holding out to see how long until the enemy broke the agreement. I know the thought did occur to me this time around but I really didn't consider it a possibility, I went straight to 'he's caving in!' Whatever that says about me, at least it's a good example of the 'wait 48 hours' meme we've heard for a while now. Even Iran barely waited that long.
We still don't know who's in charge of Iran. Whoever signed the deal may have only vague connections to whoever's making decisions and now they've declared the strait to be shut down again. Their ruling class is not unified and they're demonstrating this to the world. For the last few days, oil has been getting through the strait, there was a potential 'sigh of relief' up ahead, but here they go again. Not cool.
Just an aside, but this does suggest the Trump administration really does have these things scheduled. We've all been hit by high gas prices for the last few months but they've been dropping a bit for the last few weeks. The timing lines up but it's not linked to the strait being open or closed or whatever the status was on a given day. I'm guessing that on Day One, Trump had deals with oil companies to 'drill, baby, drill.' He wanted the prices down as much as possible as quickly as possible but he also knew they'd need to finance drilling. So they're starting to pump out crude as we start fighting Iran, an excuse to raise prices to *almost* as high as they were under Biden. Now they can drop again and it looks like Trump saved the day by beating Iran.

And then of course he has to act like Trump. I don't actually mean that as a negative. When I first saw this I thought he was simultaneously saying there were no tolls and the US would start collecting tolls. WTF? I might even support that but it still comes off as a gangsta expecting 'a little something' for keeping your business safe. Really he's only making a possibility if the deal with Iran doesn't work out and even that seems more about humor than about being serious, although there's probably a bit of both.
So ok, he's showing what actually being in charge is like - in the Trump style - compared to what's happening in Iran now. They can't fight. We aren't attacking them so there's nothing to resist, They have no economy so they're getting by on bare survival. The current ayatollah is supposed to inspire everyone and hasn't been seen since he took office. At least Trump is presenting reliable strength and not even charging everyone money for it. That's impressive to everyone except the left.

What are the odds this was a fake? A government employee sent out to do this and see who speaks out to defend this? That's much more believable than this guy walking around with knives and no shirt for multiple attacks. He identified which people to go after and didn't attack anyone else. There were no police around to stop him, or Muslim gangs in the neighborhood. He wasn't defending anybody from being attacked, he was just going around and doing what the 'protected class' are allowed to get away with.
So this comes off as suspicious. And for good reason, you don't have to support this to just shrug and say 'it's going to happen.' At least the police finally found victims they can defend, unlike all the others that have gone down for all these years. Assuming what we're told about this is true, the guy just woke up today and decided to be violent, it's because the government's not doing its job to protect the citizens. It's supporting the invaders against the natives and eventually people are going to snap. I would rather they do it as an organized group but the government no longer has the monopoly on violence so why should the Muslims be the only ones out there?
The government is certainly going to persecute this guy and anyone who might agree with him. I want to believe the real Britain can stand up and fight back but it must be seen by the world. I'm just worried that's never going to happen. It was added to Europe by Caesar roughly 2080 years ago and mile for mile is probably the single greatest advancement of human civilization in history. Everything that is not infinite will come to an end but I'd like to think that hasn't happened to Britain yet. Otherwise, just let more like this Scot go out and fight until everything falls apart. If it's gone, it's gone.

He did bicycle races in the three 90s Olympics. He denies being involved in this, maybe that's true but I'd assume he was connected to the vandals one way or another. Otherwise there'd be no reason to pick him out as a suspect. But several other people have been arrested for similar vandalism and have groups are being formed. I really hope the government is making this up as an excuse to arrest random people they don't like because otherwise it means we live in a world where "pro-algae" protestors are a real thing.
There is no way to peacefully co-exist with people who are so mad at the POTUS that the only solution is to go out and vandalize/damage this pool. If *that's* how important this is to them then Trump's not the problem, he's just their excuse to show everyone they're nuts. This doesn't contribute to any argument, this doesn't encourage others, at best it signals other insane people to also do something stupid. And these are the left's ground troops.
As we just saw in Scotland with the guy stabbing Muslims, I have to ask if the government is actually sending out agents to do something stupid and encourage others who can be identified. Not sure if I'm a hypocrite about but I could support that. But then I wouldn't mind just having a hidden security guard who shoots anyone doing something like this. There's going to be casualties for Civil War 2.0 so might as well have the enemy get most of them.

I'm not sure if this was planned or if it's just part of the expected chaos. Florida was re-districted so the district Schultz had for 20 years was switched to a mostly-black neighborhood. And they don't like it. Her career doesn't matter, her reputation, none of that is important to them. She's not black so why is she running?
This is a mess Democrats made for themselves. They're the ones who judge everything on skin-color, they've been in charge of blacks for centuries and trained them to accept this. The previous representative for this district was barely there for four years before she had to resign for laundering federal money with her private business. She resigned less than two months ago, I guess that just didn't get much attention. Anyway, there are reasons to not like Debbie but isn't she more qualified for this job regardless of her skin color?
If I had to place a bet, I'd guess Schultz will drop out. Maybe she'll try another district, maybe she'll just install a candidate with the correct skin color who follows her orders, but my guess is Democrats will need to keep the racial laws the way they are and won't ignore them just to please some old white chick. That said, there is a chance that the party will side with her on this. She's got twenty years of experience which the party really needs these days so the peons just need to shut up and take it. For that matter, either way Democrats go, maybe they just picked the stupidest option they could think of. The party doesn't have a great track record here.
There will be more incidents like this with all the re-districting that's been going on lately. I'm still not sure the Trump administration has any major plans with this or if they're just trying to take advantage of chaos. People will have to run races in districts they aren't familiar with, voter-fraud will either be very difficult or very easy but it'll still be watched. Getting rid of a lot of illegals will affect the number of votes, then there's the media propaganda that we're all miserable compared to the voters that aren't actually have these problems. No idea what the outcome will be but it's clear Trump and co. are trying to set up a massive victory in November.
