Don't ask what's wrong with you unless you really want to know the answer.

□ [“Multiple Brawls Break Out Between Trump Supporters and Antifa in Olympia, Militant Leftist Puts Out Desperate Call for Backup on Twitter"]

This is getting started.  Leftists should have said that no one should follow their example when pretending the supposed-new POTUS wasn't actually elected.  Now they have to openly point out that it's ok when they do something but not ok when other people do it.

I would definitely believe the right will win physical combat while it's still mob against mob.  They'll also win when guns start being used, the question is when and how that's going to happen.

Still focusing on Claremont's X-Men (without actually trying to re-read it) and finally found actual release dates which weren't what the comics listed.  Drew Barrymore was born three days before Giant-Sized X-Men #1 came out, the only remaining important person from her Hollywood family.  Industrial Light and Magic was formed right after Claremont's first issue came out, there was a bit of delay in the release of #99 which I assume was just a little bubble as Jim Shooter had just taken over as Editor-in-Chief, then Star Wars started being filmed after #99 came out.  It was in theaters just before #107 came out Phoenix had appeared.

I'm still unsure what to think about the Barrymore family - as far as I know, E.T. is the only movie I've ever seen any of them in - but the rest of that can't be a coincidence.  What else went on around that time?

The Beatles' road manager Mal Evans pointed an air-rifle at police so they shot him.  Rebel Without a Cause/gay idol actor Sal Mineo was shot by a mugger, the Eagles released the first platinum album in history, their greatest hits.  Marvel and DC were messing with their prices which finally put Marvel in charge of the comics industry.  Freddie Prince Jr. was born, a bigger star than his father ever was but his father seems to have been messed up in Hollywood stuff.  That's ignoring things going on in the rest of the world (like the Olympics) and I've probably already formatted a bunch of stuff in my "history project" so I can't find it right now.  And that's only February.

Harold Wilson suddenly quit as British Prime Minister and a few days later, Princess Margaret announced she was getting divorced.  The Socialist Party won in France and Philistines finally got around to uniting against Israel.  David Bowie's The Man Who Fell To Earth was released and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest swept the Oscars.  [Odd, Bowie was supposed to do the soundtrack for his movie but contractual limitations got in the way.  That's not so odd, his manager was problematic to say the least.  So instead they got John Phillips, another one of those lunatics whose bad influence probably hasn't yet been measured enough.]  The Bad News Bears movie came out, featuring Michael Jackson's girlfriend [!] Tatum O'Neil.  This would become a TV show staring another Michael Jackson buddy, Corey Feldman.  Patty Hearst was on trial.

Howard Hughes would die just as April started.  That's a lot of stuff going on and I haven't even reached Jean Grey becoming Phoenix, much less her first appearance.

Oh, and I was born around this time.  I'm sure anybody could look up what was going on in the world when they were born and see a lot of odd coincidences, but, well, that's part of what my "history project" is about.  I'm still stuck in the 1500s and I'm wasting time on this, what's wrong with me?
